Schaltungseinrichtung in Fernmeldeanlagen, insbesondere Fernsprechanlagen.
Es werden folgende Stromkreise hergestellt (1) Erde (-I-), Kontakt tal, Ader 5; Relais T2 Gegenwicklung 1I, Kontakt 6v2, Re lais TI Ansprechwicklun.g I, Kontakte 7v1, 8v2, Widerstand W15 (1000), -.
(2) Erde (-I-), Widerstand W2 (400), Taste Tat, Ader 4, Relais T1 Gegenwicklung II, Kontakt 9v1, Relais T2 Ansprechwick- lung I, Kontakte 7v1, 8v2, Widerstand W15 (1000), -.
(4) Erde (+), Kontakt tat, Ader 5, Kon takte 13v1, 6v2, Relais TI Wicklung I, Relais V1 Wicklung II, Kontakt 8v2, Widerstand W115 (1000), -.
(5) +, Kontakte<I>19u,</I> 7n2, Statorspule 1112, <I>-.</I> Der Motor macht, einen halben Kontakt schritt.
I>tat</I> un mittelbar Erde (-I-) angeschaltet..'
26t2. Das Relais U spricht in Reihe mit der Wicklung I des Relais V2: an: (l2) +, Relais TT Wicklung I, Relais V2 Wicklung I, Kontakte 2,6t2, 10t1, Sta- torspule D11, <I>-.</I>
Die Kontakte 27v2, 28v2, <I>29v2</I> werden geschlossen.

For telephone systems with dialer operation, it is known to give a switching order (e.g. marking of a traffic direction) by producing an imbalance between two circuits and to cancel this imbalance when the switching order is completed. At one switching order, e.g. B.
Establishing a connection in a certain traffic direction, issuing body, a subscriber station, a certain identifier, z. B. a resistance of a certain size or a self-induction or a capacitance, switched on in a circuit running over both wires of the connection line. A differential relay responds and directs the execution of the switching order, e.g. B. the setting of a voter on a be agreed contact group or a certain th contact, a.
The current through a counter-winding of the differential relay located in a local circuit is gradually changed by the selector until the asymmetry caused by the resistor switch-on at the transmission point is lifted and the unstable balance between the response and the counter-winding of the differential relay is restored .
Since the connection lines have different resistance and often differently strong discharges, etc., with the known arrangement, special compensation devices create an unstable balance between the external and the local circuit when the system is idle.
Furthermore, an arrangement is known in which the devices that receive and evaluate the switching orders. are independent of the different resistance values of the different connection cables. In this case, when a switching order is submitted, two circuits are established via the connection line.
By switching on a specific, of several different resistances at the point in which a switching order is given in .den a circuit. an asymmetry is created which is canceled when the switching order is completed by changing the current flowing in the second circuit.
The invention is a further development of the latter arrangement. It consists in the fact that the switching device, in which when each switching order is issued via each wire of the connection line, one circuit is created, one of which creates an imbalance between the two circuits, which is caused by changing the current in the second circuit when done of the .switching order is canceled again, is designed so that there is a winding of a differential relay in each of the circuits, and the current that flows through the circuit that creates the asymmetry,
the differential relay becomes effective, while the current through the opposite winding of this differential relay in the other circuit reaches a strength that neutralizes the effect of the current in the first-mentioned circuit when the switching operation is carried out.
By using a differential relay with one winding in each of the two circuits to be closed when a switching order is issued, considerable advantages can be achieved.
The number of resistance levels at the point issuing the switching orders can be reduced by half. The latter is particularly important for long connection lines.
After it has been excited, a differential relay returns relatively slowly to its ineffective position when the current across both windings is equally strong. The step speed of a selector to be shut down in this way must therefore correspond to the switching time of the differential relay.
The walking speed of this voter can be increased or high-speed, z. B. driven by single motors, Wäh ler are used. This can be achieved by a control relay switching the second circuit in such a way that a current that excites the reverse winding of the differential relay stronger than the response winding flows through it when the switching order is completed. The differential relay. receives because of a very short switching time.
Corresponding to the generally existing decadic structure of voters in telecommunications systems, ten different identification levels are available in the known arrangements. Graduate the number of these values, i.e. H. the current levels in: the circuit that determines the switching order can be reduced by dividing the switching orders into two groups. The device is set up in such a way that each of the two 'circuits runs over a different wire for a switching order belonging to one group than for a switching order belonging to the second group.
A differential relay is expediently provided for each of the two groups, and the response winding of one and the counter winding of the second differential relay are switched on in each wire of the connection line.
In the drawing, two execution examples of the invention are illustrated. Since Fig. 2 shows a different arrangement of the holding windings of control relays compared to Fig. 1.
All circuits and switching means not required for understanding the invention are omitted. To the left of the dashed line are those at the issuing point, for example a subscriber station, which give the various switching orders to the contacts and to the right of the dashed and dotted line the switching means that receive and do these switching orders is shown. The information in brackets given for the resistors W1-W5, W15, etc. denote the resistance values that these resistors can have, for example.
The resistance levels can also be different for a different number of possible switching orders or due to other conditions.
The contacts that give the various switching orders when they are actuated can be key contacts. There are 10 keys in the examples shown. The switching orders are divided into two groups; This means that the keys are also divided into two @ Gri @ p-pens, Tal-5 and Ta6-10.
When one of the keys Tal-5 is pressed, whereby earth (+) is applied to wire 4 via one of the resistors Wl-W5, the starting contact <I> tau </I> is also closed. Earth (+) is applied directly to wire 5 via this contact. The starting contact must be closed simultaneously with or immediately before one of the Tal-Ta5 contacts.
When one of the <I> Tab </I> 10 keys is pressed, earth (+) is connected to wire 5 via a certain one of the resistors -W1-W5. Furthermore, the start contact t46 applies earth (+) directly to wire 4.
In order to avoid that the starter grain cycle tal or ta6 closes too long before the contact that characterizes the switching order (Tal-Ta10) when a key is pressed too slowly, the keys have a pressure point that only occurs when pressed hard over can be wounded.
This avoids malfunctions, because if the time lag between the closing of the contact and the closing of the <I> Tat </I> contact, for example, is too long, the test arm can already overrun at the time the identification resistor is applied, especially with a fast-running motor selector the test contact corresponding to the switching order must have run away.
In order to keep the resistance characterizing a switching order switched on for a time corresponding to the longest setting time of the selector (if the number 0 = 10 switching steps), even when the button is pressed briefly, pressed buttons return to their rest position with a delay after being released. This can be achieved, for example, by the fact that the contact springs or the control springs influencing the contact springs have a relatively strong tension and the increased friction on the key allows only a slow return of the keys to the rest position.
The buttons can also be designed in such a way that the resistance only during the first part, but not. is switched on during the second part of the movement of the keys from the working to the rest position. During the first part of this movement of the buttons, i.e. when the resistor was switched on, the selector is set to the corresponding decade. During the second part of the movement of the keys from the working position to the rest position, ie when the resistor is not switched on, the switchover and, if necessary, a free selection is carried out.
Since now the setting time of the voters depends on the desired traffic direction, if you choose the decade 1 = 1 switching step, if you choose the decade 10 = 10 switching steps, the buttons can have a different delay, ie. H. the <I> Tal </I> key is the smallest and the Ta10 key is the largest.
The transmitter for the switching orders can also be designed in another way, for example as a number switch (finger disk). Compared to the buttons, this would have the advantage that the time for keeping a resistor switched on is determined automatically by the shorter or longer run of the finger disc.
As a giver of. Switching orders can also be used with adjustable levers or the like.
Ten different switching orders can be given for the facility shown. Since an imbalance is created with every switching order and the completion of a recorded switching order is characterized by the fact that the imbalance is eliminated and the unstable equilibrium between two windings of a differential relay is established, it would be necessary on both the encoder and the also apply ten different resistances to the receiver.
Each of ten different current levels in a circuit influencing a differential relay indicates the respective switching order. The number of resistance and thus also the current levels is reduced by dividing the switching jobs into two groups. The switching orders from one group are sent out via wire 4 and the switching orders from the other group are sent out via wire 5. Corresponding to the two groups of switching orders are at the point receiving the switching orders, for example in one. Telephone exchange, two relays T1 and T2 arranged. They are polarized differential relays whose armatures have two positions.
In the rest position of the system the contacts have the position shown in the drawing. There is one winding of the two differential relays in each wire of the connection cable. If a stronger current flows through the windings I of the relays TI and Z2 than through the counterwinding lungs II, the contacts t1, <I> t2 </I> are switched from the one shown to the other position.
If an equally strong current flows through both windings I and II, or if the current flowing through winding II is stronger than the current flowing through winding I of the same relay, the transferred contacts are returned to the position shown in the drawing or they remain in this position if they already held it when closing the relevant circuit.
The switching means receiving and processing the switching orders, so the relays <I> T1, T2 </I> etc. and the selector, of which only the switching arms dk and c are shown in addition to the magnets 1111, 1112, 1113, are shown in FIG Usually not directly assigned to a subscriber line. The switching means are at least one preset stage, z. B. a call seeker, connected to the line of a calling party participant.
A connection device of the preselection stage as well as the usual equipment of a subscriber line with a call and a disconnection relay are not shown.
If the call relay of the subscriber line has responded on the basis of a call given by lifting the handset at the subscriber station, a free call searcher, to which the shown voter is assigned, sets the calling subscriber line. The voter is occupied. The calling subscriber receives his feed current via a feed bridge in the call finder or in the selector.
Through a. If a relay is switched on by a supply bridge relay, contacts 1s, 2s are closed, contacts 3s, 4s are opened.
The subscriber wants to establish a connection in a direction of traffic determined by dialing number 29. It is necessary to first switch off the intercoms from the connection line at the subscriber station and switch on the shown receiving device for the switching orders in place of the feeder bridge. These 'switching operations can be brought about by a special switching measure of the subscriber, for example by grounding a wire of the subscriber line if there is a differential relay in the feed bridge that is not excited in the feed current. The differential relay, which responds when the subscriber line is grounded, triggers the switchover from the feed bridge to the receiving device.
The relay dominating the s-contacts remains energized.
Before entering into the description of the switching processes, which are initiated by pressing the Ta button, it should be mentioned that the switching off of the receiving device for the switching orders and the re-switching of the feeder bridge can take place itself, if the selector according to the two Switching orders ('2 and 9) have been set.
The participant first presses the key l'a2.
Simultaneously with the key contact Ta, 2 or shortly beforehand, the start contact tal is closed. The following circuits are established (1) Earth (-I-), contact tal, wire 5; Relay T2 counter winding 1I, contact 6v2, relay TI contact winding I, contacts 7v1, 8v2, resistor W15 (1000), -.
(2) Earth (-I-), resistor W2 (400), button Tat, wire 4, relay T1 counter-winding II, contact 9v1, relay T2 response winding I, contacts 7v1, 8v2, resistor W15 (1000), -. A stronger current flows through the circuit (1), in which apart from the relay windings and the resistance of wire 5 only the resistor W15 (1000) is located, than through the circuit (2), because it also has the resistor W2 (400) is switched on.
The windings II of the relay T2 and I of the relay T1, which are in the circuit (1), are therefore more energized than the windings I of the relay T2 and II of the relay T1 in the circuit ('2). This has the consequence that the armature of the relay T2 remains in the position shown, while the armature of the relay T1 is turned over. Contact 10t1 is opened, contact 11t1 is closed.
In the circuit (3) +, relay U winding I, relay V1 winding I, contact 11t1, stator coil 1111 of the selector drive motor, the relays U and V1 respond. The stator coil 11l1 has fault current. Opening contact 1.2v1 prevents the reversing magnet <B> 1113 </B> from responding prematurely. Contacts 7v1, 9v1 are opened. Contacts 13v1, 14v1, 15v1 are closed. The opposite winding II of relay T2 is short-circuited at contact 13v1.
At contact 9v1, the response I of relay T2 is switched off before contact 13v1 closes. The wire 4 and the opposite winding II of the relay T1 located in it is connected to the wire 16 at contact 14v1, which has different resistances to the decade contacts 1-4 and to the single line contact: e 1'-4 ', as well as is connected directly to the Deka denkontakt 5 or the EinzelelleitLmgkontakt 5 '. Current now only flows through response winding I of relay T1.
(4) Earth (+), contact tat, wire 5, contacts 13v1, 6v2, relay TI winding I, relay V1 winding II, contact 8v2, resistor W115 (1000), -.
When it responds in the circuit (3), the relay U has opened the contact 17u and the contacts 18u, 19u closed. At the contact 18u, the winding II is short-circuited. The relay U receives a dropout delay. The stator coil <I> 1112 </I> of the operating motor is switched on at contact 19u.
(5) +, contacts <I> 19u, </I> 7n2, stator coil 1112, <I> -. </I> The motor makes half a contact step. The contact nzl is closed. The contact 7n.2 becomes. open. The stator coil 1111 is switched on via the contact ml: (6) +, contacts 19u, m1, stator coil 311, -.
The motor makes another half contact step. Then the contact m2 is closed. The contact. 7n1 is opened. The stator coil 3192 is switched on again. The voter makes half a contact step again. This progression of the selector lasts until, as will be explained later, its shutdown is brought about by simultaneously switching on both stator coils 1111 and <B> 312 </B>.
When leaving the rest position, the Vnllstellangkontakt 20mo is opened. Contacts 217m, 22mzo are closed.
With this first adjustment movement of the selector, only the decade switching arm dk is adjusted. The switching arm remains in its position. This achieves that not. in every decade the test contacts 1'-10 'given below arm e are required, but only have to be present once for every decade. Before the end of the first contact step, the switching arm dk comes into contact with the decade contact 1.
It is. then the following test circuit is closed: (7) Earth (+), resistor W2 (400), key <I> Tat, </I> wire 4, counter-winding II of relay T1, contact 14v1, wire 16, resistance IV14 ( 800), decade contact 1, switch arm 2k, contact. 22.11i3, -.
There are higher resistances in this circuit than in the circuit (4). The winding II of the relay V1 has an ohmic resistance that is lower. than the difference between resistor W15 (1000) in circuit (4) and resistors W2 (400) and 1IT14 (800) in circuit (7). A stronger current flows through the winding I of the relay T1 than through the counter winding II. The relay T1 remains in its working position.
When, when the selector continues to run, it follows in a known manner by alternately switching on the stator coils 1112 and 111, the Dekadensehalt.arm dk comes to the Deka denkontakt 2, is in the circuit 7 instead of the resistor W14 (800) the resistor W13 (600) switched on. Now the current in circuit (7) is not only equal to the current in circuit (4), but stronger than the latter, because winding II of relay V1 is also in circuit (4). As a result, the armature of the relay T1 is quickly torn back into its position shown in the drawing. becomes.
In addition to the stator coil 1112, the stator coil <B> 111 </B> is also switched on: (8) -I--, contacts 192c, 1s, <B> 23t2, </B> 10t1, stator coil 1111, -. The engine is stopped immediately. The switching order has been carried out because the selector is set to the second decade accordingly. Your switching order given by pressing the <I> Tat </I> button.
The winding II of the relay V1 lying in the circuit (4) can also be in both circuits (4) and (7), namely between minus and your resistance W15 or 2.2m31 30m.3 (Fig.2). The current through the counter winding II of the differential relay T1 would then have the same strength as the current in the circuit (4) through the response winding I of this relay at the time the order is completed.
The unstable equilibrium would thus be established between the two WickI-Lui.gen I and II of the differential relay T1. The armature returns to its rest position, -Lind, the selector is stopped.
Since the armature of a differential relay, after which it was brought into the working position as a result of stronger excitation of a - \ ÄTiclz- hung, returns relatively slowly to its rest position when the unstable equilibrium is established between the two windings like the one, this arrangement could only applied. if the step speed of the selector corresponds to this switching time of the differential relay armature.
Higher step speeds, however, allows the above-described arrangement shown in Figure 1, in which to identify: the order completion on the second, -the type of order characterizing circuit (7) flows a stronger current than in the first circuit (4).
When pressing any of the other keys of the first. Group, e.g. B. the button Ta4, a current of the same strength flows through the wire 5 as when the button Tat is pressed, because earth (-I-) is always switched on directly via the start contact <I> Tat </I> .. 'In that However, a current of a different strength flows through the closed circuit wire 4 than when the button <I> Tat, </I> is pressed because it is plus. switched on via resistor W4 (800) instead of via resistor W2 (400).
The armature of the differential relay TI- is only returned to its rest position when the resistance W11 (200) has been switched into the circuit <B> (7) </B> after four switching steps have been performed.
After the armature of the relay T1 has returned to its rest position, the relay U drops out. Contacts 18u and 19u are opened. The circuits existing via wires 4 and 5 are interrupted when the pressed key (or the operated Xuin switch) has returned to the rest position. Then the relay V1 drops out. The reversing magnet 113 is held in (9) -h, head contact 21mo, contacts 2s, 12v1, 24v2, reversing magnet 173, -.
The magnet 1123 is placed in a holding circuit independent of the contacts 12v1 and 24v2 by means of its contact 251n3. By opening the 22m3 minus contact, it switches off the Dedak switching arm dk and by closing the 30m3 contact it switches this potential to the switching arm e sliding during the second setting movement via the @ test contact! E 1'-10 '. If the switching arm is also taken along during the first setting movement, a test contact row 1'-10 'must be assigned to each decade.
This effort is not necessary, however, if the switching arm e is not taken along during the first adjustment movement of the selector. After the reversing magnet M3 has been addressed, the selector is restarted if the contact 119u closes after the second switching order has been received (actuate: the <I> Tag key) </I>; the switching arm e slides over the contacts l'-10 ', while the switching arm dk remains in the position it had at the end of the first adjustment movement.
After the <I> Tat </I> key has returned to the rest position, the participant actuates the <I> Tag key. </I> It is useful if a key is actuated before returning by a locking device known per se. the previously pressed button is prevented in the rest position, otherwise the possibility. a wrong attitude of the voter is given ..
After closing the common start contact ta6 for the button Ta6-Ta10, the following circuit corresponding to circuit (1) is established (10) earth (+), contact, ta6, wire 4, counter-winding II of relay T1, contact 9v1, response winding I of relay T2, contacts 7v1, 8v2, resistor W15 (1000), -.
The current in circuit (10) via wire -1 is. stronger than the current in a circuit (11) corresponding to circuit 2 via the cores 5, and the "raste <I> day, </I>! because in the latter both resistors W4 (800) and W15 (1000) are located, while in the circuit (10) only the resistor W15 (1000) is switched on .. The counter-winding II of the relay T1 is more strongly excited than its response winding I. The armature remains in the rest position.
The relay T2 in the circuit (10) is the lowing response winding more excited than the opposite winding II in the circuit (11). The relay T2 therefore opens the contact 23t2 and closes the contact. 26t2. Relay U responds in series with winding I of relay V2: on: (l2) +, relay TT winding I, relay V2 winding I, contacts 2,6t2, 10t1, stator coil D11, <I> -. </ I>
In this circuit, the stator coil 1111 has fault current. The relay V2 opens the contact 242 in the circuit (9), but this has no effect on the state of excitation of the reversing magnet 1113, since its holding contact 25m3 is closed. Contacts 6v2 and 8v2 are opened. Contacts 27v2, 28v2, <I> 29v2 </I> are closed. The counter winding II of the relay T1 is short-circuited, and the response winding I of the relay T1 is. switched off.
The wire 1 and the opposite winding II of the relay T2 located in it are switched by the contact 27v2 to the wire 30, which is connected via resistors or un indirectly to the bank contacts 6-10 and 6'-10 '. By closing the contact 19u, the engine is started in the manner described. Since the relay V1 is not energized, and therefore the contact 14v1 is not closed, no circuits are closed when the test arm slides onto the contacts 1'-5 '.
Only when contact 6 'is reached is a circuit established (13) earth (+), resistance- W4 <B> (800), </B> key <I> day, </I> wire 5, reverse winding II des Relay T2, contact 27v2, wire 30, resistance W24 (800), test contact V, switching: arm e, contact 30m3, -.
This current is considerably weaker than the current flowing via wire 4, because only the resistor W15 (1000) and the two relatively low-resistance windings T21 iuid V2II are in this circuit. Only after three further switching steps, when the switching arm slides open, the contact 9 ', is the unstable equilibrium between the two windings I and:
II of the relay T2 is restored (Fig. 2) or the current flowing through the counter winding II has a stronger winding than the current through the response winding I when in series with the water, as in the embodiment of FIG. 1, the holding winding II of relay V2 is.
The voter is stopped because the contacts of the relay T2 occupy the rest position given in the drawing. The relay U drops out. After interrupting the circuits via the cores 4 and 5, by opening the button contacts <I> Tag </I> and ta6, the relay V2 drops out.
The voter is switched to the rest position; when the s-contacts are put back in the position shown in the drawing. The reversing magnet 1113 drops out because its holding circuit at the contact 2s will break. The relay U responds to (14) -h, contacts 21mo, 4s, relay U windings II and III, -.
It receives delayed armature drop-off by short-circuiting its winding II at contact 18u and initiates the voter's run home by closing contact 19u. When the rest position is reached, the head contacts 21mo, 22mo and the shaft contact 31wo are opened. The head contact 20mo is closed.
In addition to the stator coil 1-V12, which is then switched on via the contact m2, the stator coil 1l11 also receives power: (15) +, contacts 19u, 3s, 20mo, stator coil 1121, -. The voter is stopped immediately. As a result of the opening of the contact 21mo, the circuit 14 is interrupted. The relay U drops out and interrupts the circuits 5 and 15.
It was mentioned that the event contacts tal and ta6 must close at the same time or earlier than the contacts Tal-Tct5 or Ta6-Tulü. With keys of the usual design, this means that the contacts did and t46 open later than the contacts Tal-Ta1O. In order to avoid. That when completing a switching order, the differential relay, z.
B. the relay T1, in the time between the opening of a label contact, <I> z. B. Tat, </I> and the opening of the contact <I> Tat </I> responds again, the response winding of the relay T1 is short-circuited after setting the selector via the circuit part contacts 15v1, 17u, 32m3, 22mo.
After the relay V1 has responded when a switching order is received and the contact 15t1 closed, the response winding I of the relay T1 is not yet short-circuited, since the head contact 22mo. is open. Before the contact 22mo closes, the contact 17u opens, since the start of the motor: the prior response of the relay U requires.
If after completion of the .Switching order and relocation of the armature from relay T1 to the rest position, the relay U drops out with a delay and. the contact 17u closes, since the relay V l is still held by its winding II, the winding I of the relay T1 is short-circuited via the contact chain 15v1, 17u, 32m3, 22mo. If the contact <I> Tat </I> opens first, then the current flowing via wire 5 alone no longer has any influence on relay T1.
If a switching order was given that corresponds to code number 23, for example, a switching order in which a key from the Tal-Ta5 group was pressed in the second position, then after this second switching order has been completed (press key Ta3 = setting. third contact of the second decade) the winding I of the relay T1 via the contact chain 1,5v1, 17u, 31wo be short-circuited.
The contact, 31, is a contact that closes at the first step of the selector during the second setting movement. The reversing magnet M3 is then excited and has. the contact 32m3 opens.
In the embodiment described above, the <I> Tag </I> key was pressed in accordance with the second digit of the code number 29. When the <I> Tag </I> button returns to the idle position, the circuit is first interrupted via wire 5, and then the circuit is interrupted via wire 4. In this case, relay T2 is the relay that prevents erroneous activation shall be.
If the relay U drops out after the @ switching order has been completed, the winding I of the relay T2 is short-circuited via the contacts 29v2, 17u, 31uo so that the current flowing through the wire 4 no longer has any influence on the response winding I des Relay T2 has.
