Description

  

      Materialkasten.       Die Erfindung betrifft einen Material  kasten zur bequemen und handgerechten Auf  bewahrung von Kleinmaterial aller Art wie  Schrauben,     Bolzen,        Muttern,    Nieten oder der  gleichen.  



  Der erfindungsgemässe Materialkasten ist  dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einem  Rahmengestell besteht, das durch senkrechte  Zwischenwände in eine beliebige Anzahl von  Abteilen unterteilt ist, in welchen der Auf  nahme des Kleinmaterials dienende Behälter  übereinander angeordnet sind, die mittels  ihrem     -ebördelten    Seitenrand in Nuten der  Seitenwände bzw. Zwischenwände gleiten.  



  Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbei  spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes, das einen  offenen Materialkasten mit zwei verschieden  grossen Abteilen darstellt.  



       Fig.    1 ist eine Vorderansicht des erfin  dungsgemässen Materialkastens.  



       Fig.    2 ist ein senkrechter Schnitt nach  der     Fig.    1.  



  In diesen Figuren bezeichnen 1 und 2 die  Boden- und Deckplatte des Rahmengestelles,  3 und     .1    dessen Seitenwände und 5 die Zwi  schenwand, welche das Rahmengestell in zwei       verschieden    grosse Abteile unterteilt. In die  sen Abteilen. sind die Behälter 6, 6' zur Auf  nahme des Kleinmaterials in Abständen über  einander angeordnet. Diese Behälter bestehen  zweckmässig aus Blech, Kunststoffen oder  andern geeigneten Werkstoffen. Sie hängen  mittels ihren gebördelten Seitenrändern 7 in  Nuten 8 der Seitenwände 3 und 4 bzw. der  Zwischenwand 5 und können in diesen Nuten    verschoben werden.

   Um das Einschieben der  Seitenränder 7 in die Nuten 8 zu erleichtern,  sind letztere an ihren vordern Enden 8' keil  förmig     aufgeweitet.    Anderseits ist die Vorder  wand der Behälter 6, 6' nach hinten unten  abgeschrägt, wodurch im Verein mit den unter  sich gleichen Abständen zwischen je zwei über  einander liegenden Behältern ermöglicht wird,  in die Behälter hineinzugreifen, ohne gezwun  gen zu sein, dieselben aus dem     Materialkasten     herauszuziehen. Die Abstände     zwischen    den  Zwischenwänden können gleich gross bemessen  sein, werden jedoch     vorteilhaft    verschieden  gross bemessen, um die     Unterbringung    ver  schieden breiter Behälter zu ermöglichen.

   Es  kann ferner in jedem     Nutenpaar    je ein Be  hälter gleiten, oder aber tiefere Behälter kön  nen sich auch über mindestens zwei überein  ander liegende     Nutenpaare    erstrecken. Die  Behälter selbst können innen unterteilt und  gegebenenfalls mit     Bezeichnungen    (Nummern)  versehen sein. Auch können auf den Zwi  schenwänden Beschriftungen angebracht und  der ganze     Materialkasten    mittels Türen oder  Rolläden verschlossen werden. Schliesslich  sind im Rahmengestell vorteilhaft besondere  Vorkehrungen vorgesehen, um die Entfernung  der Zwischenwände voneinander entsprechend  der Breite der aufzunehmenden Behälter zu  verändern.

   Diese Vorkehrungen können aus  Nuten und Feder in der Deck- und der Boden  platte des Rahmengestelles bestehen, die in  gewissen Abständen voneinander angebracht  werden und in welche die Zwischenwände nach  Massgabe der Erfordernisse eingeschoben wer-      den. Es ist zweckmässig, diese Nuten nicht  durchlaufend zu machen, sondern sie nur bis  an den rückwärtigen Rand des Rahmengestel  les zu führen, nach vorn aber in einer gewis  sen Entfernung vom Rand des Rahmengestel  les abzubrechen, so dass die von hinten ein  geschobenen Zwischenwände sich nach Fest  schrauben der Rückwand des Materialkastens  nicht mehr bewegen können.  



  Das Ausführungsbeispiel hat nur zwei  durch das Einsetzen der Zwischenwand 5 in  das Rahmengestell gebildete Abteile. Es kön  nen jedoch sinngemäss auch Materialkasten mit  mehr als zwei Abteilen gebaut werden.

   These provisions can consist of grooves and tongues in the top and bottom plate of the frame, which are attached at certain distances from one another and into which the partition walls are pushed as required.
