Sleeve dowel for walling in. The subject of the present invention is a sleeve dowel intended for bricking in during the construction of the masonry.
The cementing of wall dowels during the construction of the masonry is practically impossible due to the difficulty of fixing the dowel in the correct position when bricking in, so that such dowels are only cemented into the holes to be chiseled after the masonry has been created, which is relatively time-consuming and is costly.
The dowel according to the invention, which aims to eliminate this disadvantage, is characterized in that the front end of the dowel sleeve has at least one anchor member which is used to fix the position of the dowel during the walling in.
In the drawing, four example embodiments of the subject invention are shown.
Fig. 1 shows the first embodiment of the anchor intended for setting in concrete. 2 illustrates the second embodiment used in a formwork for a concrete wall.
Fig. 3 is a perspective presen- tation of a third embodiment of the dowel, and Fig. 4 is a similar illustration of the fourth embodiment to be cemented under plaster in brick walls. Fig. 5 shows the cemented in a brick wall dowel according to Fig. 4 in teilwei sem longitudinal section.
In the first three exemplary embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a hexagonal disk 3, which serves as a stop member and is provided with three prongs 4 at right angles and surrounding the dowel bore 2, is pressed onto the front end of the dowel sleeve 1. These prongs 4 are used, as can be seen from Figure 2, when concreting the dowel to attach the same to a certain inside point of a Ver formwork board B, so that the dowel is held in its correct position during the filling of the concrete Z in the formwork .
To prevent the cemented-in dowel sleeve 1 from rotating, its rear end has a flattened area 5, and to increase the tight fit against tensile effects, B. for cementing in concrete ceilings certain embodiment according to FIG. 1, an anchoring disk 6 pressed onto the rear end of the sleeve. The bore of the sleeves 1 is provided in a known manner with an internal thread for receiving the fastening screw.
In the example shown in Figure 3, two similar dowel sleeves are combined by a pressed-on rail 7, which serves as an anchoring element and at the same time keeps the two dowel sleeves at a certain distance from one another.
In the fourth exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, which is intended for cementing in during the construction of brick walls, the dowel sleeve 8 has in its center a flattening 9 formed by pressing and a flat-pressed perforated end 10. The flattened 9 and the flat-pressed perforated end 10 are used to anchor this anchor against Dre hung and train.
At the front end of the dowel sleeve 8 as a stop member to determine their depth of use between the bricks S in Figure 5 a threaded hole 11 leaving tab 12 is attached by pressing call. The ends 13 of this tab are bent back at an angle according to the thickness of the plaster layer V and perforated mortar for the better anchoring of the tab in the plaster.
In the embodiments according to FIGS. 1 to 3, the prongs 4, which are provided with corresponding notches and which are provided with corresponding notches, can easily be separated from the disc 3 after removal of the wall cladding B to fix the dowel during the creation of the concrete walls Z or concrete ceiling. Instead of just two, several dowel sleeves could be combined by a common anchoring member 7 (Fig. 3).
In the particular for cementing in back stone walls, in Fig. 4 and 5 is provided dowels serving as a stop member 12, 13 remains einemen benefits under plaster.
To prevent plastering mortar from penetrating into the threaded hole 11, a bolt T is expediently partially screwed into the dowel sleeve before plastering the brick wall in question, where the protruding end of this screw also bolt for marking the borehole of another component to be fastened to this part of the wall, z. B. a door frame post or the like is used.
The dowels described allow a quick, precise cementing in during the creation of the masonry with simple means and thus a considerable saving in time and costs, in contrast to the previous cementing of such dowels after chiseling out the required wall holes.
The dowels according to the invention can be used to reliably attach heavy components, consoles, machines, ceiling lights and th a., as well as-for screwing in hooks and other fastening and. Hanging organs be formed. -
