  <B>Verfahren</B>     zur   <B>Herstellung einer Phosphor und Halogen enthaltenden organischen Verbindung.</B>    Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu der neuen,  Phosphor und Halogen enthaltenden Verbin  dung der Formel

    gelangt,     wenn    man 1     Mol        Triäthylphosphit     mit 1     Mol        4-Chlor-co-trichloracetophenon    um  setzt. Die neue Verbindung ist ein hochsieden  des Öl und kann als Schädlingsbekämpfungs  mittel verwendet werden.  



  Die     erfindungsgemässe    Kondensation er  folgt durch Umsetzung der Komponenten in  molekularem Verhältnis unter Abspaltung von  1     Mol        Äthylchlorid.    Die Reaktion verläuft       exotherm,    so dass die Komponenten zweck  mässig unter Kühlung und mit     inerten        Lö-          s2-tngsmitteln,    wie Benzol,     Toluol,    Äther,     Di-          oxan,        Hexan    oder tiefsiedendem Benzin, ver  dünnt vereinigt werden. Zur Beendigung der  Umsetzung wird die Reaktionsmischung vor  teilhaft auf 80-120  erwärmt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  In einer Lösung von 25,3 Teilen     4-Chlor-          artrichloracetophenon    in 10     Volumteilen    Ben  zol wird allmählich eine solche von 16,6 Teilen       Triäthylphosphit    in 10     Volumteilen    Benzol ge  geben, wobei durch mässiges Kühlen die Tem-         peratur    unter 60  gehalten wird. Wenn die  Temperatur nicht mehr     steigt    und die     anfangs     lebhafte     Gasentwicklung    aufgehört hat, wird  noch 30 Minuten auf dem Dampfbad erhitzt  und anschliessend das Benzol im Vakuum ab  destilliert.

   Aus dem Rückstand werden durch  Destillation 19,4 Teile des Kondensationspro  duktes als farbloses, bei 170 /0,05 mm sieden  des Öl gewonnen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung der neuen, Phosphor und Halogen enthaltenden Verbin dung der Formel EMI0001.0029 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol Tri- äthylphosphit mit 1 Mol 4-Chlor-co-trichlor- a.cetophenon umsetzt. Die neue Verbindung ist ein hochsiedendes Öl und kann als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel verwendet werden. UNTERANSPRUCH: Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Umsetzung in Gegenwart von inerten Lösungsmitteln vor nimmt.
