Coupling for electrical lines. (The subject of the invention is a coupling which is intended to partially replace the junction boxes and connections used for laying electrical lines and connecting wire ends.
This coupling is characterized by the fact that it has a hollow body which is made of insulating material, for example, inside of which a Klemniensat7 for the 1, eitiiii, ---, drälite and at its ends' -, potfl) üeli. are provided with rubber seals.
The hollow body can either be fastened in place by means of a clamp, such as a pipe, or for this purpose it can also have flaps or a wedge-tail-shaped attachment.
The line shows, for example, four different shapes of the coupling according to the invention.
Fig. 1 is a plan view of the first embodiment.
Fig. 2 is a section along the line II-11 of Fig. 1
Fig. 3 is a corresponding section of a second and Fig. 4 is a '-,' elinitt of a third embodiment, Fig. 5 is a floor plan of a fourth embodiment.
In FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 denotes a hollow body which can be made, for example, from an insulation material, but also from metal, and has its width at both ends is enlarged.
There is an inner thread 2, in which an axially pierced nipple 3 is screwed and a gunimide seal 4 axially between two metal disks against shoulders of the Hohlkör pers, in order to radially press it against the armor of a cable Press B> 5 close. The nipple 3 and the ring 4 form with the end of the hollow body a stuffing box, by means of which the interior of the hollow body is to be sealed off from the outside.
A set of clamps 6 is provided in its interior, one of which is the wire ends 7 of the cables 5 <inserted into the hollow body on both sides / B> are connected by means of clamping screws 8 . The position of the air conditioning set 6 is determined in the interior of the hollow body 1 by a paragraph 9 .
The coupling described is used for what watertight connection of the wires of two cables in pipes. If you have to deal with lines that are individually insulated, you use a gunimi seal according to FIG. 51, which has several holes 15 between -, 11 metal rings 16 clamped, pressed together by means of the nipple 3 and thus the wire passage and thus the inside of the floe body are exposed on the outside Depending on the type of use,
So for cable ends alone or for cables and insulated wires or also for armored pipes, the hollow body will have the necessary width at its ends. It should be noted that in the illustrated embodiments, the hollow body, the nipple and the rubber seals can be pushed over the lines, so that once the wire ends are connected, the set of clamps in the hollow body is supplied with fluid and the glands are tightened can.
According to FIG. 3, the hollow body 1 sits with a dovetail-shaped extension 1.0 in a rail 13 with an extension < B> 10 appropriately shaped attachment 11 which can be fastened by means of screws 12 on a base that is not drawn.
According to FIG. 4, the hollow body is provided with tabs 13 to which it can be attached to a base by means of screws 12.
