Metronom.
Metronome. The well-known metronomes have a plate, also cock for mounting the barrel shaft and the steering wheel and white ter two bridges for mounting the pendulum shaft. The clamps and bridges are structurally special parts that have to be screwed to the board or riveted or welded onto it. Both the manufacture of the individual parts and their connection to the circuit board is cumbersome and time consuming.
The subject of the invention is a Metro nom, in which the board forms all bearings for the rotating and vibrating parts un indirectly. Due to the design according to the invention, considerable labor and material can be saved.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in one embodiment in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows the work of the metronome in front view.
Fig.2 is the top view of the work with partially broken pendulum, while Fig. 3 is a side view of the work also with broken pendulum tip is.
The metronome shown has the board 1, the barrel 2 with the ring gear 3 together with the associated shaft 4, and also the armature 5 and the climbing gear 6. The armature 5 sits on a shaft 7, while the climbing gear 6 is arranged on a shaft 8, which also carries a pinion 9 that meshes with the ring gear 3 so that the climbing gear 6 is driven when the ring gear 3 rotates becomes.
On the armature shaft 7 there is also a pendulum 10 with weight 11 and slide 1'2, which can be adjusted along a scale 13 in order to change the number of oscillations of the pendulum 10 and thus also the rhythm of the metronome.
All bearing eyes for the rotating and swinging parts are formed directly by the board 1. The Steig wheel shaft 8 and the barrel shaft 4 are stored in two downwardly bent lateral extensions stanchions 14 of the board, while for mounting the pendulum shaft 7 on the armature side 5, a tab 15 punched out of the base plate and bent downwards and for Storage of the front pin of the pendulum shaft 7, which is connected to the pendulum 10, a bow-shaped part 16 bent from the plate is used.
This bow-shaped part 16 is formed by an edge strip, which at this .Stelle has an opening for the passage of the pendulum having plate.
The foregoing let him know that the bearings do not form any special parts that need to be connected to the base plate.
The metronome could also be one with a bell or with a light signal or with a drive other than a spring drive,
