Description
Chair with resilient inclinable backrest. The invention relates to a chair with resiliently inclinable backrest.
In the known chairs of this type, either the backrest itself is held by means of a resilient support, or Fe countries are provided, which resiliently support the pivotable backrest on the seat or on the frame of the chair. In both cases, an abutment on the seat or on the frame of the chair is necessary for the spring. These constructions require a large number of individual parts to support the backrest and the spring, which make it difficult to manufacture \ Jung and increase the price of the chair.
Simpler solutions have also become known in which, for example, the support of the backrest consisted entirely of spring steel. However, this has the disadvantage that the fastening of the backrest is difficult, since spring steel cannot be deformed and processed without cutting as easily as the usual backrest supports. The price is also not insignificantly increased by using a backrest support made entirely of spring steel.
These disadvantages are avoided in the chair according to the invention. In this case, the backrest spring forms part of the backrest support. The spring itself can be a leaf spring or a coil spring. In the drawing, a swivel chair is shown schematically as an embodiment of the invention, FIG. 1 shows a side view and FIG. 2 shows a front view.
The seat 1 is supported by the support column 5 by means of a plate 4 clamped between two panes 2 and 3. To the column 5 engages a wire spring 6 with a, bracket, which is passed through an eyelet 7 on the disc 3, but could also be clamped between tween two retaining washers. In order to obtain a soft suspension, the spring wire is bent on both sides of the bracket to one each - there can also be several - screw-like loop 8. The two ends of the spring wire are inserted into the two mouths of a tubular bracket 9 which carries the holder of the backrest. To limit the deflection of the backrest, the tube is through a bracket. 10 out, which is attached to a verbun with the seat which bar. Through the loops 8 of the.
Spring 6, a rod 11 is inserted above the plate 4 on which the loops 8 rest. The legs of the tubular bracket 9 have notches at the top, in which the backrest is fastened adjustable in height with a curved rail by means of a screw. is.
