Weckeruhr.
Alarm clock. The invention relates to. a Weekeruhr whose alarm device can be set to the minute and which; inven tion dadureli auszeielinet that to control the alarm device a synchronously with the hour hand revolving first control member and a synchronously with the minute hand revolving second control member is provided and that both control members have a common drive leash.
An embodiment of the subject invention is on the drawing provides Darge. 1 shows the alarm clock mechanism seen from the side, partially in section, omitting the transmission parts not necessary for understanding the invention, FIG. 2 details of the control elements, FIG. 3 the dial arrangement, in front of the view.
In the drawing, 1 is the front work plate; 2 is the rear panel, 3 is one of the pillars. The Minu tenwelle 4 belongs to the (otherwise not shown) movement. 5 is. the minute hand, 6 the hour hand, the drive on 6a., Change wheel 7, change gear 8 and wheel 9 receives its drive from the minute shaft.
With 10 the spring core wheel of the alarm clock is referred to, which is with the drive 11 on the Steigradwelle 12 in engagement. 13 is the Weckersteigrad, 14 the Wecker anchor and 15 the Weeker anchor shaft to which the 1NTeckerhammer 1.6 and the parking arm 17 are attached.
On the alarm setting shaft 18, which can be rotated by means of the rotary knob 19 in the direction of the arrow 20, the minute timing gear 21 is rotatably seated, which meshes with the change gear 7 and on which the hour timing gear 22 is rotatably seated. This meshes with the change drive B. The minute control drive 21 carries the minute control finger 21a, the hour control wheel 22 carries the hour control finger 22a.
Opposite the minute control finger 21a and your hour control finger 22a are the minute weekersehneeke 23 and the hour weekers tendon 21. The minutes - '# Vecker-- tendon 23 is firmly connected to the minute setting gear drive 25, which is firmly seated on the alarm set shaft 7 8.
The hour setting gear wheel 26, which carries the hour alarm clock 24, sits loosely rotatably on a collar 25z of the minute setting drive 25.
The minute control drive 21 with the minute control finger 21a and the hour control wheel 22 with finger 22a sitting on part 27 can be displaced in the direction of the double arrow 27 on the week setting shaft 18 and is displaced to the right when the control finger 21a and 22a fall off at the waste edges 23a and 21a of the two alarm snow.
This displacement takes place under the action of the alarm tension spring 28, the locking lug 28a of which releases the parking arm 17 on the alarm armature shaft 15 and allows the alarm device to function.
The minute setting drive 25 fixed on the alarm setting shaft and the hour setting wheel 26 running loosely on it are connected via the change consisting of the wheel 29 and the drive 30 in such a way that one revolution per twelve revolutions of the minute setting drive the hour setting wheel comes.
The minute setting drive 25 has the same number of teeth as the minute control drive 21, and the hour setting wheel 26 has the same number of teeth as the hour control wheel 22. The change 29/30 has the same number of teeth as the change 7/8. Both changes are rotatable independently of one another on the common axis 31 ..
The alarm setting shaft 18 carries at the end of the minute setting hand 32. The hour setting hand 33 runs twelve times slower than the pointer 32 and receives its drive from the shaft 18 via drive 25, wheel 29 and drive 30a, which with the Weeker The hour hand dial 34 meshes which sits on the tube 35 which carries the hour setting hand 33. The alarm clock hour hand wheel 34 has the same number of teeth as the hour setting wheel 26 and the hour control wheel 22.
The mode of operation of the arrangement is as follows: To set the alarm clock, the week setting shaft 18 is rotated in the direction of arrow 20 by means of the rotary knob 19 until the counter-clockwise setting pointers 32 and 33 are at the desired alarm time on the dial 36 (FIG. 3).
With this setting, the minute setting wheel 25 firmly connected to the alarm clock setting shaft 18 drives the hour setting wheel 26 with the hour setting wheel 24 via the change 29/30, so that at the end of the setting the waste edges 23a . and 24a are in the .der predetermined position relative to the control fingers 21a and 22a.
When the clockwork is running, the Mi drives shaft 4 via the pinion 6a and the wheel 7, the minute control drive 21 and the change 7/8 the hour control wheel 22; the minute control finger 21a slides. on the one-minute tendon 23 and the hour steering finger 22a on the hour snail 24.
Since the minute worm 23 revolves twelve times faster than the hour worm 24, the 21a is usually several times past the waste edge 23a of the -linuten-scline corner 23 without being able to fall off,
because the -Tinuten-Steiiert drive 21 via the Stuiiden control wheel 22 of the hour control finger 22a ,, which cannot yet fall off on its control worm 24, at the displacement (on the drawing FIGS. 1 and 2 near the right ) is prevented. As the movement continues, the time will come when the wake-up hour is reached.
The hour control finger 22a will then step over the sloping edge 2-1a on the hour worm gear 24 and will now be over an incision 24b, the time value of which is at least one hour. Within this time, a further cycle of the - \ Iinuteii-Tehneeke 23 can complete, and only a partial cycle, corresponding to the set -linutenzalil, will take place.
If the 31-minute -, # -; expensive finger 21a reaches the waste edge 23a of the -Iinn- t.en screw, it can fall off this time because the hour control finger 22a is above the incision 24b on the hour screw 24 and is not prevented from shifting to the right.
The week tension spring 28 can now move the minute control drive 21 together with the wheel 22 and the two control fingers to the right, in which case the nose 28a. From the stellarm 17 and the alarm armature shaft 15 releases.
Some time after it has dropped, the minute control finger 21a runs on the lifting curve 23b of the 3I Minuten-Schneeke and is returned to the locked position by shifting the 21 and the hour steering wheel 22 sitting on it with finger 22a. This rüekfülir
moving takes place against the action of the alarm tension spring 28, which comes with its locking nose 28a in the area of the parking arm 17 on the alarm hammer shaft 15. The time it takes for the lifting curve to pass the minute screw is around 10 minutes, so that the alarm clock can be set to a new alarm time around 10 minutes after it has been triggered.
Since the llinttten worm rotates at twelve times the angular speed of the hour worm, it is clear that the accuracy of the triggering can be increased considerably, regardless of the fact that the minute Schneeke has a slightly smaller diameter than the hour worm surrounding it.
In order to make the setting to the minute easier, a ratchet wheel 37 with sixty teeth is attached to the Weeker setting shaft, which interacts with the pawl 38, whereby the pawl also prevents the week setting shaft 18 from turning back against the arrow 20 Minute control finger 31a would run against the waste edge 23a and could be destroyed.
