Fig. 4 lässt dies erkennen.
Additional patent to main patent no. 287582. Roll film camera with removable film pressure plate. The invention relates to roll film cameras in which the film pressure plate is inevitably lifted during the film transport and which is attached according to the patent claim of the main patent. Since in these cameras the film pressure plate is influenced, i.e. the movement is transmitted from the film switchgear,
there must be a connection between the film switching mechanism and the pressure plate. According to the exemplary embodiments in the main patent, this connection was fixed, that is, inseparable. As a result, the film pressure plate when the camera is opened. manually removed from the image window for loading or changing the film, e.g. B. folded up, must be. The invention eliminates the previous need. the separate pressure plate lifting for inserting or replacing the film and thus represents a progressive further development of the camera according to the main patent.
The improvement is achieved in that the film pressure plate is detachably coupled to the film switching mechanism in such a way that the connection between the film switching mechanism and the film pressure plate is interrupted when the rear wall of the camera is open.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the film guide be sensitive to the camera window with pressure plate and movement mechanism. Fig. 2 shows the arrangement of the parts shown in Fig. 1 in plan view in the camera housing.
Fig. 3 is a cross section along line 9.-D in Fig. 2 through the film guide and the pressure plate with the camera back wall.
FIG. 4 shows the inside of the film pressure plate with the rear wall of the camera in a cross section along line C-D in FIG.
Fig. 5 shows the camera rear wall from the outside with part of the pressure plate underneath and two guide pieces located on the rear wall.
FIG. 6 is a section through the rear wall of the camera on line E -F according to FIG. 5.
In the illustration shown in FIG. 1, a recess 2 for guiding the film 3 is made in the camera part 1. The pressure plate 4 rests against the film 3. The pressure plate has bevels 5 at the top and bottom on the side facing the film 3. On the upper edge of the pressure plate 4 there is a projection 6 with an inclined surface 7 that extends the bevel 5 of the plate. The back of the pressure plate has three depressions 8 , 9, 10, the elongated, z. B. elliptical, shape and wedge-shaped cross-section.
In two lateral recesses 11 a leaf spring 12 is mounted, which is held by in the pressure plate 4 fastened transverse pins 38. The springs 12 are bent in such a way, that is to say have a prestress, that they seek to attract the plate 14 against the rear wall of the camera, which is not shown in FIGS. The springs 12 and thus the pressure plate are. attached to the rear wall of the camera by lateral, flap-shaped spring parts 13 protruding at right angles and lying in lateral recesses 14 of the plate. A projection 15, bent at right angles, of a lever 16, which is pivotable on one side around a bolt 17 in the direction of the plane of the film, presses on the projection 6 of the pressure plate 4 from above.
The other end of the lever 16 is provided with a right-angled bend 18. This bend is connected by a pin 19 to one end 20 of a double-armed lever 21 which can be pivoted about a bolt 23 on a transverse wall 22. The other end 24 of the lever 21 lies on a projection 25 of a vertically ver slidable film switch key 26 which is pressed by a spring 27 upward into the actuating position. At the bottom, the spring 27 rests on a bearing 28 located on the camera.
In FIG. 2, the parts shown in FIG. 1 are shown in the camera housing 29. The film 3 runs in a known manner from film reel 30 to film reel 301. The pressure plate 4 covering the film is shown separately for better visibility from the camera back wall, not shown in this drawing. In reality, the pressure plate is riveted by means of the rivet holes 31 and rivets 32 on the camera rear wall, which can be opened in a known manner as a cover or as a housing part. 4 shows this.
Fig. 3 shows in cross section the position of the parts to one another. The pressure plate 4 rests firmly on the rear wall 33 of the camera by the springs 12 described above. In their wedge-shaped recesses 8, 9, 10 grei len the conical heads 34 of rivets 35 fixed in the camera rear wall 33 a. In front of the plate 4, the film 3 lies over the image window 36 and is guided on strips 37 in the film guide recess 2. At the top, the right-angled bend 15 of the lever 16 rests on the projection 6 of the Andrnekplatte 4.
In the cross section according to FIG. 4, the leaf springs 12 located in the depressions 11 of the pressure plate 4- are visible from the side. These springs 12 are held at their ends by transverse pins 38 located in the Andrnekplatte. The lateral projections 13 of the springs 1.2, which can be seen more clearly in FIG. 2, are also on the rear wall 33 of the camera. the rivets 32 attached.
In Fig. 5 and 6, the position of two guide pieces 39 is shown on a camera rear wall intended to be pushed onto the camera. The Fülirungsstüel #: e 39 are attached to both sides of the projection 6 of the pressure plate 4 on the camera rear wall 33 and have the Purpose, in cameras whose rear wall is pushed open, when sliding the camera back wall 33, the edge of the not yet pressed film 3 with its inclined leading edges 40 from the edges of the Andrucli:
the plate so that the film is not damaged. The projection 6 of the Andrttekplatte 4 is not for the slide-on camera back wall. provided with a bevel, there. the connection between the bend 1.5 of the lever 16 and the upper edge of the projection 6 is made by simple mutual contact when the camera rear wall is pushed.
The mode of operation of the pressure plate is as follows: When the rear wall 33 of the camera is open, that is to say removed or swung open, the pressure plate 4 is fixed by the pretensioning of the springs 12. on the rear wall 33. The conical heads 34 of the rivets 35 are located symmetrically in the wedge-shaped recesses 8, 9, 10 of the pressure plate 4. The film advance mechanism located in the camera, which as such is not the subject of the present invention. is under the influence of the spring 27. This presses: the step switch key 26 upwards, i.e. into the actuation position.
The projection 25 located on the advance key 26 presses under the arm 24 of the lever 21, so that the end 20 of this lever 21 presses downwards. Since the end 20 is connected to the abge angled end 18 of the lever 16, lever 16 is pivoted about its pivot point 17 downwards. If the camera has a camera rear wall that can be closed by folding it up, the angled portion 15 of the lever 16 comes into contact with the protrusion 6 of the pressure plate when it is closed, i.e. the lower edge of the angled portion 15 meets the recess 7 (Fig. 1) of the protrusion 6. Since the lever 16 under spring.
effect is., the pressure plate 4 must move so far downwards until the angled 15 rests with its lower surface on the upper edge of the projection 6. When the pressure plate 4 is pressed down, in addition to the parallel movement to the film, the plate moves perpendicular to the film because its wedge-shaped recesses 8, 9, 10 slide on the conical heads 34 of the rivets 35, so that the pressure plate 4 faces away from the camera rear wall 33 the film 3 is pressed.
If the camera is closed by a slide-open camera rear wall, then, as already mentioned, the bevel 7 on the projection 6 of the pressure plate 4 is eliminated, since the pressure plate and thus its projection 6 are brought up in the same direction from the start , in which the bend 15 and the upper edge of the before jump 6 come to rest with each other.
Here, too, the previously described effect occurs when closing, that the pressure plate 4 is pressed down by the lever 16 which is under spring pressure and the pressure plate is adjusted away from the camera back wall against the film. In this case care must be taken not to class the edge of the yet. The pressed film does not come into contact with the edges of the pressure plate 4 when the camera back is pushed on.
To avoid this, the guide pieces 39 (FIGS. 5 and 6) are arranged on the rear wall 33 of the camera on both sides of the projection 6. When the camera back wall is pushed on, the edge of the film is pressed off the edges of the projection 6 of the pressure plate 4 by the beveled edges 40 of the filler pieces 39 and held against the film guide 2 of the camera. The pressure plate 4 thus presses the film 3 long against the image window 36 of the camera as long as the film advance key 26 is not pressed.
If the film is to be advanced, that is, if the advance key 26 is pressed down, the spring 27 is compressed. At the same time, the arm 24 of the double-armed lever 21 is separated from the projection 25 of the index key 26, that is, the lever 21 is relieved. The lever 16 can thus also move upwards and relieve the pressure plate 4. The leaf springs 12 mounted in the plate 4 try to attract the plate back to the rear wall 32 of the camera. This arises.
the plate again with its wedge-shaped depressions Ver 8 symmetrically to the cone heads 34 of the rivets 35, that is, it slides up and rests on the camera back wall. The film is released at the same time as the film is transported. If the film transport is completed and the advance key 26 returns to the upper position, the spring force 27 again acts on the pressure plate 4 via projection 25, double lever 21, lever 16. It is thereby again in the manner already described pressed against the film.
