Fig.24 einen Zwirnkopf mit nur einer Zwirnringwelle.
Method and device for tying shag threads. The invention relates to a method for tying visual threads by means of twisting threads to be twisted running in the direction of the warp threads and to a device for executing the method. The method consists in that the direction of rotation of a twisting thread twist is changed at the earliest after two twists of the twisting threads, where at least one weft thread is inserted after each twist. The device for carrying out the method consists in the fact that means are available for changing the direction of rotation of a twisted thread twist at the earliest after two twists.
The invention has the advantage that the weft threads, in contrast to known twists, which change their direction of rotation after each twist, such as eg. B. in twists, formed by leno strands, are integrated much stronger and more firmly. One advantage of using twisting rings as twisting means is that the twist-thread bobbin holder is attached to the loom. could be.
The accompanying drawing shows schematically exemplary embodiments of the device according to the invention. It shows: Fig. 1 a gripper loom from the front, Fig. 2 and 3 plan and floor plan of a part of the loom on a larger scale, Fig. 4 a section through a twisting head along the line IV-IV of Fig. 2, in larger scale, Fig. 5 and 6 details of the twisting head on an even larger scale, Fig. 7 the drive of the twisting ring shafts, Fig.
8 to 11 parts of the Kulissenradabwick development, Fig. 12 twists made with this wheel, Fig. 13 and 14 details of another gate wheel, Fig. 15 a twist made with this wheel, Fig. 16 a twisting head with a controlled twist thread monitor, Fig. 17 and 18 a drive of the twisting ring shafts by means of reversing gears ent opposite direction of rotation, wherein Fig.18 is a section along the line XVIII-XVIII of Fig. 17, Fig.19 and 20 each a differently designed drive of the twisting ring shafts, Fig.21 to 23 a drive of the twisting ring shafts by means of reversing gears lead ehen direction of rotation.
Fig. 24 shows a twisting head with only one twisting ring shaft.
In Fig. 1 see the drive of the gripper loom including the motor in the gear box 1, from where all lVebstuhlteile are driven, such as the main shaft 2 with handwheel 3, the Sehusskasten 4, the catch box 5, the warp beam 6 with the warp threads 7, the fabric tree 8 with fabric 9 and the heald frames 10. By moving the handles 11 in one or the other row of the double arrow 12, which handles are firmly connected to the switching rod 13, the loom is started or stopped.
The twisting heads 14 form the twists 15 at the outer edges and the twists 16 in the middle of the fabric 9, which, when the fabric is separated here, form cut edges. The shooter 17, who is shot from the shot box 4 through the compartment to the catch box 5, carries the weft thread 18 from a weft coil 19 located outside the compartment into the compartment.
The warp threads 7 (FIGS. 2 and 3) run from the warp beam 6 over the spanning beam 20, where they separate into the upper shed 21 and the lower shed 22, through the warp thread monitor slats 23, the eyes 24 of the shafts 10, the reed 25 to the shed tip 26 Where they, entwined with the weft thread 18, form the fabric 9. The fabric 9 is wound up from the tree 8 after the deflection beam 27.
The two threads 28 and 29 of a rotary thread pair run from the bobbins 30 and 31, the axes of which are attached to the loom, on the spanning beam 20, together by the same twine guard lamella 32, separated by the twist ring eyelets 33, 34 of the twist ring 35 and together the same space 36 of the reed 25 to the shed point 26, from where the twisting threads 28, 29 are wound up together with the fabric 9 as a twist by the tree 8. Ordinary warp threads 7 could also serve as twist threads. The twist thread pairs 62, 63 run in the same way; 64, 65 and 66, 67.
The twisting rings 35, 72 to 74 (FIGS. 4, 5, 6) with the eyelets 33 and 34 are guided in the frame 37. On their outer circumference, they have teeth 38, which with the pinion 39 r esp. 40 comb. The pinions 39 and 40 are on the twist ring shafts 41, respectively. 42 wedges, which are driven by the gate wheel 43 as follows. The movement of the shafts 41 and 42 is picked up from the circumference of the link wheel 43 via the intermediate wheels 46, the shafts 101 and the bevel gears 102 by the wheels 44 and 45 (FIG. 7). From FIGS. 8 to 11, the interaction of the wheels 44, respectively. 45 can be seen with the link wheel 43, from which part of the circumference is unwound.
To the left of the twists 15 (FIG. 12) is the fabric 9, which is formed from the kea threads 7 and the weft threads 47 to 61. To the right of the twists 15 are the cut ends of the weft threads 47 to 61.
After every six weft threads, the twisting direction of the twists changes, e.g. B. the twists of the twist threads 28, 29 and 64, 65 change their direction of twist in the weft threads 47, 53 and 59, the twists of the twist threads 62, 63 and 66, 67 in the weft threads 49, 55 and 61. The twists of the threads 28 , 29 and 64, 65 are the same with respect to the direction of rotation and change sel. From the weft thread 47 to 53 they turn counterclockwise and from the weft thread 53 to 59 clockwise. The change in direction of rotation points 68 of the twists of the threads 62, 63 and 66, 67, which the latter also have the same direction of rotation among themselves, are not located at the same weft threads as the change points 68 of the twists of the threads 28, 29 and 64, 65.
The reason for the displacement of the change of direction of rotation points is as follows: The weft threads are less strongly bound and held at the change of direction of rotation points 68; therefore, not all the points of change of direction of rotation 68 are arranged in the same weft thread.
In order to obtain a beautiful fabric edge (FIG. 1) with short protruding weft thread ends, the fabric can be cut between the twists 15 in the direction of the arrow 69, the weft thread ends with the two outermost twists 15 from the fabric 9 in FIG be separated. If it is twists 16 (FIG. 1) in the middle of the fabric, the fabric can be separated in the same way, in which case two webs of fabric are ent.
For example, in order to twist the threads 28, 29 around the weft thread 18, the weft thread 18 (FIGS. 2, 3) is first beaten by the reed 25 against the already formed tissue!) So that it lies in the thread tip 26 comes. At that moment it turns. the twisting ring 35 in the direction of arrow 70 by 180, so that the twist thread 28 see from the upper shed near the bottom into the lower shed be away. where it comes to lie in place of the twisting thread 29. The rotary thread 29, however, moves from the bottom up to the point of the rotary thread 28; it changes its position from the lower to the upper compartment.
At the same time, the shafts 10 also change their position, so that also warp threads 7 from the upper shed 21 into the lower shed. 22 and vice versa. This game is repeated in that the twisting ring 35 rotates six times by 180 each in the direction of arrow 70, in order to then change its direction of rotation, and to rotate six times by 180 in the direction of arrow 71. Here the direction of rotation changes again and the game starts all over again. This play creates a twist as shown in FIG.
There are different drive shafts (41 and 42) for the twisting rings 72, 74 and 35, 73 so that the points of change of direction of rotation 68 of the twists 15 are not all located during the drawing process. The pinion 39 (Fig. 4), which is driven by the shaft 42, only drives the twisting rings 72, 74; the other two twisting rings 35, 73 are actuated by the pinion 40, which sits on the shaft 41 and is driven by this.
The gate wheel 43 receives constant rotation from the shaft 75 (FIG. 7), which is driven by the drive box 1. The gear wheel 76 meshes with the ring gear 77 of the gate wheel 43.
8 to 11 the Kulis senrad 43 moves in the direction of arrow 78 rela tively to the center of rotation 79 of the wheel 44, respectively. 45. In FIG. 8, the roller 85 of the wheel 44 or 45 is just coming out of engagement with the curve piece 80 of the link wheel 43, and the roller 86 comes into engagement with the curve piece 81; the wheel 44 respectively. 45 is therefore rotated in the direction of arrow 88. In FIG. 9, the roller 86 is at the end of the cam piece 81, and in FIG. 7 0 the roller 87 has moved into the rotation-sense cam 82 and drives the wheel 44, respectively. 45 but still in the direction of arrow 88.
If the link wheel 43 has reached its reversal point 90 at the level of the roller 87, the direction of rotation of the Ra changes the 44, respectively. 45, and this rotates in the direction of the arrow 89, as shown in FIG. 11, where the roller 87 has already reached the end of the twisting turning curve 82. The roller 86 will engage in the next moment in the curve piece 83, and the roller 85 later in the rotation change curve 84, where it at the point 90, the direction of rotation of the wheel 44, respectively. 45 in the sense of arrow 88 will change. The game then starts all over again, because the reversing curve 84 (Fig.l1.) And 80 (Fig.8) are identical.
In order to be able to adjust the rotation of the twisting threads as a function of the various binding types, the partial scenes are in the execution variant according to FIG. 13, 14, for. B. 95 to 99, on the slide wheel 43 interchangeable. These partial scenes are screwed onto the periphery of the link wheel 43 by screws 100 and defined. With the three different partial scenes 96, 97 and 98, the most varied types of twist can be set.
For example, FIG. 15 shows the image of the entanglement of the twist threads 28, 29 with the weft threads 48 to 52 generated with the compilation of these partial scenes according to FIG. 13. The curve piece 95 generates the counterclockwise pointer rotation of the twist threads 28, 29 around the weft thread 48, while the following curve piece 96 does not cause any rotation of the twisting threads 28, 29 and as a result the Sehussfäden 49 and 50 are looped together around.
The following curve piece 97 causes twisting again in the counterclockwise direction. The curve piece 98 it testifies to the twisting direction of the eye thread 52. The twisting direction of the twisting changes here at the earliest after two twists of the twisting threads (28, 29), with at least one weft thread being worn after each twist.
The wheels 44 respectively. 45 drive via intermediate gears 46 (FIG. 7), shafts 101 and bevel gears 102, the twisting ring shafts 41, respectively. 42 of the twisting rings 72, 74, respectively. 35, 73. The wheels 44 and 45 engage at different points in the scenes of the link wheel 43, so that the rotation direction change points 68 (Fig.12) are not found in the same weft thread.
Two twist threads belonging to a twist (z. B. 28, 29, Fig. 2) run through the same guard slat 32. The guard slats 32 are arranged where the twist threads still form a shed. This ensures that each of the twisting threads of a pair is monitored, because the twisting threads are alternately brought into the upper and lower shed by the associated twisting ring. In the position according to FIG. 2, the twisting thread 28 brought upwards lifts the associated lamella 32 into its highest position. In contrast, the lower rotary thread 29 is so deep that if the upper rotary thread 28 were to break, the lamella 32 would establish electrical contact between it and the contact bar 103, which would turn off the loom in a known manner.
However, one lamella 32 could also be provided for each twisting thread of a twist.
16 shows, as an embodiment variant, the arrangement of a controlled twist thread monitor 32, as a result of which the up and down movement of the monitor lamella 32 is reduced. An eccentric 104 is seated on the shaft 41 and is keyed onto the shaft 41 (Fig. 4). The eccentric lever 105 is rotatably mounted at one end on the shaft 42, and at the other end the lifting knife 106 is arranged, which lifts the lamella 32 periodically. Since the translation of the drive shafts 41 and 42 to the rotary disks 72, 74 and 35, 73 is two to one, the knife 106 is raised twice during a full revolution of the rotary disks 35, 72 to 74.
The knife 106 is in its highest position (position 107 in FIG. 16) when the twist threads (28, 29) are at the same level, that is, when they form a closed shed. It is thereby achieved that the twisting thread monitor lamellae 32 execute a smaller stroke than if they were to rest on the twisting threads during one complete revolution of the twisting rings 35, 72 to 74.
The eyes 33 and 34 of the twisting rings 35, 72 to 74 are located within the inner contour 108. This arrangement was chosen because of the easier threading of the twisting threads 28, 29, 62 to 67. If you rotate namely the twisting rings 35, 72 to 74 from the ge in Fig. 4 recorded position, the twisting rings 35, 73 and 72, 74 do not have the same direction of rotation, so cover the eyes 33, 34 of the twisted rings 35, 73 and the twist rings 72, 74 do not each other, and there is space for a thread.
In Fig. 17 and 18, another gear for driving the twisting rings 35, 72 to 74 is provided. The drive takes place from the shaft 75 shown in Fig. 7 via the gear 110, the double gear 111, 112 to the ring gear 113 of the reversing gear 115. The ring gear 113 meshes with the ring gear 114 of the second reversing gear 116. These reversing gears 115, 116 mesh one after the other the teeth of the double gears 117, 118, respectively. 119, 120 a, which waves the twist ring 41, respectively. 42 by the pinion 121 or pinion wedged onto it. 122 drift.
The arrows 123, 124 indicate the direction of rotation of the reversing gears 115, 116, which are always the same. These reversing gears 115, 116 have partial teeth 125, 126, which extend only over half the circumference of the reversing gears 115, 116. These teeth 125, 126 are arranged in such a way that they successively the double gear 117, 118, respectively. 119, 120 drive. In the position shown, the reversing gear 115 drives the double gear 117, 118 in the direction of arrow 127, so that the twist ring shaft 41 is rotated in the direction of arrow 128.
In the position shown, the double gear 119, 120 changes from the direction of rotation of the arrow 129 to the direction of rotation of the arrow 130. This double gear 119, 120 comes to a standstill after it has meshed with the partial toothing 126 of the reversing gear 116 in the direction of arrow 129 in the next instant of the partial toothing 125 of the reversing gear 115 in the direction of arrow 130 mitgenoiu- mnen. So that the double gears 117, 118 and 119, 120 do not rotate too far and are fixed in their end positions, they have recesses 131 into which the rollers 132 snap.
The rollers 132, which are attached to the levers 133, which in turn can rotate the pins 134, are pressed by the tension spring 135 against the cam 136 so that they can snap into the recesses 131. So that the direction of rotation change points 68 (Fig. 12) against each other is set ver, the double gears 117, 118 and 119, 120 take the movement of the order reversing gears 115 and 116 at different locations.
In Fig.19, the reversing gear 115 is ben from a Maltese cross gear is driven to move the twisting shafts 41 and 42 from intermittent. The Maltheser gear is driven by the shaft 75 shown in FIG. 7 with means of the pinion 110, which drives the drive wheel 136 with the pinion 137. The headstock 137 engages one after the other in the slots 138 of the slot wheel 139 and thus drives the reversing gear 115 in the direction of the arrow 123 step by step.
In order to secure the slotted wheel 139 in its position when the headstock 137 does not engage, the locking ring slide 140 is provided with locking pins 141 attached to it, which moves back and forth in the direction of the double arrow 142 and which moves through the guides 143, 114 by means of the shaft 145 and the guide pin 146 is guided. The headstock 137 engages in the slot 147 of the locking slide 141 and thereby moves it back and forth. As soon as the pinion gear 137 disengages from the drive wheel 139, the locking pin 141 engages in a slot 138 and thereby locks the drive wheel 139.
In the case of the transmission according to FIG. 20, the angular levers 150 and 151 are forcibly moved back and forth by the cams 1.52 and 153 about their fixed pivot pins 154, 155 in the directions of the double arrows 156, 15 7. The back and forth movement of the angle lever 150 and 151 is of the teeth 158 respectively. 159 via the double gears 160, 161, respectively. 162, 163 and the gear 121, respectively. 122 transferred to the twisting ring shafts 41 and 42. The shaft 145 is gradually driven in the direction of arrow 123 by the Maltese cross gear, as shown in FIG. 19 and described above. The drive wheel 136 and the slot wheel 139 are indicated by dash-dotted lines. The shaft 145 could of course also be moved uniformly. The two cams 152 and 153 are keyed on the shaft 145.
On the two angle levers 150 and 151 are two rollers 165, 166, respectively. 167, 168 moored. The roles 165 respectively. 167 run on the cam 152 and the rollers 166, respectively. 168 on cam 153. This creates the inevitable movement of angle levers 150 and 151.
In the position shown, the angle lever 151 changes its direction of movement from the direction of the arrow 169 to the direction of the arrow 170, whereby the twisting ring shaft 42 changes its direction of rotation from the direction of the arrow 171 to 172. The angle lever 150 moves in the direction of arrow 173, and the twisting ring shaft 41 has the direction of rotation of arrow 174. The angle levers 150 and 151 are arranged so that the twisting ring shafts 41 and 42 their. Do not change the direction of rotation at the same time.
The main shaft 176 of the transmission shown in FIGS. 21, 22 and 23 is driven by the shaft 75 shown in FIG. 7 via the gears 177 and 178 (FIG. 23). On the main shaft 176, the reversing gears 179, 180 sit with only half the circumference provided teeth 181, 182. This L'nikehr gears 179, 180 engage after each other in the pinion 184, 183, respectively. 185, 186 a; the pinion 1.83 sits on the twisting ring shaft 41 and drives it, while the twisting ring shaft 42 is set in rotation by the pinion 186 through the intermediate gear 187.
The reversing gears 179, 180 rotate with the main shaft 176 in the direction of arrow 188. In FIG. 21, the reversing gear 180 is in engagement with the pinion 186, which is rotated in the direction of arrow 189. The twist ring shaft 42 is driven in the direction of arrow 190 via the inter mediate wheel 187. In this position, pinion 184 rotates idly in the direction of arrow 191.
In Fig. 22, 23, the reverse gear 180 is out of engagement with the pinion 186 men come; instead, the reversing gear 179 meshes with the pinion 184 and drives it in the direction of arrow 192. This changes the direction of rotation of the pinion 186 in the direction of arrow 193, and the rotating ring shaft 42 also changes its direction of rotation in the direction of arrow 194.
The reverse gear 179 in FIGS. 21, 22 and 23 drives the pinion 183 in the direction of the arrow 194, while the pinion 185 idles in the direction of the arrow 195. As soon as the toothing 181 of the reversing gear 179 has reached its end 196 at the pinion 183, the toothing 182 engages the reversing gear 180 in the pinion 185 and drives it in the direction of arrow 197, whereby the direction of rotation of the pinion 183 in the direction of the arrow 198 ge is changed.
If it is not necessary to offset the change of direction of rotation 68, a single twist ring shaft 200 is sufficient, as shown in FIG. 24.
The method and the device according to the invention can also be used in ordinary looms with bobbins, and most advantageously for the formation of a cutting or central edge.
With the aid of the device described, one can also produce a kind of caterpillar twine or chenille by letting a larger number of twine heads run next to one another and cutting the weft threads between each twist. With a multi-thread feeder, weft threads of different colors can be inserted, creating a patterned caterpillar thread.
