Device for height adjustment of the tabletop of school desks. The subject of the present invention is a device for adjusting the height of the table top of sehultis, in which the table top supports can be telescopically shifted in supports attached to the feet and the pairs of supports can be fixed in their opposite position.
There are already tables known whose table leaf is adjustable in the vertical direction, but the adjustment is made by means of threaded qpindles housed in each individual table, while according to the present invention, a device is provided that is attached to the Sehultisehen to be adjusted and can be removed from them again.
One and the same device is used to adjust a plurality of qehultisehen, and the latter just need to have means to see the adjusted table plate or the same supporting supports in the set position.
The device according to the invention is characterized in that the device comprises coupling elements by means of which it can be coupled to the supports that are guided together and that the coupling elements are adjustable in relation to one another.
A preferred exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention will now be explained with reference to the accompanying drawing. In the same time: M Fig. 1 a cross section through a viewing desk provided with the embodiment with an adjustable table top, Fig. 2 a front view of one end of the viewing desk,
FIG. 3 shows a cross section of part of the shoulder tube with the adjustment device attached to it, and FIG. 4 shows an associated view from the front on a larger scale.
The table shown in the drawing has a tabletop 1 which is fastened to a support 2 at each end by means of a carrier 1 '. The two supports 2, as well as the supports 3, in which they are guided, the supports 2 are guided telescopically, preferably have a non-circular, for example a rectangular, square or oval cross-section. In the example shown, these columns are rectangular. On the inside of each support 2, a through slot 4 is provided, through which the bolt 5 of a clamping screw 6 enters.
On the mutually facing sides of the supports 3 the visual screw head rests, while the bolts 5 are each screwed into a longitudinally displaceable plate 6a arranged inside the supports 2 and behind the slots 4 , so, that by twisting the vein visual cover 6 the pairs of supports 2, 3 can be fixed in their mutual position or detached from one another. The supports 2 are connected to one another by a bar 7 and the supports 3 by a tube 8 .
The supports 3 are firmly connected to feet 9 in such a way that the supports 3 and consequently also the supports 2 are inclined at an angle towards the rear run away.
In the supports 2 bores 10 and on the supports 3 bolts 11 are now attached, wherein the bores bolts 12 can enter and the bolts 11 can enter holes 13 . The two bolts 12 mentioned are fastened to a rail 14 each, which is mounted on a plate 15 each in a guide 15 ' / B> is guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner, while the bolts 13 are arranged in the plates 1.5 . Of course, a rail 14 with a bolt 12 fastened to it and a plate 15 are provided for each side of the visual display.
The two plates 15 belonging to the adjustment device are connected to one another by a shaft 16 which is loosely rotatable in the plates 15 . On one outer end of the shaft 16 there is a crank 17 which is non-rotatably connected to the shaft, so that by rotating the crank, the shaft 16 can be twisted. On the shaft 16 there are also two pinions 18 that mesh with racks 19 .
These two toothed racks are fixedly arranged on the rails 14 in such a way that, by turning the crank 17 and thus the pinion 18 , the toothed racks 19 </ B > And with them the rails 14 are moved. The latter are included in the guided tours 151 . The height of the table can be adjusted by turning the crank 17 .
After the adjustment has been made, the entire device, which also includes parts 16, 17 , can be removed by removing the two plates 15 against the action of springs 2 are pressed against each other, whereby on the one hand the plates 15 are lifted off the bolts 11 and on the other hand the bolts 12 are lifted out of the bores 10 .
The bolts 12 and the bores 13, which are intended to be used with the on the supports, serve as coupling organs of the device for the mutually guided supports 2, 3 22 and 3 arranged bores 10 and bolts 11 also forming cupping organs to come into engagement. The coupling elements can be adjusted in relation to one another by turning the shaft 16 .
The device described allows a quick and simple adjustment of the sehultis and has the essential advantage over all known adjustment devices in which threaded spindles are housed in the table columns that it is considerably simpler.
Accordingly, the adjustable tables of the type described are much lower in price than known adjustable tables, since only a single adjustment line is required for a majority of such tables, which is attached to a table for the purpose of adjusting the height of the table sheet.
