Description

  

      Vorrichtung    zum Festhalten von Werkstücken    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine Vorrichtung zum Festhalten von Werk  stücken, insbesondere von Brettern bei Holz  bearbeitungsmaschinen. Die Erfindung besteht  darin, dass in einem geschlossenen Gehäuse,  bei dem zwei einander gegenüberliegend;  Wände in bezug aufeinander verstellbar sind,  mindestens ein in seiner Grösse veränderbarer,  zum Füllen durch ein Druckmedium     einge-          rieliteter    Schlauch angeordnet ist.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Aus  führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes  dargestellt. Es zeigen:       Fig.    1 einen Längsschnitt und       Fig.    2 einen Querschnitt.  



  Die dargestellte     Vorrichtung    weist ein ge  schlossenes Gehäuse auf, welches vorzugsweise  aus     zwei    Teilen 1, 2 besteht. Wie ersichtlich,  ist der Teil 1 auf dem Teil 2 verschiebbar ge  führt.. Der Teil 2 ist mit einem Halter 3 ver  sehen, mit     welchem    er zum     Beispiel        mit    einer       Holzbearbeitungsmasehine    verbunden ist.     Arn     Teil 1 sind zwei Bügel 4     befestigt,    die den  Weg des     Gehäuseteils    1 begrenzen. Diese  Bügel 4 sind um den Gehäuseteil 2 herumge  führt     (Fig.    2).

   An den beiden Gehäuseteilen  sind Lappen 5     befestigt,    an denen     Zugferdern     6 eingehängt sind. Diese Federn sind bestrebt,  die Gehäuseteile 1, 2 ineinander zu schieben.  Im Innern des durch die Teile 1, 2 gebildeten  Gehäuses liegt ein Schlauch 7, der zum Füllen  durch ein     Druckmedium    (Luft oder Flüssig  keit) eingerichtet     ist.    Zu diesem Zweck ist der  Sehlauch 7 mit einem an sieh bekannten       Rücksehlagventil    8 versehen. An Stelle eines    einzelnen könnten     selbstverständlich    auch zwei  Schläuche vorgesehen sein. Die Form des       Schlauches    muss natürlich der Länge des Ge  häuses angepasst sein.

   Bei kurzen     Gehäusen     nimmt der Schlauch die Form eines     Kissens    an.  



  Durch Einlassen von Druckluft in den  Schlauch 7 wird der Gehäuseteil 1 entgegen  der     Wirkung    der Zugfedern 6 verstellt und  wird dabei zum     Festklemmen    von Brettern  oder andern     Werkstücken    benützt.

  The device shown has a closed housing, which preferably consists of two parts 1, 2. As can be seen, the part 1 on the part 2 is slidably ge .. The part 2 is seen with a holder 3 ver, with which it is connected, for example, to a woodworking machine. Two brackets 4 are attached to part 1 and limit the path of the housing part 1. These bracket 4 are around the housing part 2 leads (Fig. 2).

   On the two housing parts, tabs 5 are attached to which tension rods 6 are suspended. These springs strive to push the housing parts 1, 2 into one another. Inside the housing formed by the parts 1, 2 is a hose 7 which is set up for filling with a pressure medium (air or liquid). For this purpose, the viewing tube 7 is provided with a non-return valve 8 known per se. Instead of a single one, two hoses could of course also be provided. The shape of the hose must of course be adapted to the length of the housing.

   In the case of short housings, the hose takes the form of a pillow.



  By letting compressed air into the hose 7, the housing part 1 is adjusted against the action of the tension springs 6 and is used to clamp boards or other workpieces.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM Device for holding workpieces, characterized in that in a closed housing, in which two opposing walls are adjustable with respect to one another, at least one hose which can be changed in size and is set up for filling with a pressure medium is arranged.

SUBClaims 1. Vorriehtung according to claim, characterized in that the housing consists of two parts, of which one part is guided on the other. 2. Device according to dependent claim 1, characterized in that the two parts are connected to one another by at least two tension springs. 3. Device according to sub-claim 1, characterized by a bracket attached to one part that limit the path of this housing part.
