Electrical device composed of at least two construction cells. The present invention relates to an electrical device composed of at least two construction cells, which is characterized in that each construction cell has contact organs on at least one surface that rests against a neighboring cell, which are opposed by associated contact organs of a neighboring cell, the whole in such a way that two contact organs in each case Adjacent cells are placed against each other when the device is assembled in order to establish the electrical connections between the building cells, and that these connections are actively separated when the device is disassembled.
In the accompanying drawings, details of an embodiment of the invention are shown, namely Fig. 1 is a diagrammatic view of a building cell of the device, Fig. 2 is a partial section through the building cell, on a larger scale, Fig. 3 is a part of two adjacent, each by 90 building cells folded from one another with associated contact organs, Fig. 4 shows two individual, associated contact organs, as they lie against one another in assembled cells, in the show image,
Fig. 5 is a side view of a contact organ on the cut side wall of the building cell and Fig. 6 is an existing, partially assembled device from several building cells, on a smaller scale.
As shown in Fig. 6, an electrical device, for example a device for the electro-optical display of the test results of a multiple - Toleranzprüfeinrich device with electrical contact gauges, made up of at least two, here several construction cells, one of which can be seen individually in FIG. In an annular housing part 1, side walls 2 are used, which are shell-shaped and, as shown in FIG. 2, are attached to eyes 3 of the housing part 1, for example by means of screws.
These side walls 2 lie against each other when the device is assembled and are each provided with contact elements 4 for the production of the electrical connections between the individual building cells, which are advantageously designed to be resilient.
As can be seen from FIGS. 4 and 5, the contact members 4 consist of lamellae with a central part 5, which have a convex and cylindrically curved contact surface 6 at one end which is bent with respect to the central part 5. The other, be fortified end of each lamella 4 is bent away from the middle part 5 at right angles and then hair like a needle, with a solder lug 7 for connecting lead wires ent, which is preferably provided with a hole 8 for inserting the wire ends.
These contact organs are fastened from the inside of the building cells to their walls 2 in such a way that the contact surface 6 protrudes outward through a corresponding cutout 9 in the wall. The hairpin-shaped bent part of the lamellae 4 is inserted into a suitable cutout 10 of the wall for the purpose of fastening the contact organs and is prevented from falling out by a pressed-out tab 11 acting as a barb, by placing this tab on a deposition of the recess 10 sit on
as it is evident from FIG. 5. The hairpin-shaped bent part of the lamella stands back somewhat from the outer surface of the wall, and the end 7 serving as a soldering lug protrudes into the interior of the cell. The so ausgebil ended and fastened contact organs have good resilience of the contact surfaces.
It is now expedient and advantageous to arrange the contact organs 4 on the cell walls in such a way that the surface lines of the cylindrically curved contact surfaces 6 of two associated contact organs of adjacent building cells are perpendicular to one another, as shown in FIG.
Since all contact organs of the device are identical for the sake of simplicity and the surface lines of the curved contact surfaces are each time at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the slats, the associated slats of adjacent building cells must therefore be arranged perpendicular to each other.
In Fig. 3, two walls belonging to each other neighboring construction cells are partially shown and the contact organs visible, which are due to space in each cell parallel and alternately reversed. While the lamellae 4 run horizontally ver in one cell, they are vertical in the other.
According to an embodiment not shown, the contact organs 4 can also be designed so that the surface lines of their contact surfaces are perpendicular to one another when the contact organs of adjacent building cells are arranged parallel to one another. The associated contact organs then have a different shape.
The construction cells shown in the drawing can be lined up in large numbers next to each other and screwed together. The assembly of the Ge advises does not require extreme precision of the parts and especially the contact organs, since the same always put on one another, even if the individual lamellae are shifted somewhat in any direction. When using Steckkon contacts that interlock, however, a very high level of accuracy of all parts would be required if the individual components fit together and are to be interchangeable.
The division of electrical devices in construction cells is advantageous if individual parts are to be replaced immediately by exchanging the cell in question when defects occur, or if an electrical device is to be enlarged, reduced or redesigned depending on the needs . In all cases, the components must be interchangeable, which is always possible with the design of the device shown.
The device shown in Fig. 6, for example, for the electro-optical display of the test results of a multiple - Toleranzprüfeinrich device with electrical contact gauges is set up for three measuring points, each of which is assigned a cell with three signal lamps that light up the result good, excess or undersize Another building cell of the device is provided with only one signal lamp, which lights up when all three measuring points find the result good.
This display device can be expanded for a larger number of measuring points by inserting additional cells each with three lamps. Likewise, the cells can be removed again when not in use so that the person involved in the tolerance check in the quantity production of workpieces only has as many signals as are absolutely necessary for the respective case. It is also possible, for example, to replace the building cell, which has only a single signal lamp, with one that gives the final result well known by sounding an acoustic signal.
In the embodiment shown, the ring-shaped housing parts 2 of the individual building cells form the housing of the entire device immediately after they have been assembled. It is of course also possible to use components in a common housing.
