Description


      Verfahren        zur        Herstellung   <B>einer</B>     Diammoniumverbinau        g.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer     Diammo-          niumverbindung.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass man auf 1     Mol        1,10-Bis-          (ss-4'-methyl-piperidino-äthoxy)-dekan    2     Mol          Benzylbromid    einwirken lässt.  



  Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, das     1,10-          Bis-    [     ss-        (benzyl    - 4'     -methyl    -     piperidinium)    -     äth-          oxy]-dekan-dibromid,        schmilzt    bei 150-151.  Sie soll als Arzneimittel und als Zwischen  produkt für Arzneimittel Verwendung finden.

           Beispiel:       4,24 Teile     1.,10-Bis-(ss-4'-methyl-piperidino)-          äthoxy-dekan    und 4,1 Teile     Benzylbromid     werden in 20 Teilen     Butanon    etwa 14 Stunden  unter     Rüekfluss    gekocht. Nach Kühlen wird    das abgeschiedene rohe     quartäre    Salz abge  trennt und aus     Butanon    unter Zugabe von  wenig     Isopropanol    oder Methanol umkristal  lisiert. Hierauf trocknet man bei 50-60  im  Hochvakuum.

   Das     1,10-Bis-[ss-(benzyl-4'-me-          thyl-piperidinium)        -äthoxy]        -dekan-dibromid     schmilzt bei 150-151 .

Claims (1)

  1. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Diammo- niumverbindung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf 1 Mol 1,10-Bis-(ss-4'-inethyl-piperi- dino-äthoxy)-dekan 2 lfol Benzylbromid ein wirken lässt. Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, das 1,10- Bis- [ss- (benzyl -4' -methyl -piperidinium) - äth- oxy]-dekan-dibromid, schmilzt bei 150-151 .
