High-voltage switch with means that control the voltage distribution. It is known to control the voltage distribution to the individual interruption paths or partial arcs by means of capacitors or resistors in the case of high voltage clamps with multiple interruptions so that each individual isolating distance is electrically stressed as equally as possible.
Such control prevents. however, it is not that the voltage distribution along a single interruption section is inconsistent with an open or open switch. For design reasons. It is only possible in the rarest of cases to achieve a homogeneous field between the open switch contacts. With most switches or disconnectors for high voltage, the voltage drop along the interruption path is very unevenly distributed during the switching movement or in the open state.
In the case of circuit breakers, this promotes a possible return when the recurring voltage appears after the extinguishing process and makes the final arc release more difficult.
In the case of high-voltage breakers, this deficiency can be remedied according to the invention, finite at least one interruption section per pole, in that means are provided which control the voltage distribution along the interruption section.
The drawing shows three examples of the subject matter of the invention. 1, 2 and 3 are schematic longitudinal sections through various embodiments of a switch pole, and FIG. 4 shows a cross section through the switch pole shown in FIG.
In Fig.1, 1 is the switching chamber of an interruption path of a high-voltage breaker pole, which at its ends through the metal mounts? and 3 is fully or only partially completed. Inside the chamber are the fixed contacts 4- and 5 that are in electrical communication with the Metallfas, which are connected by the movable con tact pin 6 when the switch is closed.
When the switch is open, does the voltage difference occur along the interruption path, i.e. between the socket? and the contact pin 6 on the one hand and the socket 3 with. the contact 5 on the other hand.
The voltage distribution along the interruption path is controlled according to the invention, which can be achieved, for example, with the help of the control capacitors 7 (c 1 to 7 n, as is shown schematically in the drawing.
These capacitors can be arranged outside the actual switching chamber 1 along the interruption path, each individual control capacitor 7a to 7n being suitably electrically connected to an associated ring-shaped control electrode 8a to 8n-1 in order to achieve a uniform field distribution in the interior of the viewing chamber.
In some cases, however, it can also be more advantageous to relocate the control means into an insulating holding chamber wall and to move it symmetrically around. to arrange the interruption route. Fig.? shows an example of this embodiment, in which the individual capacitor linings 9a. to 9n in the form of concentric cylinders in the Kam merwandung 10 coaxially embedded and axially shifted step-like against each other. With this construction are unnecessary. special control electrodes distributed over the wall of the holding chamber.
The spatial displacement of the individual capacitor layers can be arranged in a single or multiple step-like manner, with the capacitance values of the individual layers selected in accordance with the desired voltage control. will.
Instead of capacitors, however, resistors of a metallic, non-metallic or voltage-dependent nature can also be used, which take over the voltage distribution. Capacitors can also be combined with resistors of different types for the same purpose.
In the case of switches whose interruption path is isolated from the outside by two or more jackets for structural reasons, it may be more appropriate to accommodate the voltage-controlling means, i.e. the capacitors or resistors, in the annular space between the insulating jackets, as is the case is shown in FIG.
The inner jacket, which in this example is also the switching chamber wall 11, is surrounded by a second jacket 12. The voltage controlling means, e.g. B. Kon capacitors are shown as cylindrical bodies 13a, 13b, <B> 13e </B> etc. and are located in the space between the jackets 11 and 12.
In this case, it is useful to assign the jackets 11 and 12 eccentrically to each other, as can be clearly seen from the cross section of FIG. 4, where the means controlling the voltage distribution are housed at the widest point of the annular space.
With some switches it is desirable to maintain the voltage control as much as possible even during the switching movement of the contact pin. When the contact pin penetrates the controlled field is increasingly distorted so that, for. B. in an intermediate position of the contact pin, the voltage field not, is more evenly distributed over the interruption path.
As shown, for example, in FIGS. 3 and 4, by installing an intermediate electrode 11 in the interruption line, the aforementioned disadvantage can be significantly alleviated by the fact that the contact pin 6 after a certain distance covered with the intermediate electrode when executing the switch-on movement 11 comes into contact and the control means 13a and 13b short-circuits. From this moment on, the entire voltage control is only taken over by the remaining steeper means <B> 13e, </B> to 13,11, which accordingly have to be able to withstand the entire voltage for a certain time.
It is particularly advantageous to attach the intermediate electrode 14 provided in the interior of the switch at that point of the interruption line at which the free end of the moving contact pin 6 is located at the moment of extinguishing the switch-off light. Instead of just one intermediate electrode, several can be provided accordingly, using capacitors or resistors or a combination of both as control means and irrespective of whether the control means are installed outside the actual switching chamber or in the switching chamber wall itself.
