Description

  

  Halteeinrichtung für einen horizontalen Stapel von Warenpackungen.    Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sieh     auf     eine     Halteeinriehtung    für einen horizontalen  Stapel von Warenpackungen.  



  Gemäss der Erfindung weist die     Halteein-          riehtung    einen Anschlag für den untern Rand  einer vordersten     Paekung    im Stapel, einen  gegen die hinterste     Paekung    anzulegenden       Sehlitten    und Mittel     auf,    welche bestrebt sind,  den Schlitten gegen den Anschlag hin zu be  wegen.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind zwei  Ausführungsbeispiele von Halteeinrichtungen  gemäss der Erfindung dargestellt, und zwar  zeigt:       Fig.   <B>1-</B> ein     Sehaubild    des ersten Ausfüh  rungsbeispiels,       Fig.    2 einen Querschnitt zu     Fig.   <B>1</B> in     grö-          sserein    Massstab,       Fig.   <B>3</B> einen Längsschnitt der     Halteein-          riehtung    nach     Fig.   <B>1,</B>       Fig.    4 eine Seitenansicht, teilweise einen       Sehnitt    der zweiten Ausführungsform,

   und       Fig.   <B>5</B> eine     Draufsieht    zu     Fig.    4.  



  Die in den     Fig.   <B>1</B> bis<B>3</B> dargestellte     Halte-          einriehtung    weist eine Auflage<B>1</B> für die     Wa-          renpaekungen    TV auf, die in einem horizon  talen Stapel auf der Auflage liegen. Die Auf  lage<B>1</B> ist mit einem Längsschlitz versehen,  dessen Seitenwände Nuten 2 enthalten, die zur  Führung eines     Sehlittens   <B>3</B> mit einer senk  rechten W     and    4 dienen. Am Schlitten<B>3</B> -reift  das eine Ende eines     elastisehen    Zugorganes<B>5,</B>  z. B. einer Schraubenfeder oder eines Gummi  bandes, an.

   Das andere Ende dieses am Vor-         derende    der Auflage<B>1</B> über eine Rolle<B>6</B> geleg  ten     Zugorganes   <B>5</B> ist am Hinterende der<B>.</B> Auf  lage     bzw.    im     Sehlitz    an einem Stift<B>7</B> gehalten.  Eine Blattfeder<B>8</B> ragt über die Packungen W  hinweg und ruht auf der zweitvordersten     Pak-          kung    auf. Am Vorderende trägt die Auflage<B>1</B>  einen Anschlag<B>9</B> für den untern Rand der  vordersten Packung.

   Wie in     Fig.    2 mit strich  punktierten Linien angedeutet, können     beid-          seits    der Auflage seitliche Führungen<B>10</B> für  die Packungen angebracht sein. Der Anschlag  <B>9</B> kann, wie in     Fig.   <B>3</B> angegeben, zur Auf  nahme von     Weehseletiketten    ausgebildet sein  oder aus durchsichtigem Material bestehen.  Zur     seitliehen    Führung der Packungen W  können an der Blattfeder<B>8</B> Schienen<B>11</B> be  festigt sein     (Fig.   <B>3).</B>  



  Die Halteeinrichtung nach den     Fig.    4 und  <B>5</B> ist insbesondere zur     Anbringung    an     Tabla-          ren    von Gestellen ausgebildet. Die Auflage für  die Packungen W bildet in diesem Falle das       Tablar    12 selbst, während eine vorn am letz  teren angebrachte Randleiste<B>13</B> den Anschlag  für das vordere, untere Ende der vordersten  Packung darstellt.  



  Der unmittelbar     auf    dem     Tablar    gleitende  Schlitten 14 ist ein aus Blech gebogenes Ge  häuse mit dem aus     Fig.    4 ersichtlichen Quer  schnitt. Die im Innern des     Sehlittens    vorge  sehene, offene Hülse<B>15</B> dient zur Aufnahme  einer eingerollten     Bandieder   <B>16,</B> deren äusseres  Ende nahe des vordern Endes des     Tablars    12  umgebogen und mit dem umgebogenen Teil  unter einen am     Tablar    befestigten Streifen      <B>17</B> geschoben ist.

   Die Bandfeder<B>16,</B> in ihrem  Bestreben, sieh     züi    rollen, bildet das elastische  Zugorgan, das bestrebt ist, den Schlitten 14  gegen den Anschlag<B>13</B> zu verschieben und  damit die zwischen Anschlag<B>13</B> und Schlitten  14 liegenden Packungen W des Stapels.  



  Zur seitlichen Führung der     Paekungen     '97 dienen Stäbe<B>1.8,</B> deren eines Ende in Ver  tiefungen in der Rückseite der Anschlagleiste  <B>13</B> eingesetzt wird und deren anderes Ende  in Nuten<B>19</B> im     Klötzehen    20 aus Gummi fest  geklemmt sind, die an einer Randleiste 21 an  der Rückseite der     Tablare    12 befestigt sind.

   and FIG. 5 is a plan view of FIG. 4.



  The holding device shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 has a support 1 for the goods packages TV, which in a horizontal Stack lying on the support. The support <B> 1 </B> is provided with a longitudinal slot, the side walls of which contain grooves 2 which are used to guide a side panel <B> 3 </B> with a vertical wall 4. On the slide <B> 3 </B> one end of an elastic pulling element <B> 5 </B> z. B. a coil spring or a rubber band on.

   The other end of this pulling element <B> 5 </B> placed over a roll <B> 6 </B> at the front end of the support <B> 1 </B> is at the rear end of the <B>. </ B> Support or seated on a pin <B> 7 </B>. A leaf spring <B> 8 </B> protrudes over the packs W and rests on the second foremost pack. At the front end, the support <B> 1 </B> has a stop <B> 9 </B> for the lower edge of the front pack.

   As indicated in FIG. 2 with dashed lines, lateral guides 10 for the packs can be attached on both sides of the support. The stop <B> 9 </B> can, as indicated in FIG. <B> 3 </B>, be designed to accept Weehseletiketten or consist of transparent material. For lateral guidance of the packs W, rails <B> 11 </B> can be attached to the leaf spring <B> 8 </B> (Fig. <B> 3). </B>



  The holding device according to FIGS. 4 and 5 is designed in particular for attachment to tables of frames. In this case, the support for the packs W is formed by the tray 12 itself, while an edge strip 13 attached to the front of the latter represents the stop for the front, lower end of the foremost pack.



  The slide 14 sliding directly on the tray is a bent sheet metal Ge housing with the cross section shown in FIG. The open sleeve <B> 15 </B> provided in the interior of the side seat serves to accommodate a rolled-up strap <B> 16 </B>, the outer end of which is bent over near the front end of the tray 12 and with the bent part underneath a strip <B> 17 </B> attached to the tray is pushed.

   The ribbon spring <B> 16 </B> in its effort to see to roll, forms the elastic pulling element, which tries to move the carriage 14 against the stop <B> 13 </B> and thus the between the stop < B> 13 </B> and carriage 14 lying packs W of the stack.

Holding device according to sub-claim 2, characterized in that the stop is made of transparent material. 4. Holding device naeh dependent claim 2, characterized in that the stop has means for attaching exchangeable labels.

5. Retaining device according to the patent claim, characterized in that an elastic pulling element is provided, which tries to pull the slide against the stop.
