Verschraubungssieherung. Lampenfassungen bestehen gewöhnlich aus zwei oder drei Teilen, die zusammengeschraubt den Fassungseinsatz, d. h. den Träger der Strom- und spannungsführenden Teile und diese selbst nach aussen abschliessen und vor vier zufälligen Berührung schützen. Diese direkte Verschraubung der Fassungsteile ist sehr zweckmässig, hat aber den Nachteil, dass sie sich leieht von selbst. lösen kann oder, wenn man beim Einschrauben der Lampe den Fassunr-smantel festhält, das Gewinde eben falls gelöst wird. Nach den neuen Vorschrif ten des SEV sind solche Fassungen nicht mehr zulässig.
Die vorliegende Erfindung hat nun eine Versehraubungssicherung insbesondere an elektrischen Glühlampenfassungen zum Ge genstand, die ein unbeabsichtigtes Lösen der Sehraubverbindungen der Lampenfassung ver- unniöglicht. Sie ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei miteinander in Eingriff stehende Sicherungselemente, nämlich ein unter Feder wirkung stehendes Arretierorgan und eine Verzahnung, vorgesehen sind, von welchen Sieherungselementen das eine mit einem festen,
das andere mit einem beweglichen Teil der Fassung verbunden ist.
Der Arretierstift und die Verzahnung kön nen im Fassungsboden, im Fassungseinsatz oder im Fassungsmantel angebracht sein.
In der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungs beispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge stellt. Bei beiden Austührungsbeispielen ist das Arretierorgan als Arretierstift ausgebildet.
Fig.1 zeigt einen Schnitt durch eine Lam penfassung, bei welcher der Arretierstift 1 im Fassungseinsatz 3 montiert ist und sich die Arretierverzahnung im Fassungsmantel 4 befindet. Im Fassungsboden 5 ist der Fas sungseinsatz 3 gelagert und wird durch Zu sammenschrauben der Teile 4, 5 festgehalten. Der Arretierstift 1 wird durch die Druek- feder 2 in die Zähne des Fassungsmantels ge drückt und ein unbeabsichtigtes Lösen der Rechtsverschraubung verhindert.
Das Lösen der Verschraubung ist nur möglich, wenn der Arretierstift 1 zurückgedrückt wird und gleichzeitig der Fassungsmantel 4 aus dem Federungsbereich des Arretierstiftes 1 zurück geschraubt wird.
Im Fassungsboden sind an geeigneter Stelle Löcher vorgesehen, durch welche zum Lösen des Arretierstiftes Werkzeuge einge führt werden können. Der Fassungseinsatz 3 ist mit Nuten 6 versehen, in welche die am Fassungsboden angebrachten Nocken 7 ein greifen und den Fassungseinsatz gegen Ver drehung sichern. Das Lampengewinde 8 ist fest auf dem Fassungseinsatz montiert.
In Fig. 3 sind der Arretierstift 1 und die Feder 2 vergrössert dargestellt. Am linken Ende des Arretierstiftes ist eine Bohrung 9 vorgesehen. Zur Montage wird die Schrauben Feder 2 auf den Arretierstift aufgeschoben, der Arretierstift wird in die im Fassungsein satz vorgesehene Öffnung eingeführt und der Stiftrand an der Bohrung 9 aufgeweitet. Der Arretierstift kann dann nicht mehr heraus fallen, auch wenn der Fassungsmantel aus der Fassung entfernt wird.
Bei der in Fig.2 dargestellten Ausfüh rungsform ist der Arretierstift 1 im Fassungs mantel 4 gelagert, während die Verzahnung in den Fassungsboden 5 eingepresst ist. Das Lampengewinde ist wiederum fest auf dem Fassungseinsatz montiert. Der Fassungsman tel wird nicht. in den Fassungsboden einge schraubt, wie es in der Ausführungsform ge mäss Fig.1 der Fall war, sondern ist auf das Lampengewinde aufgeschraubt. Der Arretier stift ist von unten verhältnismässig leicht zu gänglich.
Im übrigen ist diese Fassung ähn lich aufgebaut wie die in Fig.l dargestellte und wird auch in analoger Weise montiert und demontiert.
Es sind auch Ausführungsformen denkbar, bei welchen das Arretierorgan nicht als Arre- tierstift, sondern beispielsweise als federnder, mit dem festen oder beweglichen Fassungsteil verbundenes lappenförmiges Organ ausgebil det ist, deren eines Ende mit. einer Verzah nung des beweglichen oder festen Fassungs teils zusammenarbeitet.
Screw connection. The subject of the present invention is a protection against screwing, in particular on electric incandescent lamp sockets, which makes it impossible to inadvertently loosen the visual connections of the lamp socket. It is characterized in that two interlocking locking elements, namely a spring-acting locking element and a toothing, are provided, one of which is locking elements with a fixed,
the other is connected to a movable part of the socket.
The locking pin and the toothing can be attached to the base of the socket, the socket insert or the socket casing.
In the drawing, two execution examples of the subject invention are Darge provides. In both embodiments, the locking member is designed as a locking pin.
1 shows a section through a lamp socket in which the locking pin 1 is mounted in the socket insert 3 and the locking teeth are located in the socket casing 4. In the base 5 of the Fas solution insert 3 is stored and is held by screws to collect the parts 4, 5. The locking pin 1 is pressed into the teeth of the socket casing by the compression spring 2 and prevents the right screw connection from being unintentionally loosened.
The screw connection can only be loosened if the locking pin 1 is pushed back and, at the same time, the socket casing 4 is screwed back from the spring area of the locking pin 1.
In the base of the socket, holes are provided at a suitable point through which tools can be inserted to loosen the locking pin. The socket insert 3 is provided with grooves 6 into which the cams 7 attached to the socket base engage and secure the socket insert against rotation. The lamp thread 8 is firmly mounted on the socket insert.
In Fig. 3, the locking pin 1 and the spring 2 are shown enlarged. A bore 9 is provided at the left end of the locking pin. For assembly, the screw spring 2 is pushed onto the locking pin, the locking pin is inserted into the opening provided in the Fassungsein rate and the edge of the pin is widened at the bore 9. The locking pin can then no longer fall out, even if the socket jacket is removed from the socket.
In the embodiment shown in Figure 2, the locking pin 1 is mounted in the socket casing 4, while the toothing is pressed into the socket base 5. The lamp thread is in turn firmly mounted on the socket insert. The version jacket will not. screwed into the base of the socket, as was the case in the embodiment according to FIG. 1, but is screwed onto the lamp thread. The locking pin is relatively easy to access from below.
Otherwise, this version is constructed similarly Lich as the one shown in Fig.l and is also assembled and disassembled in an analogous manner.
Embodiments are also conceivable in which the locking element is not designed as a locking pin but, for example, as a resilient, tab-shaped element connected to the fixed or movable mounting part, one end of which with. a toothing of the movable or fixed holder part cooperates.
