Description
Tablarkonsole.
Shelf console. The present invention relates to a shelf console with a fixed holder rail and a support arm adjustable in different heights on it.
According to the invention, the height adjustment of the support arm is made possible by latching in the holder rail, into which the support arm, which is longitudinally adjustable in a guide of the holder rail, can optionally be brought into place.
In the drawing, for example, a Ausführungsforni of the subject invention is shown, namely show.
FIG. 1 shows a front view of the shelf console with a fragment of the shelf, FIG. 2 shows a side view of Fit. 1, Fi-. 3 Look above to Fig. 1, Fit) -. 4 a partial top view of the console on a larger scale, Fic. 5 a partial view of the console from the side on a larger scale, partly in a cross-section,
FIG. 6 shows a partial view according to FIG. 5 with the locking mechanism released for the purpose of adjusting the support arm, and FIG. 7 shows a front view of the inner end of the support arm.
The shelf console shown has a holder rail 1 which has a U-shaped profile with inwardly projecting flanges - ').
The holder rail is opened on its front side by a longitudinal seat 3 formed between the flanges 2. The rear wall of the rail is provided at equal distances from one another with notch holes 4 and with two visual screws 5 into which visual screws 6 can be inserted in order to attach the rail to a wall .
The support arm 7 engages with its flat shape having inner end through the longitudinal seat 3 into the cavity of the rail and is in this through a transverse penetrating the inner arm end at the top - tbolt 8 guided. The front edge of the support arm resting against the rear wall of the holder rail forms a right angle with the support edge for the shelf.
Halfway up its front edge, the support lock has a locking pin 9, which is intended for engagement in the notch holes 4. The support arm has a height that decreases towards its free end and is rounded at its lower edge. Both the holder rail 1 and the support arm 7 are cast from light metal and polished.
If a shelf has more than two consoles, it is important that all consoles are generally adjustable to the same height. If not all the consoles of a shelf are set to the same height, there is a risk of a shelf jumping with glass shelves.
In the case of known adjustable consoles, in particular with infinitely variable adjustment of the support arm on a holder rail, the locking device is not suitable for setting the consoles to an exact height with the first attempt. Therefore, when adjusting the shelves, a lot of time is lost in setting the consoles.
In contrast, all holder rails 1 are fastened once and for all at the same height to the wall intended to accommodate the shelf using screws 6 . After they have been fastened, the support arms are all set to the same height, which, as FIG. 6 illustrates, can be easily achieved by holding the support arms up and then by engaging them in the desired catch.
If the support arms are all locked into the notch surface determined by counting from below or above, the glass shelf 10 can be placed on top. Each time a shelf is adjusted in height, it must be removed beforehand, whereupon the height position of the support arms can be adjusted one after the other.
