Wechselrahmen. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Wechselrahmen für Bilder, Spiegel und an dere einzurahmende Gegenstände, mit Spann verschluss zum Einpressen des einzurahmen den Gegenstandes zwischen der vordern Glasplatte und der hintern Abdichtplatte. Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass das eine Glied des Spannverschlusses aus einem Rückhalt organ in Form einer hintern Randumbiegung des Rahmens mit anschliessender Längsnut besteht, während das zweite Verschlussglied in Gestalt mindestens eines in der Abdichtplatte schwenkbar gelagerten Stabes mit seinen Enden zwei gegenüberliegende Rückhalt organe hintergreifen kann, zum Anpressen des eingerahmten Gegenstandes an die vordere Glasplatte.
In der Zeichnung sind beispielsweise zwei bevorzugte Ausführungsformen des Erfin dungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen: Fig.1 eine Vorderansicht des obern linken Teils eines Wechselrahmens mit einer Winkel verbindung, Fig. 2 einen vertikalen Schnitt durch den selben Rahmen mit einer Aufhängevor richtung, Fig.3 eine Vergrösserung eines Teils des Schnittes nach Fig. 2, Fig.4 eine Gesamtansicht des Rahmens nach Fig.1 von hinten gesehen, in verkleiner tem Massstab, Fig.5 und 6 eine Variante im Vertikal schnitt und in Teilansicht von hinten, Gemäss der dargestellten Ausführung nach den Fig. l-4 besteht der Rahmen 1 aus vier miteinander mittels Winkelstücken 11 verbun denen Leisten. Zweckmässigerweise kann der Rahmen 1 aus einem einzigen Stück bestehen, beispielsweise aus Holz, Metall oder Kunst stoff.
Der Rahmen 1 weist im Querschnitt ein Profil auf mit einem parallel zum eingerahm ten Gegenstand 6 angeordneten Fortsatz 12, welcher den Rand einer Glasplatte 13, die vor dem eingerahmten Gegenstand 6 in den Rahmen 1 eingelegt ist, übergreift, und die Glasplatte gegen Hinausfallen aus dem Rah men 1 nach vorn sichert.
Des weiteren hat das Rahmenprofil einen Fortsatz 9, welcher senk recht zur Ebene des eingerahmten Gegenstan des 6 verläuft und dazu dient, um eine auf der Fläche 14 des Profils bzw. auf dem einge rahmten Gegenstand 6 aufliegende Abdicht- platte 4, die beispielsweise eine HartpavateY- platte sein kann, längs deren Kanten 8 zu führen, so dass sie sieh im Rahmen 1 nicht ver schieben kann.
Im Innern des Rahmens 1 ist eine längs des gesamten Rahmens 1 ver laufende Nut 3 mit. annähernd quadratischem Querschnitt ausgenommen, welche zwischen einer Randabbiegung 2 und dem Fortsatz 9 eine sich ebenfalls dem ganzen Rahmen 1 ent lang erstreckende Öffnung aufweist. Die Aus nehmung 3 wird einerseits begrenzt durch die Flächen 15, 16, welche parallel bzw. senkrecht zur Fläche des eingerahmten Gegenstandes 6 verlaufen.
Anderseits ist die Nut 3 teilweise begrenzt durch eine parallel zur Stirnfläche der Abdichtplatte 4, am Fortsatz 9 angeord nete Fläche 17 sowie durch eine parallel zum eingerahmten Gegenstand 6 verlaufende Innenfläche 18 der Randabbiegung 2. Da die Längsnut 3 nach der Rückseite des Rahmens 1 hin offen ist, besteht die Möglichkeit, den Rahmen 1 an irgendeiner Stelle desselben an Befestigungsmitteln 7, wie beispielsweise Nägeln, X-Haken usw., auf- oder einzuhän gen, die in die Wand eingelassen sind und vorstehen; sie werden bei aufgehängtem Rah men gänzlich überdeckt und sind somit von aussen unsichtbar.
Die Abdichtplatte 4 wird von der Rück seite des Rahmens 1 eingelegt, derart, dass sie auf dem eingerahmten Gegenstand 6 bzw. auf der Fläche 14 des Rahmens 1 aufliegt und seitlich sowie nach oben und unten vom Fortsatz 9 mit geringem Spiel geführt wird. Da kein Presssitz im Rahmen besteht, kann sie ohne Zuhilfenahme von Werkzeugen, beispiels weise durch blosses Kippen des Rahmens 1 oder mittels Fingergriffes entfernt werden. auf der Rückseite der Abdichtplatte 4, auf der dem eingerahmten Gegenstand 6 abgewandten Fläche, ist durch eine in deren Sy mmetrie- achse angeordnete Niete 16 mindestens ein flacher Stab 5 daran schwenkbar befestigt, welcher Stab 5 wie auch die biete 16 vor zugsweise aus nichtrostendem Metall be stehen.
Die Befestigung der Abdiehtplatte 4 am Rahmen 1 erfolgt nun auf einfachste Weise derart, dass der Stab geschwenkt wird, bis dessen Enden 10 die am Rahmen 1 an geordnete Randabbiegung 2 als Rückhalte organ hintergreifen. Auf diese Weise wird die Abdichtplatte 4 fest auf den eingerahmten Gegenstand 6 bzw. auf die Fläche 14 des Rahmens 1 gedrückt, so dass ein dichter Spannverschluss geschaffen ist.
Umgekehrt können die Abdichtplatte 4 bzw. der eingerahmte Gegenstand 6 und die Glasplatte 13 vom Rahmen 1 entfernt werden, indem der Stab 5 entweder im Uhrzeiger- oder Gegenuhrzeigersinn zu schwenken ist, derart, dass dessen Enden 10 ausser Eingriff mit der Randabbiegung 2 kommen, wie die punktierte Stellung in Fig. 4 zeigt. Die Variante nach den Fig.5 und 6 ist vorgesehen für grosse bzw. lange oder an sieh schwache Rahmen, die sieh in der Rahmen ebene nach aussen verbiegen und dann ihren Zweck nicht mehr erfüllen könnten.
Bei der artigen Rahmen weist der Fortsatz 9 (Fig. 3) mindestens an den Stellen, die den Verschluss lagen der Stäbe 5 entsprechen, einen in den Bereich der Stäbe 5 ragenden Vorsprung auf (Fig.5), während die Stäbe 5 entsprechende Querschlitze 5a besitzen, mit denen sie den vorspringenden Teil des Fortsatzes über greifen und damit den Rahmen gegen Defor mation sichern.
Gemäss Fig.6 ist die Anordnung so ge troffen, dass der Fortsatz 9 durchgehend längs des Rahmens vorhanden ist, und dass an den Versehlussstellen über eine Länge, die einer bestimmten Schwenklänge des Stabes 5 ent- Epricht (vergleiche gestrichelte Lage des Stabes 5 in Fig. 6), der Vorsprung 9 auf die Höhe wie etwa in Fig. 3 ausgenommen ist, so dass der Stab 5 an dem ausgenommenen Fort satz vorbei in den vorspringenden Teil des Fortsatzes einschwenken kann.

The variant according to FIGS. 5 and 6 is intended for large or long or weak frames that bend outward in the frame plane and then could no longer fulfill their purpose.
