Türdrückergriff mit Einrichtung zu dessen Befestigung auf dem Drückerdorn. Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Tür- (lrÜckergriff mit einer Einrichtung zu dessen l)efestigung auf dem Drüekerdorn.
Bisher wurden bei einem Schloss mit zwei 1'ürclrüchergxzffen diese durchbohrt, auf den Dorn aufgeschoben und mit diesem verstiftet; mil: der Zeit wird der Stift lose und fällt heraus. Es sind auch Ausführungen mit ge- si>allenem Druckerdorn bekannt, bei welchen2 fier eine Türdriielrer;
7riff auf die richtige Di- sl < < ix7 vom andern auf dem Dorn festsitzenden Griff gf@setzt und ein Keilstift durch den ch@zfl dieses Griffes und den Spalt im Drük- kerdorn eingeschlagen wird, der in einer feinen Zabnung des Drückerdornspaltes fest- sazt mxd den (-x'xzff in seiner richtigen Labe zum andern Griff sichern soll.
Im Laufe der Zeit: lockert sich der Eingriff des Stiftes in fler Zahnung, und das Türdrüekergriffpaa:r ";-leitet beim Öffnen und Schliessen der Türe in Richtung des Dornes hin und her.
Diese Nachteile sollen nun durch die vor liegende Erfindung behoben werden.
Der erfindungsgemässeTürdrückergriff mit Einrichtung zu dessen Befestigung auf dem 1 )riiclLerdorn, ist. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft des Türdrfekergriffes auf seinem Umfang mindestens eine Aussparung auf weist, in welche mindestens ein radial zum Schaft gerichteter Teil eines gegenüber der Tür festen Halteelementes hineinragt, um eine axiale Verschiebung des Türdrücker- 1'.f l" zix verhindern.
Zweckmässig ist die Aussparung als Ring nut ausgebildet und das Halteelement auf der Innenseite der Rosette in letzterer gelagert und mit einem in die Ringnut ragenden Seg- xnentteil als Vorsprung versehen.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes ist auf beiliegender Zeichnung dargestellt, in welcher Fig. 1 an einer Türe befestigte Tür- drückergriffe teilweise im Schnitt darstellt. Fig. 2 zeigt das Halteelement in Drauf sicht, und Fig. 3 zeigt ein Detail.
In der Tür 1 ist ein Steckschloss einge lassen, von welchem nur :die beiden Platten :.' des Schlosskastens angedeutet sind.
Das Schloss weist zwei Türdrückergriffe auf, von welchen der eine weggebrochen ist, welche Griffe je einen Schaft 4 besitzen. Zum Betätigen der nicht gezeigten Schlossnuss isi; ein Vierkant-Drückerdorn 5 vorgesehen, dessen eines Ende im Schaft des einen Griffes lose oder fest ist, während der andere Griff auf das andere Ende des Dornes 5 lose aufge schoben ist, so dass beide Griffe auf dem Druckerdorn 5 sitzen. 6 bezeichnet die Roset ten, welche durch Schrauben 7, die zweek- mässig in den Schlosskasten \? eingeschraubt sind, fest an die Türflächen bzw.
nicht ge zeigte Türschoner gepresst sind. Die Griffe 3 liegen mit Bünden 8 an ihren Schaften 4 gegen die Rosetten 6 an. Die Griffe könnten auch glatt, das heisst ohne Bünde, ausgeführt sein, Um nun die Drückergriffe 3 gegen eine Verschiebung in axialer Richtung zu sichern, ist der Schaft 4 jedes Griffes an seinem Um fang mit einer Aussparung in Gestalt einer Ringnut 9 versehen, in welche ein Segment= förmiger Vorsprung 10 (Fig. 1 und 2)
eines Halteelementes 11 hineinragt. Letzteres ist als flacher Ring ausgebildet und mit dem Rand in dem gegen die Türe zu gerichteten Randflansch 14 .der Rosette geführt, wobei es auf an der Innenfläche der Rosette vorge sehenen Auflageflächen 15 aufliegt. Der segmentförmige Vosprung 10 ist gegenüber dem Randteil axial nach einwärts versetzt und durch einen kegelmantelförmigen Segment teil 16 mit dem Randteil 13 verbunden.
Die Höhe der Auflageflächen 15 über der Tür fläche und die Dicke des Randes 13 sind so bemessen, dass die der Türe zugewandte Fäche des Randes 13 bündig ist. mit. dem 'Rand .des Rosettenflansehes 14, so.dass das Halteelement 11 durch die Schrauben 7 fest gegen die Türe gepresst wird; durch das Zu sammenwirken der Teile 10 und 9 sind die Türdrückergriffe dauernd gegen eine axiale Verschiebung gesichert.
Um die Montage zu erleichtern, wird zweckmässig, wie in Fig. 3 gezeigt, ein Teil des Schaftes 4 des Türdrückergriffes bei<B>17</B> weggeschnitten, so dass das Halteelement 11 mit dem segmentförmigen Vorsprung 10 über dem weggeschnittenen Teil auf den Schaft 4 aufgeschoben und dann um 180' gedreht wer den kann, wobei der Vorsprung 10 in die Ringnut 9 eingreift.
An Stelle der Ringnut könnten auch anders gestaltete Aussparungen in der Mehr zahl am Umfang des Schaftes des Türdrük- kergriffes vorgesehen sein, und das Halteele ment könnte mehr als einen in .die Aussparun gen eingreifenden radial zum Schaft gerich teten Vorsprung aufweisen. Auch könnte die Rosette als Halteelement ausgebildet und mit einem radial zum Schaftgerichteten Teil ver sehen sein.
Alle Einzelteile,der vorbeschriebenen Aus führungsform können fabrikmässig hergestellt werden, und die Montage der Türdrücker griffe kann ohne Verbohren auf eine genau-, Distanz der Griffe, welche nachträglich keine Veränderungen erfährt, leicht und einfach er folgen.
