Description
Fig. 2 zeigt, ebenfalls in perspektivischer D)arstellung, eine mittels Backsteinen gemäss Fig. 1 errichtete, Mauer.
Method of erecting a wall using artificial stones. The present invention relates to a method for erecting a wall using artificial stones, which is characterized by the fact that artificial stones with a rectangular cross-section and wedge-shaped at one end are laid next to one another in two longitudinal rows so that one artificial stone in each longitudinal row engages with its wedge-shaped tip between the tips of two neighboring artificial stones of the other longitudinal row, so that a butt joint is created between the two longitudinal rows that has the shape of a zigzag line.
The invention is explained below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of an artificial stone in the form of a brick a. which is rectangular in cross section and has a wedge-shaped tip a1.
Fig. 2 shows, also in perspective D) arstellung, a wall built by means of bricks according to FIG. 1. From this Fig. 2 it can be seen that the wall is a lifge in layers, each layer consists of two Läingsreihen bricks a, which are laid so that each brick a of a longitudinal row with its wedge-shaped tip a 'between the tips a1 of two bricks engages the other longitudinal row so that a butt joint in the form of a zigzag line is created between the two longitudinal rows.
From FIG. 2 it can also be seen that the stones of one layer each rest on two stones of the layer below, so that the lateral butt joints a2 of the stones in one layer are offset from the lateral joints of the stones in the layer below. The laying of the brook stones is carried out as usual using mortar, which anchors the bricks to each other in the solidified state. Under the designation. In addition to a brick, artificial stone can also be understood to mean, for example, a molded stone made of insulating material (e.g. iSchlaeke or the like).
The wall can also be constructed in such a way that bricks are used for the outer wall part and insulating bricks are used for the inner wall part.
