Bloch= <B>und</B> Wichsgerät. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Bloch- und Wichsgerät, welches sich aus zeichnet durch eine runde Metallschale, die auf einer über sie allseitig vorspringenden Unterlage angeordnet ist und in deren Zen- trum ein Universalgelenk angeordnet ist, an welchem ein Stielhalter befestigt ist, und deren Schalenrand zum Halten einer der innern Rundung des Schalenrandes angepass ten Feder dient, welch letztere zum Halten eines über die Unterlage und den Schalen rand gespannten Stofflappens dient..
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf beilie gender Zeichnung beispielsweise dargestellt. Es zeigt Fig. 1 ein Bloch- und Wichsgerät in per spektivischer Ansicht ohne Stofflappen, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch das Bloch- und Wichsgerät in verkleinertem Massstabe, Fig. 3 eine Variante des Gelenkes für den Stielhalter im Schnitt gemäss Linie A-B der Fig. 4, Fig. 4 einen Schnitt durch ein Bloch- und Wichsgerät gemäss Fig. 3.
In den Figuren bedeutet a, a' die runde Metallschale, an deren Unterseite eine quadra tische, z. B. aus Metall bestehende Platte q befestigt ist, deren Ränder den Rand der Me- tallschale allseitig überragen. Die Unterseite der Platte q ist mit einem weichen Belag b, z. B. aus Filz oder Gummi, versehen. Mit c ist ein im Zentrum der Metallschale ange brachtes Gehäuse mit einer Kugelgelenk pfanne bezeichnet, welches zwecks Befesti- gung am Boden der Schale eine Platte c' auf weist. In der Pfanne ist eine Kugel d ge lagert, an welcher ein abgekröpfter, zweck mässig aus Metall bestehender Stengel e be festigt ist.
Letzterer mündet in einen Stiel halter f. Der Stielhalter umschliesst das untere Ende des Stiels<I>g.</I> Innerhalb der Schale<I>a,</I> a' befindet sich eine dem kreisrunden Schalen rand a angepasste kreisförmige Feder h, z. B. aus Stahldraht. Dieselbe besitzt zwei nach ein wärts gerichtete Enden i, mittels welcher sie von Hand zusammengedrückt und im zusam mengedrückten Zustand in die untere Partie des Randes der Schale eingesetzt oder aber aus derselben herausgenommen werden kann. Der Rand der Schale ist zwecks Sicherung der Feder gegen Herausgleiten oben nach innen gebogen. Die Feder h dient zum Halten eines über die Unterlage q und deren weichen Belag b sowie über den Schalenrand a zu spannenden Stofflappens k, welcher entweder zum Einwichsen oder aber zum Blochen des Bodens dient.
Zum Glänzen, das heisst Blochen, des eingewichsten Bodens kann nach Entfernung dieses Stofflappens die Unter lage q mit ihrem weichen Belag b mit einem andern Stofflappen unter Inanspruchnahme der Feder h überspannt werden.
Die in den Fig. 3 und 4 dargestellte Ge lenkvariante besteht aus einer auf einer run den Flachscheibe l sitzenden Gabel<I>m.</I> Die Flachscheibe<I>l</I> ist in einer am Boden a' der Metallschale befestigten Kappe n, drehbar und kann sich samt der Gabel m um ihre Achse drehen. Der Metallstengel e, an wel chem der Stielhalter f sitzt, ist hier einerends zu einem Auge o ausgebildet, welches mittels eines das Auge und die Gabel durchdringen den Stiftes p in der Gabel gelagert ist.
Bei beiden Ausführungsbeispielen ist der Stiel g auf- und abschwenkbar. Zufolge des Kugelgelenkes in Fig. 1 und 2 bzw. der dreh bar gelagerten Scheibe l in Fig. 3 und 4 kann der Stiel auch um die Achse der Schale ge schwenkt werden, ohne dass der auf dem Bo den liegende, am Gerät befestigte Stofflappen mitgedreht wird.
Die Unterlage der Schale a könnte auch lediglich aus weichem Material bestehen und reisrund sein, damit sie sich mit der Metall schale um das Gelenk drehen könnte, wenn das Gerät mit der weichen Belagunterlage z. B. den Wänden eines zu blochenden Zimmers entlang geführt wird. Diese Variante ist zeichnerisch nicht dargestellt worden. Sie hat den Vorteil, dass die Bodenwichse längs den Wänden besser verstrichen wird, während die gezeichnete Ausführung vor allen Dingen die Aufgabe hat, die Ecken eines Zimmers zu erreichen, sei es zum Wichsen oder zum Blochen.
