Description

  

  Elektrische     Anschlu & vorrichtung    mit mehrteiligem Gehäuse und Klemmschrauben.    Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist eine elektrische     Anschlussvorrichtung    mit  mehrteiligem Gehäuse und mehrkantige Köpfe  aufweisenden Klemmschrauben für die  Drähte.  



  Diese     Anschlussvorrichtung    kennzeichnet  sich erfindungsgemäss dadurch, dass an einem  Teil des Gehäuses im Grundriss eine     unrunde     Form aufweisende Vertiefungen vorgesehen  sind, in welche die Köpfe der zu sichernden  Klemmschrauben eingreifen, zum Zwecke, ein  Lösen der Klemmschrauben zu vermeiden.  



  Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein  Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen  standes veranschaulicht.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt die eine Hälfte eines Stecker  gehäuses mit darin eingelegten     Steckerstiften,     an welchen ein Kabel angeschlossen ist, und       Fig.    2 zeigt die andere Hälfte des     Stek-          kergehäuses.     



  In den     Fig.    1 und 2 sind<I>a</I> und     b    die  beiden Hälften des aus     Pressstoff    (z. B.  Kunstharz) hergestellten Gehäuses eines elek  trischen Steckers. In der Gehäusehälfte     a    sind  zwei     Steckerstifte    c eingelegt, die je eine  Klemmschraube d mit     seehskantigem    Kopf  aufweisen. An diesen beiden     Steckerstiften    c  sind mittels der Schrauben die Drähte eines  elektrischen Kabels e befestigt.

   Um zu ver  hindern, dass sich die Schrauben d beim Ge-    brauch des Steckers lockern, sind in der Ge  häusehälfte     b    der Kopfform der Schrauben d  entsprechende Vertiefungen f vorgesehen, in  welche diese Schrauben bei zusammenge  setztem Stecker mit ihren Köpfen eingreifen  und dadurch gegen eine Lockerung gesichert  sind. Die Vertiefungen f müssen nicht unbe  dingt, wie die Schraubenköpfe, sechskantig  sein; sie könnten im Grundriss gegebenenfalls  sternförmig oder auch z. B. oval sein, d. h.  also im Grundriss eine     unrunde    Form auf  weisen, jedoch immer von solchem Ausmass,  dass der Kopf der Schrauben passend darin  eingreifen kann, um die Sicherung der betref  fenden Schraube zu gewährleisten.  



  Die     Anschlussvorriehtung    kann ausser als       Stecker    z. B. als Kupplungsstück, Abzweig  dose usw. ausgebildet sein.

  According to the invention, this connection device is characterized in that on a part of the housing in plan there are recesses which have a non-circular shape and in which the heads of the clamping screws to be secured engage, for the purpose of preventing the clamping screws from loosening.



  On the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is illustrated.



       1 shows one half of a plug housing with plug pins inserted therein, to which a cable is connected, and FIG. 2 shows the other half of the plug housing.



  In FIGS. 1 and 2, <I> a </I> and b are the two halves of the housing of an electrical connector made from molded material (e.g. synthetic resin). In the housing half a two connector pins c are inserted, each of which has a clamping screw d with a hexagonal head. The wires of an electrical cable e are attached to these two connector pins c by means of the screws.

   In order to prevent the screws d from loosening when the plug is used, corresponding recesses f are provided in the housing half b of the head shape of the screws d, in which these screws engage with their heads when the plug is put together and thus against a Are secured. The wells f do not necessarily have to be hexagonal like the screw heads; they could be star-shaped in the floor plan or z. B. be oval, d. H. So have a non-circular shape in plan, but always of such a degree that the head of the screw can fit into it to ensure the securing of the screw concerned.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Elektrische Anschlussvorrichtung mit mehr teiligem Gehäuse und mehrkantige Köpfe aufweisenden Klemmschrauben für die Drähte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem Teil des Gehäuses im Grundriss eine unrunde Form aufweisende Vertiefungen vorgesehen sind, in welche die Köpfe der zu sichernden Klemmschrauben eingreifen, zum Zwecke, ein Lösen der Klemmschrauben zu vermeiden.
