Schlauch.
Tube. The invention has a hose and a method for its production for (r'e -, - enstancl. The hose, which is suitable for example for .7auclieverteilanlagen, is characterized in that it consists of an inner plastic hose, an overlying fabric hose and consists of an outer layer of plastic.,
A thermoplastic polymeric synthetic resin is used as the plastic for both the inner hose and the outer jacket, and the (fabric tube is also impregnated with such a material and is permanently connected to the outer plastic jacket and the inner plastic hose.
According to the invention, the method for producing the visual tube is characterized in that the inner tube is drawn onto a mandrel made of thermoplastic polymer synthetic resin, and that a covering made of fabric impregnated with thermoplastic material is applied to the tiled inner tube, and this covering is bandaged with tapes made of thermoplastic synthetic resin material,
whereupon the whole is subjected to a heat treatment in order to unite the three layers and, after cooling, the mandrel is withdrawn from the tube.
An example of a hose guide is given in the enclosed. Drawing represents. The hose shown has an inner hose 1 made of thermoplastic material, for example polymeric acrylic or non-acrylic resins, or polyvinyl chloride resins, over which a fabric hose 2 is stretched.
An outer Kunststoffman tel 3 made of the same material as the inner hose is inextricably linked to the fabric jacket 2, which fabric hose is impregnated in finite thermoplastic material and is releasably connected to the inner jacket. At intervals 3 protective rings 4 are pulled up on the outer jacket, which can consist of plastic, light metal, wood, for example.
Cold-resistant plasticizers can also be mixed with polyvinyl chloride or other synthetic resins, including pigments, for example aluminum bronze. Such a hose is flexible and water-resistant, and is not attacked by liquid manure either embedded and consists, for example, of fabric bandages, which can be woven from cotton, hemp, polyamide, flax, jute, ramie or artificial silk fibers, for example.
To produce it 'Schlau ches is drawn on a mandrel of the existing thermoplastic polymer plastic resin existing inner tube. and this with. Fabric tapes that are impregnated with a solvent-free plastic paste are bandaged, whereupon the whole thing is bandaged with tapes made of thermoplastic material.
The hose produced in this way is then subjected to a heat treatment, for example exposed for 30 to 90 minutes in an oven to a temperature of 100 to −00 ° C., all three Schielites joining together tightly. After cooling down, the mandrel is pulled out of the inner tube. Before or after the heat treatment, the connection sleeves, possibly also the protective rings mentioned above, are applied.
For the production of the impregnating paste for the C fabric tapes, for example, polyvinyl chloride is used. Weiehmaehern, such as dibutyl phthalate, dioetyl phthalate or phthalates of homologous higher alcohols mixed. Acrylic and Met.haeryl resins can also be used instead of polyvinyl chloride.
