Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Bodenplatten, die insbesondere zum Verlegen  von Stallböden dienen.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Boden  platten, insbesondere zum Verlegen von Stall  böden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein  Bindemittel zum Schmelzen bringt, und mit  einem,     vorgängig    erhitzten Gemisch aus       Steinschotter,    Sand und Steinmehl zu einer  Masse     vermengt,    welche man dann in eine  der Platte entsprechende Form     hineinpresst     und erkalten lässt.  



  Als Bindemittel verwendet man beispiels  weise     Steinkohlenteerpech    oder ein Gemisch  von     Steinkohlenteerpech,        Trinidad-Asphalt     und einem andern Asphalt.  



  Ausführungsbeispiel des Verfahrens: Eine  Mischung von gebrochenem Kieselkalk, fei  nem Quarzsand und Quarzmehl wird erhitzt,  und dann unter Zugabe eines der oben ange  führten geschmolzenen Bindemittels zu einer  Masse geknetet. Diese Masse wird in einer       hydraulischen    Presse unter Druck in quadra  tische Platten von 30/30 cm Seitenlänge     und     26 bis 28 mm Dicke gepresst.  



  Die nach den oben erwähnten Prinzipien  hergestellten Platten werden mit Vorteil als  Bodenplatten für Viehläger verwendet.

  Exemplary embodiment of the process: A mixture of crushed silica lime, fine quartz sand and quartz powder is heated and then kneaded into a mass with the addition of one of the molten binding agents listed above. This mass is pressed in a hydraulic press under pressure into square plates with sides 30/30 cm and 26 to 28 mm thick.



  The panels produced according to the above-mentioned principles are used with advantage as floor panels for livestock stores.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung von Boden platten, insbesondere zum Verlegen von Stallböden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Bindemittel zum Schmelzen bringt und mit einem vorgängig erhitzten Gemisch aus Steinschotter, Sand und Steinmehl zu einer Masse vermengt, welche man dann in eine, der Platte entsprechende Form hineinpresst und erkalten lässt. UNTERANSPRVCHE : 1. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass als Steinmaterial I%ieselkalkschotter, Quarzsand und Quarz mehl verwendet wird.
