Elektrischer Stecker. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein <B>z3</B> elektrischer Stecker, bei dem ein die Kontakt stifte tragender Teil an einem Deekteil ver schiebbar ist und die Teile durch eine Verrie gelung in ihrer die Kontaktstifte im Stecker haltenden Lage zueinander gesichert sind.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbei- .spiel der Erfindung.
Fig. <B>1</B> ist eine Ansieht von vorn und Fig. 2 eine Ansieht von der Seite.
Fig. <B>3</B> veranschaulicht einen teilweisen Schnitt nach der Linie III-III der Fig. 4, Fig. 4 einen Schnitt nach der Linie IV#IV der Fig. <B>3</B> und Fig. <B>5</B> einen Sehnitt wie die Fig. 4, jedo-eli mit den Teilen des Steckers in anderer Stel lung zueinander ails in Fig. 4.
Der Stecker weist einen die Kontaktstifte<B>1</B> tragenden Teil 2 auf. Dieser Teil 2 ist von flacher CT'estalt und hat nach der einen Breit seite hin offene Kanäle<B>3,</B> in die die Litzen<B>5</B> eingelegt sind, die aus dem Kabel<B>6</B> kommen und in Vierkante<B>7</B> der Kontaktstifte<B>1</B> ein- ,geschraubt sind. An der Einführungsstell#e des Kabels<B>6</B> in den Stecker ist der Teil 2 mit Zäh nen<B>8</B> versehen, zwisehen die das Kabel<B>6</B> mit der in üblicher Weise über dessen Ende ge schobenen Gununibülse <B>9</B> gepresst ist.
Mit<B>10</B> ist ein Deckteil des Ste--kers be zeichnet, der eine Ausnehmung <B>11</B> hat, in die der Teil 2 hineinpasst und die an ihrer untern Sehmalseite Löcher 12 für den Durehtritt der Kontaktstifte<B>1</B> aufweist. lin Teil 2 ist in einer zylindrisehen Aus- nehmung <B>13</B> mittels einer versenkten Schraube <B>15</B> ein Bolzen 14 befestigt, der an seinem freien Ende einen Kopf<B>16</B> hat.
Auf dem Bol zen 14 gleitet in der Ausnehmung <B>13</B> ein Druckknopf<B>17,</B> der eine Driiekleder <B>1-8</B> in sich schliesst, die sieh gegen den Kopf<B>16</B> abstützt.
Der Deekteil <B>1-0</B> bat ein Loch<B>1.9,</B> das in, seinem Durchmesser der Ausnehmung <B>13</B> ent, "spricht und in das der Druckknopf<B>17</B> bei zu sammengebautem Stecker hineinragt.
Zum Zusammenbauen oder zur Vornahme einer Reparatur sind die Steekerteile 2 und <B>10</B> auseinandergenommen. Beim Zusammen bauen wird nach Einlegen der Steekerstifte <B>1.</B> in ihre Kanäle<B>3</B> und Einpressen der Gummi- hülsse <B>9</B> zwischen die Zähne<B>8</B> des Teils 2 letz terer in die Ausnehmanu <B>11</B> des Deekteils <B>10</B> hineingesehoben. Dabei treten die Kontakt stifte<B>1</B> durch die Löcher 12 hindurch und der Druckknopf<B>17</B> muss beim Auftreffen <RTI
ID="0001.0053"> auf die Kante der Ausnehmum, <B>11</B> etwas zurück gedrückt werden, damit der Teil 2 ganz in die Ausnehmung11 hinein,-esehoben werden kann. Gegen den Schluss dieser Einsehiebebewegung treten die Guminihülse <B>9</B> und die Zähne<B>8</B> in die Ausnehmung <B>11,</B> -und der Druckknopf<B>17</B> springt in das Loch<B>19</B> ein und verriegelt die beiden Steekerteile 2 und<B>10</B> aneinander,
so dass die Kontaktstifte<B>1.</B> in ihrer Lage im Stek- ker gesichert sind.
In diesem Gebrauehszustand des Steckers ist das Kabel am Stecker gesichert, da es in der Ailsnehmung <B>11</B> des Decktells <B>10</B> liegend, nicht seitlich aus den Zähnen<B>8</B> herausgleiten kann; auch ein -unabsichtliches Lösen der Steckerteile ist nicht möglich, da der Druck knopf<B>17</B> im Loch<B>19</B> vertieft liegt und nur mittels eines Werkzeuges, wie eines Nagels oder Schraubenziehers, so weit zurückgedrückt -werden kann, dass er ausser den Bereich des Loches<B>19</B> gelangt.
Auch die den Bolzen 14 haltende Schraube<B>15</B> ist im Gebrauchszustand des Steckers gesichert, indem sie an der Aus- nehmung <B>11</B> unstehend sich vom Bolzen 14 nicht lösen kann.
Für den Tei <B>10</B> könnte auch eine andere als gehänseartige Form gewählt werden. Die ser könnte die Gestalt eines Sehiebers"besitzen, der nur einen Teil des Umfanges des Stecker- teils 2 umschliesst, so dass er die offene Seite des Teils 2 überdeckt. Durch ineinandergrei- fende Rippen und Rillen könnten dann die Teile 2 und<B>10</B> aneinander geführt sein.
A-Lieh die Verriegelung könnte anders auf gebaut sein; so könnte eine Federklinke in ,einem der Teile angeordnet sein, die eine Kante des andern Teils hinter-reift und eben falls du-.rch ein Loch zur Auslösung gebracht werden kann.
Der beschriebene Stecker ist von grosser Einfachheit sowohl im Aufbau wie in der Handhahung, beim Zusammenbauen oder Aus- einandernehmen, da er keines bestimmten Werkzeuges, wie eines besonders passenden Schraubenziehers, bedarf und ein Verloren- gehen von Verbliidungsschrauben ausser Be tracht fällt. Der Stecker ist dabei auch gegen -unbeabsichtigtes Lösen seiner Teile voneinan- .der gesichert, da VerbindiLugssehrauben ver mieden sind.
