Multistage centrifugal carrier. The present invention relates to multi-stage centrifugal conveying machines and relates to the special @ ti.shil lun @@ of the in Rielitung der Ströniund des Druel,
-by means of guide device parts arranged on an impeller and the peripheral ducts adjoining them. These parts pass the 1> return from one sound wheel to the next.
Ziveek of the special design of such a guiding device is to simplify the production of the housing parts which contain the I-mkeiirkanäle in such a way and make them accessible that precise finishing and cleaning of the reverse channels is possible. and he is literally.
Furthermore, by means of this embodiment, the production of the housing parts by casting, pressing and the like should be able to proceed advantageously and with great accuracy.
The inventive design of a teaching-level centrifugal conveyor machine is therein. that they enclose the impellers, the pressure medium. forwarding L.leitvorrielitangsteile of the individual stages as iii normal planes to the machine axis separate parts and the reversing channels leading the pressure medium from one stage to the other as wii,:
at least partially in the axial direction open channels are produced, which are covered in the assembled machine by annular .licleekplatten. In the accompanying drawing, the invention is shown in some exemplary embodiments.
Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section of a first Ausführungsforen through the axis of a multistage centrifugal fan, accordingly the line I-I of FIG.
FIG. 2 is a cross section corresponding to line II to 1T of FIG.
FIG. 3 is a cross section corresponding to line III to III of FIG.
Fig. 4 shows. a longitudinal section of a second embodiment through the axis of a multi-stage centrifugal fan, the I.inien- train IV-IV of Füg. 5 accordingly.
Fig. 5 is a cross-section, the line drawing; V-V corresponding to FIG. 4.
In Fig. 1, 1 are the impellers of a five-stage fan. These can be of any type. 2 is the common drive shaft on which the running wheels are keyed. 3 is. a spacer arranged between two running wheels. 4 and 5 are the guide device parts which close the impeller of a stage and which contain the guide channels of the pressure medium. These fan parts are installed in a housing cylinder 7 with flanges 7a and 7b.
The pressure medium inlet housing 13 and the pressure medium outlet housing 14 are screwed to the flanges 7 (x and 7b in such a way that the guide device parts of one stage and the stages below are pressed against one another. Each stage, with the exception of the output stage, has reversing channels 8 that feed the pressure medium of one stage to the impeller of the following stage.
According to the invention, the guide device parts 4 and 5 are guided as parts separated in a normal plane to the machine axis, the reversing channels being completely open on one side in the axial direction. There are annular cover slats 10 for the reversing channels 8. The inner bore of the plate 10 is designated by 11. The bore 11 corresponds to the outer delimitation of the impeller inlet opening 11a.
The cover plate 10 has an annular projection 10a on its axially outer outer surface. The outer boundary surface 10b of the projection is in Pa.ss- and sealing connection with the I.eitvorriehttln.gteil 5. The projection 10 <z has on the inner Side against the impeller a labyrinth or similar seal.
The outer circumference of the plate 10 engages in an annular groove 4a. The,; e groove is formed by the Leitvorrichtmigstteile 4 and 5. The centering of the plate with the axis of the impeller can take place by means of the groove 4a and the outer peripheral edge of the plate 10 or by means of the inner axial bore of the guide part 5 and the projection 10z of the plate 10. The sealing rings are designated by 20.
The axial hole in part .1 is. formed opposite the spacer 3 with a labyrinth seal.
According to FIG. 2, five collecting channels 17 and guide channels 18 are arranged next to a gap 16; In the process, the pressure medium flowing out of the collecting channels 17 is first directed into straight-axis diffusers 18 'running transversely with respect to the fan axis.
Comes from these diffusers. the conveying means into subsequent, circumferentially curved diffuser channels 18 ″, which expand at least in one cross-sectional direction and are bent in the axial direction in such a way that they lead the conveying means directly into the reversing channels 8 to the side of the impeller also at the transition point into the curved diffuser <B> 18 "</B> a continuously curved shape.
The walls 8a. and 8b of the reversing channels 8 are not only continuously curved, but these walls, which determine the widths of the reversing channels, have continuously changing radii of curvature in the transverse direction to the flow of the 1) trek means. The ratio of these radii of curvature to the width of the ULI channels is rnöglieli in equal places:
t is intended to be large, namely so large that it is nowhere less than 1.5: 1. Since the reversal channels become wider in the direction of the flow, see the @ irüniüiun ra.dien of the walls 8a in this direction. In the flow direction of the pressure medium, guide vanes 1.5 are provided, which channels the reversal at least in part.
their 1e curved parts across the flow. The walls 8a and 8b lying next to one another, four in the direction of rotation of successive reversing channels which run in an axial direction, give at 8c (Fig.
iii guide vanes 6 over.
FIG. 3 shows the design of the sanitary space Na adjoining the last stage, which is followed by the outlet connection 141).
The conveying medium is fed to the impeller 1 via the inlet connection 13b and the annular space 1 ″, r (FIG. 1). The formation of the collecting space following the last stage is not the subject of the present invention and can, as shown placed, or instead of laterally on the cannulas 1.8, for example, be arranged vertically above the same.
According to another in Fig. 4 shown; Embodiment, the inner part of a reversing channel lies in an inner Leitvorrieli- tion part 6, and the larger, outwardly adjoining reversing channel part is formed in a housing part .l 'on one side open towards the next step. This open part is provided with a ring plate 1.0 'which extends to the inner guide device part. 6 is enough,

g @ eselieir. The guide device part 5 is. designed identically, as has been described in connection with FIG. 1, whereas the part 4 'is only intended to form the outer part of the reversing channels h' and adjoins the part which contains the inner part of the reversing channels inwardly. On the outside, part 6 also has a circular,
with the guide vane parts 4 ',: 5 and with the ring-shaped cover plate 10' in fitting and tight connections. Part 6 contains the continuation of the outer circumferential canal up to the inlet opening into the i @:
first Lauf'racl. He owns. on the side of the riaehfol - ## enclen impeller in the axial direction a projection 6b the same as the inner part, -ler cover plate 10 shown in Fig. 1.
The outer p "ing surface of the projection is in the lead relationship with the part 5 as the projection 1.0a-. In the curved part of the reversing channels before the entry of the Diuiekniitte into the impellers are in axial direction." Shaped guide vanes 12 are seen before, clie subdivide this part of the reversing channels in the radial direction.
The distances between itie5zei @ guide vanes are determined under see and @ ge @, en the boundary walls by a certain constant ratio of the mean curvature radii of the subdivided individual reversing channels to the width of the same.
