Control device for power machines with a speed controller. The invention relates to a Regeleinrich device for engines with a speed controller, a cataract for producing a temporary static and at least one control valve for actuating at least one servo motor.
17s it is known to use a cataract, especially in water turbines, in order to achieve stability by producing a high level of temporary static. to improve. In the case of very large masses of water and small centrifugal masses, it can be useful to switch to very high temporary statics of 100 to 200%.
The speed controller then triggers in the first. Outside view, as long as the cataract is fully effective., Only very small adjustment movements of the control linkage, since a speed change of 100 to 200% would correspond to the full load stroke of the servo motor.
In order to achieve the maximum adjustment speed of the servomotor, which is permissible with regard to the pressure surge, despite these small movements of the control linkage, even with low speed changes, very large control valves have been used and often several control edges are provided one above the other. If this is the entire Dureliflussquersclinitt of the Steuerven tils z.
B. 50 times larger than that of the diaphragm, with which the maximum adjustment speed of the servo motor is limited, theoretically 50 times smaller control strokes are sufficient to trigger the malinial adjustment speed. With a temporary static of 150%, 1 corresponds to:
50 but still 311 / o speed change, which is required to produce the full adjustment speed. However, the aim is to be able to regulate the speed down to small fractions of 1%.
It is practical, however, to expect even greater speed changes to produce the full adjustment speed, because suddenly opening such large control crossways would result in hard regulation and frequent back and forth hacking would result in excessive oil consumption. It is therefore common to use e.g. B. by overlaps, to ensure that one with small tax strokes of z. B. 0.2 mm releases only a small part of the tax edges. But if at a control valve of z.
For example, with a valve piston diameter of 80 mm the full flow cross section is reached with a 20 mm stroke and with four control edges already a 5 mm stroke, the cross section of a 50 times smaller orifice is reached with an opening stroke of only 0.1 min. In practice, therefore, even greater speed changes are necessary in order to achieve the full adjustment or reading speed of the servomotor, because in addition to the 0.1 mm when the control edges are covered, the overlap path of 0.2 mm has to be covered.
The compulsion to use larger and larger control valves with the ever larger temporary statics. Having to use several control edges means a technical contradiction in that behind the large control valve flow cross-sections, e.g. 50 to 100 times smaller orifice cross-sections have to be installed, in order to limit the maximum adjustment speed of the servomotor with regard to the pressure surge.
If the speed changes required to achieve the maximum adjustment speed were not to be taken into account, the control valves could in principle have the same order of magnitude as the orifices used to limit the adjustment speed. So without being able to reduce the speed changes ments to the desired level, you have to accept control cross-sections in the previously known types that z. B. 50 to 100 times too large. Large control valves with multiple control edges are expensive and difficult to manufacture with the great accuracy that is necessary with regard to the small control strokes and the coincidence of multiple control edges.
Larger and therefore more expensive regulators are also necessary in order to operate them and to safely control the high counterforces which occur with long control edges and which vary greatly due to cavitation phenomena.
The invention is based on the knowledge that, without disturbing the stability, the control valve assigned to the servomotor may follow the adjustment movements initiated by the speed controller infinitely quickly, i.e. even in leaps and bounds, if the speed controller works with a cataract which, due to its temporary statics, is responsible for the Stability ensures the necessary slowing down of the control process.
Furthermore, if a diaphragm ensures that the maximum speed of the servomotor is limited with regard to the pressure surge, then the servomotor can go from standstill to this maximum speed infinitely quickly without the stability being impaired or an excessive pressure surge occurring .
Therefore, all the deficiencies shown can be eliminated, and furthermore, full adjustment speed can be achieved with small control valves with practically any small speed changes if, according to the invention, a switching element is provided which causes the control valve to run through part of its opening path at least approximately abruptly .
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in a simplified representation.
In the figure, 1 denotes an engine, the inflow member 2 of which is controlled by a servomotor 3 with the aid of a control valve 4. The maximum adjustment speed of the servo motor 3 is limited by a diaphragm 4a. 5 denotes a pilot control, which has a stepped piston 6, which is thereby in equilibrium. It is held that the full delivery pressure of an oil pump 7 is applied to the smaller, lower piston area, whereas a lower oil pressure, reduced by an orifice 8 and regulated by a pilot valve 9, is applied to the larger, upper piston area.
The pilot valve 9 is under the influence of a speed controller 10 and a cataract 11. The cylinder 12 of this cataract 11 is actuated by the stepped piston 6 via a linkage 13. The cataract, 11, furthermore has a piston 14 and an aperture 15, which is used to set the isodrome time of the cataract 11. In the following, 16 denotes a train compression spring, the strength of which is dependent on the temporary statics that the cataract 11 produces. 17 and 18 are parts of a linkage through which the speed controller 10 and the cataract 11 act on the pilot valve 9 ge together.
20 is a control element which is influenced by a linkage 19, 191, 192, 193 from the stepped piston 6 of the pilot control 5 and by a return 211 via the linkage 191, 192, 193 from the servomotor 3.
21 is a switching element with stepped piston 22, which is fitted with overlaps in two cylinders 23 and 24 and is held in a central position by springs 25 and 26. Equal quantities of oil flow out of the pump 7 through two orifices 27 and 28, which are of the same size, when the control element 20 assumes the central position between two outflow openings 29 and 30. The pressures in the chambers 31 and 32 of the switching element 21 are then also the same, and the stepped piston 22 decreases. also the center position shown. The stepped piston 22 is via a linkage 33 with the control valve 4 in effective connection.
A hand wheel 34 allows the pivot point 36 of the linkage part 19 'to be displaced via a spindle 35 and thus the transmission ratio of the strokes of the stepped piston 6, the pilot control 5 and the control element 20 to be changed. 37 is a fixed pivot point.
The speed controller described acts as follows: When the speed drops, the controller 10 moves the linkage 17, 18 and thus also the pilot valve 9 downwards. Since the outlet cross-section of the pilot valve 9 is enlarged, the pressure above the stepped piston 6 drops so that it moves upwards until the pilot valve 9 returns to its original position under the action of the cataract 12 and the rod part 17. The stepped piston 6 then comes to rest again.
When he mentioned upward movement of the Stufenkolben 6, the control member 20 is moved by the linkage 19, 191, 192, 193 against the upper outflow opening 29, with the result that the oil pressure in the chamber 31 increases and the piston 22 closes lowering begins. As long as an overlap of the step 5 piston 22 is effective in the cylinder 23, the stroke of the stepped piston 22 and the control valve 4 remains proportional to the oil pressure change through the action of the springs 25 and 26. But as soon as the upper edge of the stepped piston 22 p reaches the lower edge of the cylinder 23. the oil pressure in cylinder 23 rises to that of chamber 31.
Since suddenly the entire upper side of the stepped piston 22 is under the same high oil pressure, the step 5 piston 22 drops suddenly and also opens the control valve 4 completely suddenly. This immediately sets the full adjustment speed of the piston of the servo motor 3, limited by aperture 4a, until the return guide 211 brings the control member 20 back into the central position, which also causes the piston steps 22 and the control valve 4 to return to the central position and the Piston of servo motor 3 stops. When the speed increases, the processes described take place in the opposite direction.
Even if the flow cross-section of the control valve 4 is of the same order of magnitude as that of the diaphragm 4a, the full adjustment speed of the piston of the servo motor 3 is suddenly produced because the switching element 21 suddenly opens the available cross-section to the full.
Instead, in the previously known designs, the flow cross-section of the control valve had to be 4 to 100 times larger than the flow cross-section of the orifice 4a, without it being possible to achieve the full adjustment speed of the servo motor 3 that actuates the inflow element 2 even with low speed changes to reach.
The overlaps 221, 222 of the stepped piston 22 in the cylinders 23 and 24 can serve to produce an arbitrarily small speed zone within which it is only possible to work with lower adjustment speeds, so that the regulation, as long as only small load changes occur, softly and with . low oil consumption works. While the drawn center position of the stepped piston 22 corresponds to the closed position of the control valve 4, the two overlaps of the stepped piston 22 in the cylinders 23 and 24 are each assigned a stroke of the control valve 4, in which the control valve 4 the piston of the servo motor 3 in one or moved in the other direction.
The zone of overlaps 221, 222 thus corresponds to a zone of small strokes of the control valve 4, specifically in one or the other direction of adjustment. For any reduction in this zone, the transmission ratios of the rods 191, 193 are provided so that the overlap path of the stepped piston 22 corresponds to much smaller paths of the pilot control 6 and the return 211. With a temporary statics of z. B.
1501 / o corresponds to the full load stroke of the servomotor piston and thus the return 211, before the flow of oil through the orifice 15 of the cataract 11 occurs,
a speed change of 150%. If you want the zone of small adjustment speeds of the servo motor 3 on z. B. 0.3% speed change, then the overlaps of the stepped piston 22, the forces of the springs 25 and 26, the orifices 27 and 28, the outflow openings 29 and 30 and the transmission ratio of the linkage 191,
193 should be selected so that a stroke of the linkage 19 is 500 times (150 0/0: 500 = 0.3%) smaller. than the stroke that the linkage 19 has to run through in order to control the servo motor 3 from full load to idle, is sufficient to let the stepped piston 22 run through the overlap path.
Since after overcoming the overlap path of the stepped piston 22, the control valve 4 is suddenly fully opened, you can limit the speed change, which is necessary for the manufacture of the full filling speed of the piston of the servo motor 3 in the first moment, exactly to 0.3%.
The handwheel 34 serves to change the transmission ratio between the stepped piston 6 and the control element 20 by moving the pivot point 36 with the aid of the spindle 35 and thus the zone of the speed change, which is necessary to produce the maximum adjustment speed, is adjustable close.
By choosing the fixed pivot point 37 suitable for the linkage 33, the switching element 21 can be made to work with strokes that are many times greater than that of the control valve 4. Even if, with large overlaps of p z. B. 0.5 mm works, this results in a stroke ratio of 5: 1 only 0.1 mm stroke for the control valve 4. Since instead of the 80 mm diameter assumed above for the control valve 4 with z. B. 10 mm diameter is sufficient, you work with a stroke of up to 1 /, 1 of this diameter, so 2.5 mm.
Of this stroke, the partial stroke corresponding to the overlap zone of the stepped piston 22 makes up only 1 / ″ (2.5: 0.1). In contrast to the previously known designs, the overlap area can be reduced to any small fraction of the set usable control stroke of the control valve 4 down.
Instead of hydraulic control organs, electrical or electromagnetic control or switching elements can also be used. Instead of using the illustrated Stu fenkolbens 22 to cause a completely abrupt Adjustment, you can also bring about an approaching abrupt adjustment by z. B. at a certain position, a much larger ratio of the transmission linkage in force. occurs. Instead of just one servomotor, there can be several. Instead of the pilot control 6, the cataract 11 can also be actuated directly by the servomotor 3.
