Description

       

      Separator        für    elektrische Sammler.    Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf  einen     Separator    für elektrische Sammler, das  heisst eine durchbrochene Platte, die gegen die  Flachseite einer der Bleiplatten des Sammlers  gelegt wird und anderseits gegen die dünne  Holzplatte, die an der benachbarten Bleiplatte  anliegt.  



  Es sind solche     Separatorplatten    aus Kunst  stoff bekannt, die als Gitter ausgebildet, Rip  pen dünneren und dickeren Querschnittes auf  weisen, welche an der einen Seite des     Separa-          tors        alle    in einer gemeinsamen Ebene bündig  liegen, während die dickeren Rippen ihrerseits  auf der andern Seite des     Separators    in einer  gemeinsamen Ebene enden.  



  Bei diesen bekannten     Separatoren    ist der  Querschnitt der Rippen, welche das Gitter bil  den, gemäss den     Fig.    1 und 2 der beiliegenden  Zeichnung, welche einen Querschnitt durch  die Platten eines Sammlers bzw.     einen    Aus  schnitt der     Fig.    1 in grösserem Massstab zeigen,  so, dass sie auf der Seite der Platte in der  alle     Rippen    1, 2     imd    3 in einer Ebene bündig  sind, flach sind. 'Es wird daher an den Holz  platten 4 und den hinter denselben liegenden  Bleiplatten 5 des Sammlers ein erheblicher  Teil der aktiven Oberfläche abgedeckt und  damit wirkungslos.  



  Zweck vorliegender Erfindung ist, einen       Separator    zu schaffen, der diesen Nachteil  nicht aufweist.  



  Beim     Separator    gemäss der Erfindung ist  der Querschnitt der Rippen so ausgebildet,    dass sie mit dem Ende einer     zugeschärften     Kante in dieser Ebene liegen.  



  In der beiliegenden-Zeichnung ist ein Aus  führungsbeispiel eines     Separators,    in der       Fig.    3 im     Querschnitt,    in     Fig.    4 in einem Aus  schnitt aus     Fig.    3 in grösserem Massstab und  in     Fig.    5 in Ansicht dargestellt.  



  Der gezeichnete     Separator    weist die Rippen  1, 2 und 3 auf, welche ein von einem Um  fangsrahmen 6 umgebenes Gitter bilden. Die  Rippen 1 besitzen einen grösseren     Querschnitt     als die Rippen 2 und 3, aber dieser Quer  schnitt ist bei allen drei Rippen so, dass sie       gegen    die eine Seitenfläche zu eine     zuge-          schärfte    Kante aufweisen, deren Ende für alle  Rippen in einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegen, in  der auch die eine Seite des Rahmens 6 liegt.  



  Die Rippen 1 stärkeren     Querschnittes    sind  höher als die Rippen 2 und 3, die Vierkant  querschnitt aufweisen.  



  Die der     zugeschärften    Kante der Rippen  gegenüberliegende Seite der Rippen kann auch  abgerundet sein, wie dies für die Rippen 1  dargestellt ist.

The present invention relates to a separator for electrical collectors, that is to say a perforated plate which is placed against the flat side of one of the lead plates of the collector and, on the other hand, against the thin wooden plate which rests against the adjacent lead plate.



  There are known such separator plates made of plastic that are designed as a grid, ribs have thinner and thicker cross-section, which are all flush on one side of the separator in a common plane, while the thicker ribs in turn on the other side of the Separators end in a common plane.



  In these known separators, the cross-section of the ribs which bil the grid, according to FIGS. 1 and 2 of the accompanying drawings, which show a cross-section through the plates of a collector or a section of FIG. 1 on a larger scale, so that they are flat on the side of the plate where all ribs 1, 2 and 3 are flush in one plane. 'It is therefore on the wood panels 4 and the lead plates 5 of the collector behind the same covered a significant part of the active surface and thus ineffective.



  The purpose of the present invention is to create a separator which does not have this disadvantage.



  In the separator according to the invention, the cross section of the ribs is designed so that they lie with the end of a sharpened edge in this plane.



  In the accompanying drawings, an exemplary embodiment of a separator is shown in FIG. 3 in cross section, in FIG. 4 in a section from FIG. 3 on a larger scale and in FIG. 5 in a view.



  The separator shown has the ribs 1, 2 and 3, which form a grid surrounded by a frame 6 in order. The ribs 1 have a larger cross-section than the ribs 2 and 3, but this cross-section is in all three ribs such that they have a sharpened edge against one side surface, the ends of which lie in a common plane for all ribs, in which one side of the frame 6 is also located.



  The ribs 1 of thicker cross-section are higher than the ribs 2 and 3, which have a square cross-section.



  The side of the ribs opposite the sharpened edge of the ribs can also be rounded, as is shown for the ribs 1.

Claims

PATENTANSPRUCI-I separator for electrical collectors, consisting of a grid made of plastic with ribs of larger and smaller cross-section, which are flush on one side of the separator in a common plane, as characterized in that the cross-section of the ribs is formed that they are in this plane with the end of a sharpened edge. UNDER CLAIMS 1. Separator according to patent claim, characterized in that .that the cross section of the ribs is square.

2. Separator according to claim, characterized in that the side of the ribs which is opposite the edge to be sharpened is rounded. 3. Separator according to claim, characterized in that it has a peripheral frame, one side of which is also flush with the plane in which one side of the ribs is flush.
