Zusammenlegbare Eierschachtel.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine zusammenlegbare Eierschachtel, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie aus einem gefalteten Kartonstück besteht, das je ein rechteckiges Feld für den Deckel, für den Boden, für die beiden Seitenwände und für mindestens eine mit nebeneinanderliegenden, zum Einlegen je eines Eies bestimmten, ovalen Aussparungen versehene Schrägwand aufweist, wobei das Deckel- und das Bodenfeld einerseits sowie die beiden Seitenfelder anderseits je unter sich gleiche Breite aufweisen, wobei das ganze Kartonstück derart längs den zwischen je zwei benachbarten Feldern liegenden, zueinander parallelen Trennlinien gefaltet ist, dass das Deckel und das Bodenfeld zusammen mit den beiden Seitenfeldern die Umwandung einer im Querschnitt viereckigen Schachtel bilden,
wobei das mit den ovalen Aussparungen versehene Feld innerhalb dieser Umwandung schrägliegend als Eierfachschrägwand zwisehen dem Deckel und dem Boden eingeklemmt ist. Die Herstellung einer solchen Sehachtel mit verhältnismässig grosser Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Zusammendrücken und daher genügendem Schutz für die hineingelegten Eier aus einem einzigen Kartonstück ist also einfach; ebenso kann eine solche Schachtel in einfachster Weise wieder in das flache IVartonstück zerlegt und in diesem Zustand platzsparend aufgestapelt oder versandt werden. Die Anordnung kann z. B. so erfolgen, dass die genannte Schrägwand das EDTittelfeld des Kartonstüekes bildet, so dass sich also beiderseits eine Seitenwand und dann der Boden bzw. der Deckel anschliesst.
In dieser symmetrischen Ausführung wird dann zum Öffnen die an den Deckel anschliessende Seitenwand mitabgehoben. Im Prinzip sind dann der Deckel und der Boden gleich angeordnet. Es steht auch nichts im Wege, im Anschluss an das die ovalen Aussparungen besitzende Feld mindestens ein weiteres Eierfachaggregat anzuordnen, welches aus je einem rechteckigen Feld, sowie einem daran anschliessenden, wieder mit ovalen Aussparungen zum Einlegen von Eiern versehenen weiteren Feld besteht, wobei das lÇarton- stück in den zwischen diesen beiden Feldern und dem vorangehenden Feld liegenden Trennlinien derart gefaltet ist, dass das erste Feld des Eierfaches innerhalb der Umwandung eine zu den Seitenwänden parallele Trennwand zwischen Deckel und Boden bildet, wogegen das zweite Eierfachfeld schrägliegend zwischen Deckel und Boden eingeklemmt ist.
Die genannte, zu den Seitenwänden parallele Trennwand zwischen den beiden Eierfachschrägwänden fixiert einerseits die in die ovalen Aussparungen eingelegten Eier irnd stützt Boden und Deckel gegenseitig ab, wodurch die Eierschachtel gegen Zusammendrücken widerstandsfähiger wird.
Die Schachtel nach der vorliegenden Erfindung ist anschliessend an lland der beigefügten Zeichnung, welche zwei Ausführungsformen einer Eierschachtel nach der Erfindung darstellt, näher beschrieben.
Fig. 1 zeigt in Draufsicht das in Felder eingeteilte Kartonstück der einen Ausführungsform.
Fig. 2 zeigt in räumlicher Darstellung die durch Zusammenfalten des Kartonstückes daraus hergestellte Eierschachtel.
Die Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen in gleicher Darstellung eine zweite Ausführungsform.
Bei der Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 wird ein Kartonstreifen mit der Anzahl Eier angepassten Abmessungen in eine Anzahl Felder unterteilt, die in nachstehender Reihenfolge hintereinander liegen. Auf das Deckel feld 1 folgt das die erste Seitenwand 2 bildende Feld, alsdann das den Boden 3 bildende Feld, hierauf das die zweite Seitenwand 4 bildende Feld, anschliessend ein mit nebeneinanderliegenden, zum Einlegen je eines Eies bestimmten ovalen Aussparungen a versehene Schrägwand 5. Alsdann folgt zur Bildung eines weiteren Eierfaches der oben erwähnten Art eine Trennwand 6 und eine weitere Schrägwand 7 mit ovalen Aussparungen a.
Wie ersichtlich, ist das Deckelfeld 1 gleich breit bemessen wie das Bodenfeld 3. : Ebenso sind die beiden Seitenwandfelder 2 und 4 unter sich gleich breit. Ausserdem ist das Feld 6 für die Trennwand so bemessen, dass es die lichte Breite der beiden Seitenwände 2 und 4 aufweist. Das Kartonstück wird nun in den zwischen je zwei benachbarten Peldern liegenden, zueinander parallelen Trennlinien durch linienförmiges Rillen oder Ritzen zum Zusammenfalten in die in Fig. 2 dargestellte Schachtel vorbereitet.
Das Zusammenfalten erfolgt derart, dass das Deckelfeld 1 und das Bodenfeld 3 zusammen mit den beiden Seitenfeldern 2 und 4 die Umwandung einer Vierkantschachtel bilden, wogegen die beiden mit den ovalen Aussparungen a versehenen Felder 5 und 7 innerhalb dieser Umwandung schrägliegend als Eierfachschrägwände zwischen dem Deckel 1 und dem Boden 3 eingeklemmt sind, wobei die sie verbindende, durch das Feld 6 gebildete Trennwand den Deckel und den Boden in der Mitte gegeneinander abstützt und so die Einklemmwirkung der Schrägwände zwischen Boden und Deckel im Sinne von Schrägstreben in einem Fach- weilverband bewirkt.
Die freie Längskante der Eierfachschrägwand 7 liegt hierbei, wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, an der zwischen der ersten Seitenwand 2 und dem Boden 3 befindlichen Eekkante an und kann daher unter dem Einfluss äusserer Kräfte seitlieh nicht nachgeben.
Die Eier können bei abgehobenem Deckel von oben in die ovalen Ausschnitte a hineingelegt werden. Alsdann wird der Deckel geschlossen. Um diesen gegen Lösen zu sichern, sind am obern Ende der zweiten Seitenwand 4 je zwei Ausnehmungen b vorgesehen, in welche die Lappen c einer am Deckel 1 angeordneten Leiste in der bei Kartonverschlüssen üblichen Weise eingeschoben werden können, wobei die genannte Leiste winkelrecht zum Feld 1 gegenüber diesem abgekantet ist und also satt an der Seitenwand 4 anliegt.
Es steht natürlich nichts im Wege, eine beliebige Anzahl von Eierfächern an das Feld 7 in gleicher Weise anzuschliessen, wie das aus den Feldern 6 und 7 bestehende Eier faeh an das Feld 5 angeschlossen ist, wobei Deckel 1 und Boden 3 entsprechend breiter zn bemessen sind. Die Abmessungen sind wieder so zu wählen, dass die freie Längskante der letzten Eierfachschrägwand an der zwischen der ersten Seitenwand 2 und dem Boden 3 befindlichen Eckkante anliegt.
Umgekehrt kann auch eine Eierschaehtel vorgesehen werden, bei der überhaupt nur ein Eierfach vorgesehen ist, nämlich das die Schrägwand 5 enthaltende Eierfach, unter Wegfall der Felder 6 und 7. Der Deckel 1 und der Boden 3 sind dann entsprechend schmäler zu halten.
Es ist auch ohne weiteres möglich, statt drei Aussparungen a eine grössere oder kleinere Anzahl nebeneinander anzuordnen, je nach der gewünschten Kapazität der Eierschachtel.
Die Ausführungsform nach den Fig. 3 und 4 unterscheidet sich von derjenigen nach den Fig. 1 und 2 nur dadurch, dass die Schachtel mit zwei Stirnwänden versehen ist. Jede Stirn wand ist dabei durch einen um 900 herumgeklappten Lappen 8 gebildet, der mit einem zum Einschieben in die Umwandung der Schachtel bestimmten Faltende 9 versehen ist. Bei der in Fig. 3 in ausgezogenen Linien dargestellten Ausführungsform sind die Lappen 8 am Feld 1 angebracht. Sie werden nach Zusammenfalten der Felder 1-7 stirnwandmässig um 900 gegenüber der Ebene des Feldes 1 herumgeklappt und dabei die um weitere 900 umgeklappten Falzenden 9 in die Umwandung der Schachtel eingeschoben.
Wie in gestrichelten Linien in Fig. 3 angedeutet, können jedoch entsprechende, zur Stirnwandbildung geeignete Lappen an Stelle derjenigen 8 wahlweise an einem der Seitenwandfelder 2 bzw. 4 am Bodenfeld 3 angeordnet sein. Es steht auch nichts im Wege, die eine Stirnwand am einen Feld, z. B. dem Dek- Belfeld 1, vorzusehen und die andere Stirnwand an einem zweiten Feld, z. B. dem Bodenfeld 3.
FATENTANSPRUCH:
Zusammenlegbare Eierschachtel, dadurch gekennzeiehnet, dass sie aus einem gefalteten Kartonstück besteht, das je ein rechteckiges Feld für den Deckel, für den Boden, für die beiden Seitenwände und für mindestens eine mit nebeneinanderliegenden, zum Einlegen je eines Eies bestimmten, ovalen Aussparungen versehene Schrägwand aufweist, wobei das Deekel-und das Bodenfeld einerseits sowie die beiden Seitenfelder anderseits je unter sich gleiche Breite aufweisen, wobei das ganze Kartonstüek derart längs den zwischen je zwei benachbarten Feldern liegenden, zueinander parallelen Trennlinien gefaltet ist, dass das Deckel- und das Bodenfeld zusammen mit den beiden Seitenfeldern die Umwandung einer im Querschnitt viereckigen Schachtel bilden,
wobei das mit den ovalen Aussparun- gen versehene Feld innerhalb dieser Umwandung schrägliegend als Eierfachschrägwand zwischen dem Deckel und dem Boden eingeklemmt ist.

The embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4 differs from that according to FIGS. 1 and 2 only in that the box is provided with two end walls. Each end wall is formed by a flap 8 folded around 900 and provided with a folded end 9 intended for insertion into the wall of the box. In the embodiment shown in solid lines in FIG. 3, the tabs 8 are attached to the field 1.
