Reibvorrichtung. ( Segenstand der Erfindung ist eine Reib vorrichtung, insbesondere zum Abreiben von Graphit-, Kopier- und Farbminen zur Bildung einer Spitze, ferner von Gewürzen und andern abreibbaren Stoffen zur Bildung von Reib spänen, bei der auf einem Behälter und auf in dieseln vorgesehenen Rippen, teilweise auf liegend, eine finit seharfkantig en, die Sehnei der bildenden Durehbreehungen versehene Metallplatte angeordnet ist..
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf der Zeichnung in einer beispielsweisen Ausfüh- rungsform dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Schnitt durch die R.eib- vorriehtung; Fig. 2 ist ein Grundriss der Vorrichtung. Die Reibvorriehtung besitzt eine recht eckige Metallplatte 1. mit Lochungen ?, die scharfe, als Schneiden dienende Kanten auf weisen. Die Löcher sind vorwiegend rund; sie können aber aueh andere Formen haben.
Die Metallplatte ist an beiden Enden mit je einem Loch 3 versehen, welche Löcher je auf einen der zwei in einem Behälter 4 angeordneten Stifte 5 passen, die an ihrem obern Ende eine Rille 6 aufweisen, in denen die über die beiden Stifte gedrüekte Metallplatte 1 ab nehmbar festgehalten wird. Der Behälter ist. durch zwei parallele und zwei nach oben zusammenlaufende Ebenen begrenzt und dient zur Aufnahme der beim Reiben entstehenden, durch die Löcher ? der Metallplatte 1 fallen den Späne.
Längs der einen Innenwand des Behälters sind in kleinen Abständen Rippen 7 angeordnet, die für die eine längsseitliehe, ungeloehte Randpartie der Metallplatte 1 als Auflage dienen, welche auch noch mit der andern längsseitlichen, ungelochten Rand partie auf dein Behälter aufliegt.. Die Me tallplatte 1. ist in einem spitzen Winkel g zur Standfläehe des Behälters geneigt.
Die Lö- eher in der Metallplatte sind klein und dicht nebeneinander gewählt, damit viele Angriffs stellen, das heisst Schneiden, auf der Ober fläche der Platte vorhanden sind. Die Löcher in der Metallplatte liegen innerhalb einer vol len Randzone der Platte, derart, dass die ur- gelochten Randteile eine Verstärkung der Platte bilden. Zwischen der tieferliegenden Seite der Metallplatte und der gegenüberlie genden Längswand des Behälters sind Öff nungen 9 vorhanden, so dass ein freier Aus tritt für die abgeriebenen Späne bleibt.
Die Metallplatte kann aus gehärtetem, rostfreiem Stahl bestehen und kann nach Belieben vom Behälter und den Stiften durch Fassen und Heben auf einer Seite abgenommen werden. Sie ist auf drei Seiten von vorstehenden Rand partien des Behälters uxnsgeben. Zur Erhöhung der Standfestigkeit des Behälters ist dieser an der Standfläche breiter als oben, wo die Me tallplatte angeordnet ist. Der Behälter kann aus Kunststoff bestehen, und auf seinem Bo den oder auf einer andern Fläche kann eine Reklame angebracht sein.
Die beschriebene Vorrichtung dient vor allem zum Abreiben von Graphit-, Kopier und Farbminen zwecks Bildung einer Spitze. Es können auch Gew & ze und andere abreib- bare Stoffe zur Bildung von Reibspänen dar auf abgerieben werden.

The holes in the metal plate are selected to be small and close to one another so that there are many points of attack, that is, cutting edges, on the surface of the plate. Openings 9 are available between the lower side of the metal plate and the opposite longitudinal wall of the container, so that a free occurs for the abraded chips.
The metal plate can be made of hardened, stainless steel and can be removed from the container and pins by grasping and lifting on one side as desired. It is given on three sides by protruding edge parts of the container. To increase the stability of the container, it is wider at the base than at the top, where the metal plate is arranged. The container can be made of plastic and an advertisement can be placed on its bottom or on another surface.
The device described is mainly used for rubbing graphite, copier and colored leads to form a point. Waxes and other abradable materials can also be rubbed off to form abrasive chips.
