Panel holder for capturing several panels for wall cladding and attaching them using spraying processes. It is known to anyone skilled in the art that the previous method of fastening the wall panels is a time-consuming and therefore costly method of work. The work of a linen paver and his helper amounts to about 5 m '= paving per 8-hour working day. If there are numerous and large areas in new buildings.
If panels are to be laid, the relatively high wages of the specialist workers required for this have a not insignificant effect on the construction costs.
Despite various attempts by one-time professionals, no better, simpler or more labor-saving type of fastening for fastening wall panels has been found to date.
The present invention is a panel holder with which it should be possible for a single panel layer to hold a larger number of wall panels in a shorter time in a vertical or horizontal position at the same time and to attach these wall panels held in this way to the wall by spraying. With the help of this panel holder, a single paver can fix at least twice the number of wall panels to the wall in the same time as before, i.e. he can do twice the work and cover at least 10 m2 of wall surface with panels per 8-hour working day.
It can thus when using this plate holder when attaching a large number of wall panels, such as. B. in hospitals, barracks, dairies, butchers, slaughterhouses, large apartment blocks with. in many bathrooms, etc., the construction cost can be saved significantly.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the invention Plattenhal age is shown.
Fig. 1 shows the same in the front view., With. Front against a wall to be covered with panels.
Fig. 2 represents. a (cut-out through this wall and shows the plate holder in side view.
The working process by means of this plate holder for fastening wall panels is as follows: The wall panels 1 are laid out on the ground, lined up in one direction. The air pipe 2, on which a number of suction cups 3 are attached by means of connecting tubes 4, is placed on the wall panels 1 lying on the floor, such that a suction cup 3 comes to rest on a wall panel 1.
The air tube 2 carries an airtight seal 5 at the upper end and an air valve 6 at the lower end part, which is connected by an air hose 7 to a suction pump not described here. By opening the air valve 6, the wall panels 1 are attached to the with a rubber sealing ring provided suction cups 3 firmly sucked, whereupon the air valve 6 is closed and the plate holder or the air tube 2 with the wall plates 1 firmly sucked to the suction cups 3 is placed on the wall with plates to be bele.
By means of the adjusting screw provided with a handwheel 9 on the upper part of the air tube 2 and the adjusting screws 10 on the lower part of the air tube 2 and the spirit level 11, which is also rotatably attached to the air tube 2, the wall panels 1 can be brought into the desired wall distance 12 and in the horizontal and vertical directions can be precisely regulated and set.
The cavity or wall clearance 12 created by this setting between the shell wall and the wall panels 1 to be attached to it is now sprayed with a liquid mixture of cement and sand as well as water by spraying from the work side on the right.
The protective plate 13 prevents loading the suction cups 3. If the cavity 12 is completely filled from bottom to top or behind each wall panel with the liquid binder, the panel holder can respectively. the air tube 2 with the suction cups 3 are removed by previously opening the air valve 6, whereupon the work process is repeated until the entire wall surface with the intended Wandplat th 1 occupied in rows. is.
By means of one or two supports 14, which are attached to the air tube 2 by eyelets 15 and adjustable by means of the fork guide 16, the air tube 2 is held in a vertically set up working position.
