Description

       

  



  Verfahren zum Aufbringen von Zeichen auf Gummischläuche.



   Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet ein Verfahren zum Aufbringen von Zeichen auf Gummisehläuehe während deren Herstellung.



   Die Kennzeichnung von Gummischläuchen, z. B. mit Fabrikmarken, Zweck-oder   Mass-    angaben und dergleichen mehr erfolgt üblicherweise durch nachträgliches Aufkleben sogenannter   Vulkanetten    auf die an sieh fertigen Schläuche. Derartige Vulkanetten sind nicht nur verhältnismässig teuer in Herstel   lung und Aufbringung, sondern wirken auch    leicht als Fremdkörper und sind schliesslich von der jeweiligen Aussenprofilierung des Sehlauches abhängig.



   Demgegenüber bietet das erfindungs  gemässe    Verfahren eine wesentliche Vereinfachung dadurch, dass gemäss demselben der   Schlauchrohling    nach Aufbringen des Obergummis und vor seiner ohne weitere   Oberflä-    ehenformbeeinflussung erfolgenden   Vulkani-    sation durch eine Prägevorriehtung geführt und hierdureh mit den Zeichen versehen wird.



     Zweckmässigerweise    wird dabei der   Sehlauehrohling    im unmittelbaren Anschluss an das Aufbringen des Obergummis durch die   Prägevorrichtung,    vorzugsweise ein   Walzen-    paar, geführt. Die genannten Zeichen   kön-    nen dabei erhaben oder vertieft, gegebenenfalls gefärbt sein. Man kann beispielsweise, gegebenenfalls neben einer sonstigen Kennzeichnung durch Firmenzeichen oder dergleichen, die gesamte Schlauchoberfläche oder wesentliche Teile derselben bemustern und so in ihrem Aussehen verbessern, z.

   B. derart, dass eine sich schräg zur Achse des Schlauches oder in sich wendelförmig um dessen Mantel erstreckenden Windungen verlaufende Bemusterung aufgebracht wird, innerhalb derer auch noeh etwaige sonstige Zeichen entspre  ehend    verlaufen können.



   Die gegebenenfalls gewünsehte Färbung der Zeichen kann leicht dadurch erzielt werden, dass hierfür die   Prägevorriehtung    in für solche üblicher Weise eingefärbt bzw. zur   Farbabgabe    während des   Prägevorganges      prä-    pariert wird.



   Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren wird nun in Ausführungsbeispielen an Hand der beiliegenden Zeichnungen näher erläutert.



   Fig.   1    veranschaulicht schematisch die Durchführung des Aufbringens von Zeichen auf einen Schlauch.



   Fig. 2 zeigt ein   abgeändertes Ausführungs-      beis piel    des in Fig.   1    dargestellten Verfahrens.



   Fig. 3-5 veranschaulichen das Aufbringen verschiedener Wellenlinien auf Schläuche mittels verschiedener Ausführungsformen von   Prägerollen und   
Fig.   3a-5a die zugehörigen Schläuche in    Ansicht.



   Fig.   1    bezeiehnet 1 das Mundstüek der   Scblauchmaschine    und 2 den aus diesem Mundstück austretenden,   domlos, hergestell-    ten und durch Aufspritzen mit dem Obergummi als Aussensehicht versehenen Sehlaueh rohling. 3 bezeiehnet die mit einem Antrieb gekuppelte Abzugswalze, über welche der   Schlauchrohling    2 vor seiner ohne weitere Oberfläehenbeeinflussung erfolgenden Vulkanisation geführt   wird'.    4 bezeichnet die umlaufende Prägewalze, welche den über die Ab  zugswalze    3 geführten   Schlauchrohling    in regelmässigen Abständen mit den gewünschten Zeichen versieht.



   Fig. 2 zeigt eine ähnliehe Einrichtung wie Fig.   1,    in welcher der aus dem Spritzkopf 5 austretende   Schlauehrohling    6 mittels der   Prägerolle    7 und   Gegendruekrolle    8 mit einer sich wendelförmig um seinen Mantel erstrek  kenden Prägung,    z. B. einem Seliriftzug, versehen werden kann.



   Fig. 3 veranschaulicht die Möglichkeit, dass ein Sehriftzug 9 leieht wellenförmig auf der   Prägerolle    10 angebracht ist. Die Prägung erfolgt hierbei auf einer geraden Fläche des   mehrflächigen, durch die    Gegendruckrolle 11 angepressten   Schlauchrohlings    12.



   Fig. 4 veranschaulicht die Möglichkeit, dass ein Sehriftzug 13 stark wellenförmig auf der konkaven Prägerolle 14 angebracht ist.



  Die Prägung erfolgt hierbei durch Anpres  sung      des runden Schlauchrohlings    15 mittels der   Gegendruekrolle    16 an die konkave Fläche der   Prägerolle    14.



   Fig. 5 veranschaulicht die Möglichkeit, dass ein Schriftzug 17 in einer Ebene auf der schwenkbar angeordneten Prägerolle 18 ange  braeht    ist. Eine wellenförmige Prägung erfolgt   hier dureh Sehwenken    der   Prägerolle    18 und durch Anpressen des runden   Schlauchroh-    lings 19 mittels der Gegendruckrolle 20.

   The subject of the invention is a method for applying characters to rubber sticks during their manufacture.



   The marking of rubber hoses, e.g. B. with factory brands, purpose or dimensions and the like is usually done by subsequently gluing so-called volcanic chains onto the finished hoses. Such volcanic chains are not only relatively expensive to manufacture and apply, but also act easily as foreign bodies and are ultimately dependent on the respective external profile of the tube.



   In contrast, the method according to the invention offers a significant simplification in that, according to the same, the tube blank is passed through an embossing device after the upper rubber has been applied and before it is vulcanized without further influencing the surface shape, and is provided with the characters here.



     Appropriately after the application of the upper rubber, the hollow tube is guided through the embossing device, preferably a pair of rollers. The characters mentioned can be raised or recessed, if necessary colored. You can, for example, if necessary in addition to other identification by company logos or the like, pattern the entire hose surface or essential parts of the same and improve their appearance, for

   Fig. 5 illustrates the possibility that a lettering 17 is braeht in a plane on the pivotably arranged stamping roller 18. A wave-shaped embossing takes place here by pivoting the embossing roller 18 and by pressing the round tube blank 19 by means of the counter-pressure roller 20.
