Description
Ensemble de faux rotors pour machines à bobiner les stators de machines électriques La présente invention a trait à un ensemble de faux rotors pour machines à bobiner les stators de machines électriques telles que celles décrites dans les brevets Nos 267789 et 275587. L'ensemble des faux rotors comportant sur leur face extérieure des encoches longitudina les, correspondant à celles du stator considéré, dans lesquelles sont disposés au préalable des enroulements qu'on fait ensuite passer dans celles du stator à bobiner par poussée radiale, après avoir disposé au préalable le faux rotor dans l'axe du stator, et comportant des fusées destinées à être prises en butée par des arbres centraux de la machine à bobiner;
The present invention relates to a set of false rotors for machines for winding the stators of electric machines such as those described in patents Nos. 267789 and 275587. </ B> The set of false rotors comprising on their outer face longitudinal notches, corresponding to those of the stator considered, in which windings are arranged beforehand which are then passed through those of the stator to be wound by radial thrust, after have previously arranged the false rotor in the axis of the stator, and comprising rockets intended to be taken into abutment by central shafts of the winding machine;
is characterized in that the different dummy rotors of different dimensions used for winding stators of different iron lengths all have spindles of the same length.
The drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention. Fig. 1 is a side view of a dummy rotor, as a whole; fig. 2 is a partial elevational view perpendicular to its axis; and fig. 3 is a partial development of the periphery of the rotor. The false rotor is composed of a solid cylindrical body 1, the outer diameter of which is determined to leave the minimum clearance 2 between false rotor and stator compatible with easy introduction of the winding into the stator 3, and two rockets 4, of smaller diameter, which are caught in abutment by the central shafts of the winding machine.
The length of this false rotor 1 must be provided slightly greater than that of the stator 3, in the notches of which the winding must be inserted. The notches 5, cut in this false rotor, are rectangular and have at their parallel sides, over the height occupied by the winding, chamfers 6, avoiding sharp angles liable to damage the wires or the notch closures. The centering tabs 8 of the false rotor in the stator are constituted by two parts 8a and 8b arranged at each end of the false rotor.
In addition, the width of. the notches of the false rotor 5 is chosen less than that of the slot of the slots of the stator 7, through which the wire is introduced, by a value determined in advance depending in particular on the size of this slot stator notches.
To ensure under the most economical conditions the machine winding of sta tors of the same bore diameter but of different iron lengths, the spindles of the false rotors of the assembly are, according to the invention, provided of length. constant A, whatever the length of the false rotor.
