Kartoffelpflanzmaschine.
Potato planter.
The invention relates to a potato planter with z. B. semiautomatic or fully automatic allocation device for a number of laying shares.
Various systems of potato planting machines are known. With such a machine it is theoretically possible with et. Wa 2 to 3 / o planting defects and good use of the machine to plant around one hectare of prepared arable land with seed potatoes per working day. The performance of known machines, however, is greatly reduced by the loss of time when filling the seed box, which is necessary after every 600 m travel. If, on the other hand, one made the seed box on these machines several times larger in order to save time, then the effort to overcome the cyclic resistance would be inefficiently great.
In contrast, based on the invention, the platform of a sprung tractor vehicle serves as a seed box, to which the support frame of the allocation device is attached in such a way that it follows the movements of the platform, while the coulter is suspended at the same distance of the suspension point from the ground by a straight line in the form of Lemniskatenlenkern is designed to be movable relative to the support frame. The platform can be extended at the rear by a distributor head which can be closed at the bottom by a flap designed as a removal channel.
The allocation device can be formed by a box that is open at the top and provided with outlet openings at the bottom, in which a conveyor chain rotates.
The assemblies of the potato planting machine formed by the distribution shaft, the distribution device, the support frame for this with the support for the planting trolleys and the planting trolleys with the laying shares can be connected to each other and to the Schl. ep per vehicle must be connected by quick-release fasteners.
The invention is explained in the following description using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing. The drawing shows in:
1 shows the rear end of the Sehlepper- vehicle with the planting machine in a view from the side and in
FIG. 2 shows the floor plan corresponding to FIG. 1, the seed box being omitted in the interest of a better overview.
The frame 3 is placed on the vehicle axle 7 via a suspension 6. Fixed to the frame is the flatbed 2, which is provided with a very similar bottom surface 1. The bed 2 is through a distribution shaft. 15, which is detachably connected to it and extends over the entire width of it. The underside of the Ver teilersehachtes 15 is formed by a flap 17 which extends over its entire width and is designed as a channel and which is arranged so as to be pivotable about the axis rl.
This flap serves as a closure of the container 15 during the transport of the seeds to the field and during the planting work as a removal channel from which the seed potatoes are removed by the planters 16 assigned to each laying hair and placed in the box 18 of the allocation device at the appropriate point. The box 18 rests on the support frame 5, which is connected to the frame 3 at B and C and to the attachment rail 8 at D. The trailer rail 8 is rotatably mounted on the axis 7 and suspended from the frame 3 by means of the strut 4 and therefore moves up and down with the frame.
The allocation device consists of the horizontal, elongated box 18, open at the top, in which the conveyor chain 27 moves in the direction of arrow P over the chain wheels 25 and 29. The conveyor chain 27 is provided with drivers 26 which guide the seed placed in the box to the openings 28 in the bottom of the box through which the seed falls into the furrows drawn by the laying coulters 24. The conveyor chain is driven by the vehicle wheel 11 via the chain wheel 12, the link chain 13 and the angular drive 14.
The angle drive is provided with a coupling in a known manner, whereby the conveyor chain 27 can be put into operation or shut down by an operator during the journey. Another coupling element of known design attached to the angular drive 14 stops the conveyor chain when reversing.
The four laying shares 24 are each rigidly attached to a two-wheeled planting cart 20, whose wheels, which may be inclined, cover the planting furrows either alone or in conjunction with tow rails attached to the cart. The carts 20 are rotatably and releasably attached to the arms 21 at E. The suspension points E can move vertically relative to the support frame 5 and thus also to the dispensing device. In the illustrated example, this is brought about by a so-called Lemniskatenlen kerordnung. This consists of the links 19, 21 and 23.
The suspension points E are held by the carrier 30 and the wheels 9 at the prescribed height above the ground surface.
The connection between the openings 28 and the laying shares 24 is made by longitudinally expandable seed tubes 29, which are made of cylindrical helical springs, are fixedly attached to the laying share 24 and releasably attached to the box 18 of the metering device.
The division of the machine pulled by the tractor vehicle into subassemblies, which can be separated from one another and from the vehicle by means of quick-release fasteners for easy attachment and dismantling, make it easier not only for the use, but also for the manufacture and transport of the machine. During the journey to and from the field, the planting carts are folded up and held in place by chains on the distribution shaft.
