Hohlblockstein.
Hollow block. In the interest of accelerating the construction of high-rise buildings, in the last few years there has been an increasing trend towards producing large-format building blocks that have cavities in order to reduce weight and increase the insulating effect against heat and sound. A large number of proposals for the shape and size of the stones and the number, shape and size of the cavities have become known. A large number of different Ilohlstein shapes have also come onto the market with the special purpose of using them as ceiling stones.
Some of the well-known fiohlblock blocks are made of clay using the brickwork process, and others are also made of concrete with various fillers using the vibration process.
The subject of the invention is a hollow block, which can be easy as a result of a special training and offers the particular advantage that it can be prepared for various purposes. In the stone according to the invention, the walls between the cavities are double-walled and notches are attached to the outer longitudinal surfaces of the stone, which are in line with. from the transverse partition walls are a closed narrow cavities. The separating cavities expediently have acute-angled edges in the direction of the notches.
The production of such stones is basically possible in different ways, for example aueli from clay in the firing process; particularly advantageous. but is the production as a concrete block made of light or heavy concrete, according to the German industrial standards DIN -I153, DIN 4154 and DIN 4155 in large format as a five-sided closed body, the cavities are therefore only open on one side.
All possible aggregates can be used, but especially the building materials specified in DIN 1164 in the usual mixing ratios.
The hollow block after. The invention offers the advantage that appropriate separations can be made very simply and quickly by hand during the bricklaying through the notch openings, so that the various construction sections can be made even with inexperienced or semi-skilled workers.
In a preferred embodiment, the stone is divided into two halves by a longitudinal diaphragm wall provided with a separating cavity, one of which has two main cavities and the other has four main cavities. The partition walls between these are in turn double-walled and enclose narrow cavities. Particular attention is paid to the fact that the transverse walls and the intermediate webs of the central separating cavity are offset from one another so that there are no cold bridges or the heat transfer can only take place on a Ziekzaek path. Two embodiments of the subject invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a stone made of lassive concrete and Fig. 2 is a stone made of lightweight concrete, and Fig. 3 shows the arrangement of two stones in a vibratory form.
The stone according to FIG. 1 has the known vertical recesses 1 on its transverse walls, which ensure better bonding with the material. In the middle of the two longitudinal surfaces are the notches of s - # - nunetrical cross-section. In addition, there are notches 3 on one longitudinal surface, one edge of which is perpendicular to this surface. stands, while the other runs very much.
The longitudinal section of the stone has the large rectangular cavities 4 and in the other half two smaller rectangular cavities 5 and two square cavities 6. These main cavities 4 to 6 serve the same purpose as elsewhere in the case of hollow blocks, namely to reduce the weight while increasing the acoustic and thermal insulation.
The walls 7 between these cavities are designed twice and enclose the separating cavities @ 8, which have notches 9 on their sides. Likewise, a double intermediate wall 10 is present in the longitudinal direction. The two wall halves are connected to one another by the webs 11, which are offset with respect to the walls 7, so that the seat-shaped cavities 12 and 13 remain. The slots 12 open openly into the outer transverse surfaces of the stone and have a notch 14 at their inner end, the shape and position of which corresponds to the notch 3.
Between the main cavities 5 and 6 are the separating cavities 15, which have notches 16 at their ends which are aligned with the notches 3 and 14. The cavities 5 , 6 and 15 enclose the double partition walls 17. The middle longitudinal slot 13 finally also has the notches 18, which are in line with the notches 2 and 9.
A hollow block of this shape can be easily produced with concrete vibrating machines, in particular those in which the vibrating and demolding takes place under load.
The arrangement in a vibration form with a square profile is shown in FIG. Practical tests have shown it to be useful, the partitions 7 and 17 in a thickness of about 15 mm, the longitudinal partition walls 10, however, of about 20 mm and the webs 1.1 of about. 35 mm and to give the separating cavities 8, 12, 13 and 15 a width of about 10 mm.
Such a stone has. a high compressive strength of about 80 kgem \. The liter capacity is only 16 to 17 liters of material, and it therefore has a total weight of no more than 18 to 30 kg, depending on the lightweight or solid concrete used. This (weight is far below the norm-related tongues and offers considerable advantages for the processing of the stone.
The stone produced in light concrete according to Fig. \? shows a similar arrangement, but the walls are stronger. So the partitions 7 and 17 have a thickness of about 25 mm, the longitudinal partitions 10 of 30 mm and the webs 11 of about 50 mm.
The stones can initially be used in the form shown for external walls, etc., with a thickness of 25 cm. By dismantling or separating individual parts according to the dash-dotted lines in Fig.l and 2, you can also see other stone shapes from it. If, for example, the webs 11 penetrate or if separating plates are inserted in their place during manufacture, a continuous longitudinal slot is created in the direction of line II and two hollow stones between the walls of the dimensions 50X1'-1, -: 21.9 are obtained cm.
These can be halved again in the direction of the line II-II after the notches 2.9 and 18, so that two stones 25 X 25 X 21.9 are inserted. receives. Finally, a right-hand or left-hand facing hollow block 50X25X21.9em can be obtained from the stone by separating in the direction of line 111 after the notches 3, 16 and 1-1, with a smaller hollow block each 12 X 12 X 21 , 9 cm with, the cavity 6 accrues.
The notches made ensure that the individual parts are separated cleanly. The notches are arranged so that when dismantling the front surfaces of the separating cavities, recesses remain that favor the setting with the mortar, while the stop surfaces are completely smooth with a stop stone.
