Description

Fertilizer, manufacturing process for this fertilizer and installation for implementing this process. We already know, on the one hand, mineral fertilizers based on nitrogen, phosphorus, potassiuni, and, on the other hand, organic fertilizers based on products derived from the de-oniposition of organic matter, in particular manure, potting soil, etc. But the separate action of these fertilizers is not sufficiently effective.

The present invention aims to provide an en-rais relating to both the mineral type and chi organic type and, therefore, particularly effective. The fertilizer according to the invention is. characterized in that it comprises a nielan # ,, e of humate and phosphate (phos phate (lime for example), and in that the phosphoric acid it contains is found at least in part in a form which can be readily assimilated by plants.

This fertilizer can advantageously be made in. mixing wet decomposing plant compounds, such as peat, with a material containing a phosphorus, especially natural phosphates, dephosphorization slag, superphosphate.

The mixture thus obtained is dried, then it is ground, which makes it possible to obtain a powdered fertilizer which can be used directly.

The invention extends not only to the above process, but also to. an installation for the implementation of this process. This consists of a drier, in which the mixture of oily plant compounds and material containing a phosphate is received and dried, and a sieve-mill, the bottom of which, for example, is provided with a sieve for grinding the material. dry and sift the resulting powder.

When used to prepare a fertilizer conforming to. the invention an insoluble phosphate, the humic acid of the decomposing plant compound acts. on at least part of the phosphate added to transform it into a phosphate directly assimilable by the plants.

The fertilizer according to the invention may, where appropriate, be further supplemented with products containing elements necessary or favorable to the growth of plants.
