Ausführungsbeispiel1, Fig. 1-i# Das Sehaltwerk besitzt einen Spritzguss- rahmen 6.
3 -Lind dem Zahnrad 13a (Fig. 1 -and 2)
Die Spekherlamellen nicht ge speicherter Ziffern gleiten hierbei auf der obern Seite der Ringscheibe5. 2#reieht die Lamelle2 bei der Drehung- der Speieher- scheibe den Ausschnitt5', so wird die Lamelle von der linken Ablaulfläche der Ringscheibe 5 abgleiten und die Stellung unterhalb des angezogenen Ankerarmes 4 des Magneten 31 einnehmen;

Switching mechanism for storing and reproducing series of current impulses. The invention relates to a switching mechanism for storing and reproducing series of current surges, for example for telecommunication systems, in particular telephone systems. Switching mechanisms are already known in which the end of each series of current pulses is determined when an electrical test tap interacts with a mechanically moved storage element when the current is given.
The Sehaltwerk according to the invention is characterized in that a set of contact lamellae is arranged radially and rotatable around the axis of the memory as storage elements and the contact lamellae for digits not stored on one side in the frame of the work immovably mounted ring disk and the contact lamellas are in the storage position on the other side of the ring disk, into which the contact lamellae get through a cutout of the ring disk,
and that only in this storage position of a lamella is a metallic connection between the lamella and the tap for the test current to end the series of current impulses.
In the drawing, some Ausfüh approximately examples of the invention are shown. These are switching mechanisms for pulse repeaters, in which electrically recorded series of current impulses are stored and sent again at a point in time that is independent of the storage, the number of current impulses to be emitted in a series from the electrical test of a tap on the location in the memory Brought memory elements is determined.
Embodiment I, FIGS. 1-5.
Fig. 1 shows the switching mechanism of the pulse repeater from the tap side.
In Fig. * 2 is a section along the line A-B of Fig. 1 is shown. For the purpose of a clear representation in FIG. 2, the Magn et A with its anchor arrangement 16 is not in the inclined position according to FIG. 1, son shown rotated clockwise by 1500 .
The contact leather set 15 from FIG. 1 is also not drawn in its natural inclined position in FIG. 2, but rotated by 300 clockwise.
Fig. 3 shows the switching mechanism from the memory side. The drive magnet D shown in an inclined position in this FIG. 2 is also drawn in FIG. 2 - not in its original inclined position, but in a position in which the drive magnet D is rotated by 301> in the counterclockwise direction.

FIG. 9 shows, on a larger scale, a partial top view of the indexing pawl of the tap. The sliding surface 25b of the indexing pawl 25 is in engagement with the ratchet 13, while the sliding surface 25a, which is offset by half a tooth pitch, is located outside the ratchet area.
Embodiment rII, Fig. 10-11.
In FIGS. 10 and 11, there is a further form of the switching device for the scraper according to FIG. Execution example II is presented. Fig. 10 shows a view of the gate switch device and Fig. 11 shows a plan view of this device.
Embodiment IV, -Fig. 12-15. The exemplary embodiment is a switching mechanism that is used as a Stromstosswied.erholer and - with regard to the storage process, in principle works like the switching mechanism shown as an embodiment 1 , while the Tap side, similar to that of Ausfüh approximately example II is formed.
Fig. 12 shows the switching mechanism from the pick-up side, - Fig. 13 shows a section along the line CD in Fig. 12, Fig. 14 shows a view from the storage side and Fig. 15 </ B> a part of the section AB in , Fig. 12, on a larger scale.
Exemplary embodiment1, Fig. 1-i # The support frame has an injection-molded frame 6. In this injection-molded frame. an axis 2 is firmly mounted. An annular disk 5 is mounted on a circular ring-shaped part of the frame 6 in such an electrically insulated manner that there is no metallic connection between the annular disk 5 and your frame 6 consists.
The ring disc 5 has the two inner cutouts 5 ' and Y' (Fig. 1 and 3). On A sleeve 32 is rotatably mounted on the axis 2. The gear wheel 9 and the storage member disk 1 with the radially arranged storage lamellae 3 are firmly connected to this sleeve 32 . These storage lamellae < B> 3 are made of resilient material. Furthermore, a gear 13a is fixedly connected to the bushing 32 . A pawl 8 engages in the gear 9 (Fig. 3) , which with the armature 7 of a magnet D is connected.
The locking pawl 31 , which is attached to the housing 6 , prevents frequent movement of the toothed wheel 9. For the mechanical movement of the Spe ( In general 3 (see Fig. 2) from the rest position to the - storage position, a magnet 111 with its armature 4 (Fig. ) is used 1, 3 and 4) One end of the spiral spring 19 is firmly connected to the axis 2. The other end of the spring 19 is in your Spring housing 19a. This housing is in a fixed connection with the socket 13 rotatably mounted on the axis 2.
With the socket 13 a S switching arm carrier 12 is also firmly coupled, on which the gripper 20/11 and the power supply arm 21 are fastened and furthermore a double-armed lever 14 with the actuating lever 17 ver is rotatably mounted by means of the axis 14a. The power supply arm 21 slides on a power supply element 22, which is firmly connected to the frame 6 of the switchgear. As can be seen from FIG. 1, the lever 14 is at both ends for engagement in the.
Gear wheel 13a is formed like a pawl. The actuating lever. 17 is controlled by an armature 16 of magnet A. The armature 16 is designed in the shape of a triple at its free end. The armature-shaped end of the anchor grips - over the sleeve 13, which is rotatably mounted on the - axis 2, as can be seen in particular from FIG. The switch arm support 12 also has a switch pin 28 which actuates the spring set 15 in the rest position of the switching mechanism.
One end of the screw leather -18 (Fig. 1) is fastened to the switch arm support 12. The other end of the spring 18 is hooked into the actuating lever 17 and produces a clockwise torque about its axis 14a.
The mode of operation of the switching mechanism is as follows. In the rest position of the switching mechanism, the magnet III is without current and the armature 4 is in the rest position. The storage element, 3 ' in the section 5' of the annular disc 5 is brought into the storage position by the armature 4 of the magnet M, as shown in FIG. 2 and 4 can be seen '.
The rotary magnet D in Fig. 2 and 3 absorbs the current surges to be stored. According to the recorded number of current surges, the armature 7 is actuated with its pawl 8 and thereby the gear 9 in the position shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 Pleilriehtung P shown rotated * "Due to the rigid connection between between gear -9 , Storage disc 1 with the storage lamellas. 3 -Lind the gear wheel 13a (Fig. 1 -and 2)
these parts also follow the rotary motion. During the first step of the storage disk 1 , the storage lamella 3 'will slide off the end of the armature 4 and slide along the storage side of the annular disk 5 (in FIG. With the first. In the current surge, the magnet 31 is also switched on and brings the armature 4 into the working position so that further storage lamellae are initially not actuated by the armature 4 of the magnet 11.1.
In accordance with the number of current impulses recorded, there is then a specific storage line 3 'in front of your cutout 5' of the ring disk 5 (Fig. 12 3 </ B > uncl 4), After the end of the Stroingtossreih # # the magic'-iI / 1 -äirömlos, -and the anchor '4 is brought into the rest position by the spring force.
As a result, the storage lamella is bent through the cutout 5 ' onto the storage side of the annular disk 5.
If the torque device D now receives the second current impulse, the gear 9 - with the storage disc 1 is in a 'position corresponding to the second current impulse number' turned.
With the first turn of the second series of current impulses, the storage lamella 3 '"through which the count of the current impulses of the' 1st series of current impulses is determined #, from the armature end 4 of the magnet, the storage side of the ring disk 5 slide.
The magnet 01 receives electricity again so that the attracted armature 4 does not touch the storage lamellae 3 sliding past the cutout 5 '.
Only when the second series of current impulses has ended - and then the magnet YI is de-energized does the armature 4 returning to the rest position press the storage lamella 3 </ B corresponding to the second current impulse number > through the cutout 5 \ in the spoke Hage- 31. The inclusion of further series of current impulses takes place in the same manner as described above.
FIG. 1 shows a storage lamella 0 with magnet A in storage position. on which the pickup 11 is also set. With V, IV, IX, 11, V, IXJ I further storage lamellae are designated, which are located in the storage location. By the number of speakers # divide the. are present between two storage elements brought into storage position, the number of 'current surges in a row is determined.
According to Fig. 1 , the i derailleur first has - the number 5, then the number 4, and then the number 9 , 2, 5, 9 and 1 have been added.
Stored digits can be accessed at any point in time. The gear wheel 13a is, as already stated, rigidly connected to the storage disk 1 and the Zahüra (1 9 . The of the gear wheel 9 and the Storage disk 1 when receiving the series of current impulses, the rotary movement is thus also carried out by the gear wheel 13a.
Due to the coupling between gear 13a and lever 14 (Fig. 1), the switching arm carrier 12 with the gripper 20/11 will also execute the rotary movement, and the switching arm 11 will remain on the storage lamella 0 stand. Due to the rotary movement of the switching arm support 12, the housing 19a of the spring 19 executes a rotary movement and the spring 19 is tensioned.
The return of the tap 11 is as follows: With the incentive for the run the magnet A receives current surges. The M 3 agnet A can be controlled in any way, either by a special relay breaker or in a known manner, not shown, in a self-breaker circuit. Every current that acts on the magnet A
is also transmitted in any way to the control or connection devices to be set by the pulse repeater.
The armature 16 of the magnet A is attracted by the first current impulse and the funnel-shaped end of the armature 16 according to FIG. 2 moves right to left around the anchor line. This movement of the funnel-shaped end moves the actuating lever 17 (FIG. 1) about its axis of rotation. The actuating lever 17 will move away from the center of axis 2. As a result of the movement of the lever 17, the right pawl of the lever 14 disengages from the gear wheel 13a.
As a result of the pulled-up spring 19 (FIG. 2), the switching arm support 12 with the pawl 14 according to FIG. 1 will now perform a rotary movement to the left, namely until the left pawl of the lever 14 rests against the next tooth of the wheel 13a.
If the magnet A is de-energized, the armature 16 goes into the rest position. The retractor 1.8 (Fig. 1) pulls the lever 17 in the direction of the center of the axis 2. The left pawl of the lever 14 leaves the tooth base of the wheel 13a. The right pawl of the lever 14 swivels into the next tooth. During this movement of the lever 14, the switch arm carrier 12 rotates to the left again, until the right pawl of the lever 14 rests on the flank of the next tooth of the wheel 13a.
When the armature 16 of the magnet A is attracted and dropped, the shifter carrier 12 is rotated back by one step in two switching times. The gripper 11 firmly connected to the switching arm support 12 has left the storage lamella 0 and has been turned one step to the right.
If the magnet A receives power again, the above-described processes are repeated. The gripper 11. carries out the second step. If the gripper 11 reaches the lamella labeled V in FIG. 1, and that is the case after the 5th current surge that hits the magnet A acts, a current is generated via the annular disk 5 storage lamella V, pick-up element 11, switching arm 21 of the power supply and segment 22 of the power supply, through which a relay arrangement is controlled,
which interrupts the actuation of the magnet A for a certain time in any arbitrary way - Lind at the same time ends the current impulse transmission caused by the control of the magnet A.
If the magnet A receives the incentive to emit the second series of current impulses, then with the current impulse actuation of the magnet A the gripper 11 is activated as described above As shown in FIG. 1, turn it to the left until the tap 11 has reached the storage lamella labeled IV.
By switching from lamella V to lamella IV, the magnet A has been excited four times, and at the same time a series of 4 current surges is transmitted.
After the tap 11 has been switched back again and the other stored series of current impulses have been transmitted (digits 9, 2, 5, 9, 1) the gripper 11 has reached the storage lamella marked I and at the same time the switching pin 23 (Fig. 2) has turned the spring set 15 into the working position . - the contact spring set 15 - indicates that all series of current impulses that the memory has received have also been sent out again.
The return of the storage lamellae from their storage position (the storage lamella can be found in accordance with FIG. 2 on the right side of the annular disk 5) is brought about in the following way: As already described, when receiving series of current impulses Using the magnet D , turn the gear 9 and the storage disk 1 as shown in Fig. 3 to the left.
In the illustration according to FIG. 1, the storage disk 1 then makes a clockwise rotating ring, and the corresponding storage lamellae 3 are hereby after each series of current impulses brought to the memory location. If, during this movement, a lamella located in the storage position reaches in front of the cutout V, , the storage lamella will spring back due to its inherent springiness through the section Y 'and after a further rotation behind the annular disk 5 come to rest.
The position of such a lamella is denoted by X ' in FIG. 1. The storage lamella has thus reached the position from which it can only be brought back into the storage position when it is in front of the cutout 51 at the end of a series of current impulses and the armature 4 of the magnet 111 the storage lamella switches to the storage position. - In Fig. 5 another embodiment of the storage lamellae and their control is shown.
In the arrangement shown in FIG. 2, there is still a gap between the storage lamella 3 "in its rest position (to the left of the annular disk 5) of the annular disk 5 and the lamella 3 ' brought into storage position slides with the pock-like end of the' storage side -, the annular disk 5 In Fig. 5, on the other hand, the S # eie'he, ring disc 1 lies in the plane of the ring disc 5 in - which also see the contact lamella "'.
The Spekher lamellas of unsaved digits slide on the upper side of the ring disc 5. 2 #, the lamella 2 aligns the cutout 5 as the spinner disc rotates ', the lamella will slide off the left-hand sloping surface of the annular disc 5 and assume the position below the attracted armature arm 4 of the magnet 31;
If 'the storage lamella W' is not brought into storage position by the armature arm 4, this storage lamella slides over the right-hand contact surface onto the upper side of the annular disc 5. If, on the other hand, the lamella V 'is pressed into the storage position by the anchor arm , this will be the case with the. Then slide the rotary step of the storage disk 1 along the -Lmtern side of the ring disk 5 (storage position).
The embodiment shown in FIG. 5 has the advantage that the storage disk 1 can be provided with smooth storage lamellae and the annular disk 5 is not only loaded on one side.
Exemplary embodiment II, Fig. 6-9.
Pig's rear derailleur. 6-9 has a rear derailleur frame 6. There is a guide ring 5 on the circular part of the frame 6 made of insulating material. The storage disk 1 has the radially arranged storage lamellae 3, of which the lamellae labeled 3 " on one side (according to FIG. 7 left) of the guide ring 5 (rest position), while the lamellae labeled 3 ' are on the other side (right according to Fig. 7) of the guide ring 5 (storage position) "The storage disk 1 is rotatably mounted on the hollow axis 2 of the switching mechanism.
The ratchet wheel 9 and a ratchet wheel 13 are firmly connected to the storage disk 1 . The ratchet wheel 9 is turned by the pawl 8 , which is connected to the armature 7 of the I ', electromagnet D (Fig. 8) On axis 2 of the rear derailleur is both rotatable and also movable in the axial direction of the test person 26 (Fig. 7 and 8) .
The aklale movement of the test arm 26 follows around the pivot point given by the support of the part 28 on the wheel 9 . The retraction 16cler for the test arm 26 is labeled 27 . -A contact segment 23 is attached to the circular part of the 11ahinens 6 on the storage side (Vig. 8) , the lamellae of which are labeled I to X. are. The inspector can slide 26 over the contact segment 23 .
In the rest position of the switching mechanism shown in FIG. 8, the contact spring set 30 is switched into the working position by the test collar 26 . The inspector 26 is provided with a switching pin 29 (Fig. 7) through which the storage lamella 3 into the Storage position X is brought when the inspector 26 see is in the position according to FIG. 7 .
The magnet 111 is also attached to the frame 6 of the switching mechanism and, with its arc-shaped armature 4, the test axis 26 from the contact set 23 can take off. During this movement, the prefarm 26 rotates around its support 28 and pulls the pin 29 to the left in FIG. 7 .
The bearing bush 17 is rotatably mounted on the hollow axle 2 of the rear derailleur. The carrier 12 for the lever 14 with the pawl 25 (switching pawl 14, 25) and the gripper 11 are on this socket 17 mounted with the power supply segment 292 . The spring 18 the ends of which, according to FIG. 6, engage in cutouts in the pawl 25 presses the pawl 25 7 'to the right, that is to say - sst to the outside.
The pawl 25 is provided with a support 24 which is in the center of the axis 2 of the switchgear. The pawl 25 with the lever 14 is rotatably mounted on the carrier 12 (axis 14a). The pawl 25 has the two sliding surfaces 215a and 25b , which optionally engage in the teeth of the ratchet wheel 13 . The magnet A is fastened to the rear derailleur frame 6 and rotates clockwise in Fig. 7 by 3:60 is drawn.
The armature 16 transfers the movement to the indexing pawl 25 " A contact set 15 is also mounted on the switchgear frame Ü , in which the power supply spring 20 for the storage disk 1 and the power supply spring 2-1 for the gripper 11 are seen. In Fig. 7 </ B > These parts are drawn rotated by 1800 compared to FIG. 6.
Capacitors are connected to the individual lamellae I-X of the contact segment 23 in FIG. 8 and are charged by temporarily pressing a button. In Fig. 8, only the capacitor Kl provided for the lamella 1 is shown with the associated key T1.
The mode of operation of the switching mechanism for the numeric transmitter according to Fig. 6-9 is as follows: By pressing a key corresponding to the digit to be saved, the capacitor assigned to this key is charged. The charged capacitor forms the potential for determining a storage lamella corresponding to the digit to be stored. The electrical identification on the contact set 23 can also be done by a relay contact arrangement.
It is assumed that the digits 4 and 7 are to be stored. It is initially provided by pressing a button, the lamella IV of the contact set 23 with potential.
The first push of a button in connection with the contact leather set 30 in the working position in FIG. 8 causes the magnet D to hit any one of itself known way receives electrical surges. The indexing pawl 8 rotates the indexing wheel 9. This in the direction of the arrows P in FIGS. 6 and 8 </ B > The rotational movement of the holding wheel 9 is also carried out by the storage disk 1 .
Ratchet wheel 13, of pawl 25, of carrier 12 with gripper 11 and inspector 26 . The switching pin 29 has held the storage lamella 3 ' according to FIG. 7 in the storage position. The switching pin is activated by the lamella 31 ' (Fig. 6 under 29) resting on the shaft of the pin 29 29 during the rotary movement of the storage disk 1 and thus the rotary movement of the storage disk 1 via the switching pin 2.9 </ B> transferred to the test arm 26 .
The springs 27 and 19 (because of the rotation of the sleeve 17) are tensioned. If the inspector 26 reaches the contact lamella IV, on which the charged capacitor is located, after four steps, a circuit for a relay arrangement comes through the one lamella of the contact set 23 and the test person 26 , through which the drive circuit for the drive magnet D is interrupted. The switching mechanism is stopped and the magnet 111 is switched on. The armature 4 in the shape of an arc of a circle according to FIG. 8 lifts the switch gear 26 from the lamella of the contact set 23 .
During this movement, the switching pin 29 of the switching arm 26 is lifted from the lamella 3 " remaining in the storage position and pulled out of the storage lamella set During this movement, only the switching arm 26 is retracted into its starting position by the spring 27 which is tensioned when the switching mechanism is set. The switching arm 26 is in this position against the approach 4 'of the armature 4.
The magnet 31 is de-energized so that the armature 4 returns to the rest position. The visual altar 2,6 becomes a support. brought the contact lamella set 23 .
At the same time, the switching pin 29 of the holding arm 26 causes the n-Lmmehr in front of the upper part of the cutout 10 (Fig. 6) of the guide ring 5 standing storage lamella 3 of the storage disk 1 on the right side of the guide ring 5 < / B> (see 3, 'Fig. 7) turned down.
This lamella indicates the number of current surges in the first row, namely four current surges. The contact set 30 was turned over into the working position by the switch arm 26 at the end of its return. The switching mechanism is thus ready for storing the next digit 7 . If the key corresponding to the next digit 7 is pressed, the Se mechanism is set to the VIT lamella, and the test arm 26 is returned to the Rest position and folding the corresponding storage lamella 3 into the storage position in the manner described above.
The walking speed of the switching mechanism must be so great that when the button is pressed twice, the switching arm 26 has certainly reached slat X and has returned to its rest position when this slat XI has passed through the first key press. This ensures that the digits themselves as well as the sequence of several digits pass through properly. the rear derailleur to be taken.
If, with the rotation of the storage disk 1 , a lamella 3 " in the storage position reaches the cutout 10 of the guide ring 5, </ B> this lamella will first occupy a central position and in the next step either run onto the left side of the guide ring 5 (Fig. 7) or put it back into the storage position, when the retaining pin 29 of the test arm 26 is in front of this storage lamella after returning to the rest position.
If, after the digits to be saved by the switching mechanism, the incentive for tapping becomes effective, the magnet receives A Tig. 6 and 7) current surges. When the magnet A is excited, the armature 16 is detached from the support 24 of the continuation pawl 25 . This is pressed by the spring 18 to the right in Fig. 7 and the support surface of part 2 # 5a slides on the tooth flank of the ratchet wheel 13 </ B> along.
If the end of the support surface 25a reaches the right edge of the ratchet wheel 13 , the indexing pawl 25 is rotated until the support surface 25b, which is offset by half a tooth rests against the tooth flank. The position of the pawl 2.5 now reached is shown in FIG. 9. The rotation of the pawl 2.5 is caused by the spring 19 which was tensioned when the switchgear was set.
If the armature 16 of the magnet A falls off, the indexing pawl 25 (Fig. 9) moves moved left. Here, the bearing surface 25b slides along the tooth flank 13a. When the end of the support surface 25b reaches the left edge of the ratchet wheel 13 , the pawl 25 executes a further movement in the direction of the arrow until now the bearing surface 25a rests against the tooth flank 13b .
As a result of the one-time pull-in and fall of the armature 16 from the magnet A , the indexing pawl 14, 2.5 moves in two amounts (halves) by one stroke emotional. The current surge acting on the magnet A is simultaneously transmitted in some known manner to the connecting devices - which are to be set by the numeric transmitter. The switching step carried out by clei: port switching pawl 14, 25 is transmitted to the gripper 11 via the lever 1-1 and the carrier 12.
In the first switching step, the contact point of the tap 11 leaves the storage lamella 3 ' of the rest position (Fig. 6) and it slides. now the outer end of the gripper 11 along the guide ring 5 . The gripper 11 is therefore always at the same distance from the guide ring 5 and thus also from the lamellae lying on the guide ring 5 during the return 31 of the Speieherlage.
The next current surges that act on the magnet A are - transmitted in the same way to - the connection devices - and to switch back the disconnection gripper 11 is used. According to FIG. 6, there are three storage lamellae a, b, </ B between the storage lamella 311 on the storage side, which marks the 'starting position of the switching mechanism, and the next lamella 3' which has been brought into storage position > c on the back (rest side) of the guide ring 5. This means
that the switching mechanism, which - first - received a series of current surges of 4 current surges, will also cause them to be emitted again, -because the tap 11 </ According to FIG. 6, B> only reaches the next lamella placed in the storage position after the 4th current surge. In this position, the circuit of a relay arrangement is established via storage lamellae and pick-up 11 , through which the action of further current surges on the drive magnet A- is prevented - becomes.
After a certain time has elapsed, the magnet A continues to receive current surges, - by means of which the gripper 11 is switched to the next lamella that has been brought into the storage position. These current surges are also transmitted to the connecting devices to be controlled.
According to FIG. 6, between your are provided with a support part 11a for the slats 3 ' and a slider 11b for sliding on part 5 Abgreifer 11 storage lamella that have already been reached and the next lamella 6 which has been brought into storage position on the back of the guide ring 5. The wiper 11 < / B> will reach the last lamella 3 ' that has been brought into the storage position after seven electric shocks.
In this position, the power supply spring 21 will slide into a section of the power supply segment 22. The contact set 15 is shifted and the indicator is given that all the stored digits have also been sent again by the switching mechanism. The sliding piece 11b rests on the part 5 with pretension as long as no lamella 3 ' is tapped.
Exemplary embodiment III, FIGS. 10 and, 11. Another embodiment of the switching back of the tap 11 10 and 11 show. For the downshift, a special spring generating the rotary movement of the pawl 25e is not required.
The ratchet wheel 13e, is provided with a cross-wise helical toothing, in which a corresponding pawl 25c alternates with the pawl ends 25d and 25e during the axial movement Slide along inclined teeth of the wheel 13c and thereby move the pawl 25c in the direction of the arrow according to FIG. 11. This movement is transmitted via lever 14 and carrier 12 to the gripper 11 in the same way as has been described for the embodiment according to FIGS. 6-9.
For the movement of the pawl. 25e, only one coil spring 186 instead of 18 is required.
Embodiment IV, Fig. 12-15. FIGS. 12 to 15 show a particularly useful design of the switching mechanism , in which the lamellar guide, which is attached to the armature 59 of the electromagnet 58 </ which directs the storage elements 53 onto the storage or rest side of the guide ring of the storage unit B> is designed in a particularly suitable manner.
The lamellar guide 65, 66 shown here prevents avoidable tolerances in the manufacture and assembly of the individual parts of the switchgear from interfering with or even interfering with the functioning of the switchgear. For this purpose, the lamellar guide 65, 66 is provided with supports 56, 57 which each come to rest on one of the two sides of the guide ring 52 and thus precisely define the position of the lamellar guide relative to the guide ring.
This ensures that each lamella located in the lamella guide is guided to the corresponding side of the guide ring.
The switching mechanism presented in this embodiment is also provided for use as a surge repeater. The incoming series of current impulses are fed to the electromagnet 58 , which with each received current impulse the storage link disk 53 via its armature 59 and the pawl 60 turns one step further.
During the first step of the storage link disk 53 , the storage lamella located in the lamellar guide 65, 66 slides onto the storage louvre side (on the right in Fig. 13, 15) < / B> of the guide ring 52 (ring washer), while the following lamellae are guided by the lamellar guide to the rest side of the guide ring.
When the current pulses to be stored are received, the armature 54 of the electromagnet 55 with the slat guide is attracted with a delay so that only the storage slat located in the slat guide is on the storage side, followed by the slats on the rest side of the Guide ring are guided. The armature 54 only drops out again after the entire series of current surges has been received.
The rotation of the indexing wheel 61 is carried out simultaneously by the storage disk 53 the ratchet wheel 62 the indexing pawl 63 and the gripper 51 executed. If the magnet 58 receives the next series of current impulses, the switch flag is set in the manner described above. The ring disk 52 has a cutout 52a analogous to 5 ', Y' in FIG. 1 and 10 in FIG . 6 for the purpose already described.
The training presented in embodiment IV can, however, also be used in the same way in 'switching mechanisms whose storage side is designed according to your embodiment II or whose pick-up side is in accordance with exemplary embodiment I. When using the slat guide shown in this exemplary embodiment for such a switching mechanism, nothing is changed in any way in the mode of operation of the switching mechanism.
It is therefore carried out in the manner already described in the corresponding exemplary embodiments. According to FIG. 12, after the storage lamella 64 for the rest position of the switchgear there are also the further lamellae 67, 6,8, 69 already folded over into the storage layer while the lamella 70 is just about to enter the storage layer. Between the individual lamellas 64 and -67 to 70 , 3, 3, 4 and again 4 lamellae are in the rest position .
This means that the digits 4, 4, 6 and again 5- have been saved in sequence.
If the indicator is given for the transmission of the stored series of current pulses, then the magnet 71 receives current pulses. These current surges are transmitted to a connecting device, not shown, and the return of the scraper 51 is brought about at the same time. The control of the tap 51 by the pawl 5, 3 takes place in the same way as described for the switching mechanism according to FIGS. 6-9.
If the gripper 51 leaves the spreader lamella 64, the outer end of the gripper 51 slides along the guide ring 52 until the The gripper part reaches the next lamella 67 . The gripper is lifted off the guide disk 51 when it hits the lamella 67 .
The difference in height which the gripper 51 has to overcome when it hits the lamella 67 will always be the same if the position of the guide ring 52 is in the axial direction has seen changed
because the outer end of the tap 51 is already brought into the corresponding position during the rotary movement, corresponding to the axial position of the guide ring 52 - and, in addition, it is also used in the storage position Lamella 67 as a result of its resting on the guide disk 52 in a position corresponding to the guide ring 52 .
If the pickup fil reaches the lamella 67 , a test circuit is established via the pickup 51 and lamella 67 and the current impulse is applied to the magnet 71 temporarily interrupted.
After a short break, the current impulse on the magnet 71 is continued and thus the next series of current impulses is transmitted to the connecting devices and at the same time the pick-up 51 is switched on until it does the lamella 68 in the storage position is reached. A new test is started and the tap 51 is shut down.
The downshift is continued until the rear derailleur has reached the neutral position, which is indicated by switching over the spring set 72 .
The guide ring 52 of the frame structure according to FIG. 12-1 thus determines a corresponding position of the storage lamellae at each point on the circumference. Since the .Abgreifer 51 also assumes a position corresponding to the guide ring at any point on the circumference due to the support at its outer end on the guide ring, the stroke is when it hits always be the same on a lamella that has been put into storage position,
so that there is always a secure contact between the storage lamella and the pickup at every point on the circumference. One can therefore aim at the adjustment of the pick-up run in the plane of the guide ring 52 .
