Device for scheduling and controlling the production of machines. The present invention relates to a device for scheduling and controlling the production of machines. There are the like facilities with boards known that individual companies have accordingly made for their industry, but these facilities are usually very simple. The purpose of the invention is now to provide a more comprehensive and better control facility of this type.
The embodiment of the invention described below with reference to the drawing is intended for a weaving mill with preparatory work; However, the same facility can easily be used for any other industry, with only the labeling having to be changed.
In the drawing: Fig. 1 and 2 show the device at the front, the Fix. 2 shows a part of FIG. 1 on a larger scale, FIG. 3 shows the season scale on an even larger scale, FIG. 4 shows the adjustment device for the season scale, FIG. 5 shows a partial cross-section through the table, FIG. 6 shows part of the slide in An view, Fig. 7 a detail,
the slide guide, FIG. 8 a disposition map; 9 shows a holding device for a paper strip roll and a paper strip stamping device: FIG. 10 shows the paper strip from FIG. 9 in a view and FIG. 11 'shows the scale for severing the paper strips.
Fig. 12 and 13 show two execution variants of the management of the season scale. In Fig. 1 and 2, the panel 1 is visible from the front, the Monateskäla 2 and the day scale 3 are indicated only echematically, while Fig. 3 shows the correct execution.
Fig. 3 illustrates de tailored a section of the anniversary scale 3 with the real day number and 'the parallel to the anniversary scale running scale 4, which reflects the effective annual production days, so z. B. is numbered from 1 to 300.
With. the adjusting device according to Fig. 4, which has a threaded bolt on the body of the anniversary scale and rotatable but not axially displaceable a threaded sleeve stored in the table 1, it is possible, please include the Jahrestages.skala 3 and the monthly scale 2 associated with this water as required to move. Fig. 5 shows a partial cross section of the panel 1 and the manner in which the slide 7 is guided. Table 1 can. on both sides, that is, both with the front side 5 as with the back side 6 are used.
It is also provided that the board can be rotated by placing it vertically on a round, horizontal plate (not shown) that can be rotated on a base plate in listening level.
To facilitate the separation of the required paper strip sections, a holding device 9 for the paper strip roll 1-0 is provided (Fig. 9). The withdrawn from the roll 10 paper strip 12 is pulled under a stamping device 11 and measured by means of the ruler 13 to the ge desired length.
The board 1 has a number of fields 1'5 (FIG. 1) for the purpose of receiving the paper strip sections 12a (FIG. 2). To the side of the horizontal paper strip fields 15, vertically running fields 16, 17 are arranged, which are intended to record control comments about the machinery or the staff. Another vertical field 18 has means for hanging up tickets 20.
A slide 7 which is adjustable in the longitudinal direction of the board extends in the vertical direction over the entire height of the board 1.
The principle of production disposition and production monitoring is based on the fact that the paper strips 12 z. B. the production time of a certain work in hours converted to millimeters anzei conditions, with a day z. B. 5 millimeters can speak ent. Sections of the strips 12 are inserted into the corresponding fields 15 of the panel 1 at the time period that comes into question for the manufacture of the article in question. In order to monitor the work exactly, a disposition ticket 8 with detachable tickets 20 is available for each machine.
The manufacture of a specific article is subdivided into specific operations, and each work operation includes a ticket 20 which, after the operation has been carried out, is detached from the ticket 8 and attached to the field 18 of the board 7 (FIG. 1) . On the vertical field 16 transversely to the paper strip fields 15, the machines (looms) are performed, the production of which is to .dispose and control.
Furthermore, space is provided in this field to make notes about the type and performance of the corresponding machines. The other vertical field 17 is intended for the control of people and their performance.
The facility shown is used as follows: The dispatcher calculates the necessary production time for a certain fabric of a certain length on the basis of relevant documents. Does it need z. B. for weaving 50 days and a production day on the board corresponds to 5 mtm, this results in a paper strip length of 25 em. The dispatcher has the paper roll holder 9 with the marking stamp 11 on his work desk.
With the help of the ruler 13-, which only starts at 3 cm because the first 3 cm is in the. If the stamp device 11 is located, the .free end of the paper roll 10 is pulled under the stamp device, then a measurement is made and the stamp figure 11a is pressed on by means of the stamp 1'1.
The paper strip 12 is then drawn so far (by 3. cm) until the stamp figure 11a comes to rest on the cutting edge 14 in such a way that one half of the stamp figure 11a lies on the cutting edge, but the other remains under the latter . When the paper strip 12a is severed, one half of the stamp figure 11a forms the end of the severed paper strip 12a.
The other half of the stamp marking 11a forms the beginning of the next on the strip 12 still on the roll. Strip section. The severed paper strip will in turn remember with the necessary Ver how they z. B. can be seen in Fig. 2, provided, divided into production sections and used in one of the fields 1-5.
The whole board can now be made with stripes. be occupied until all looms, the numbers of which are noted on the longitudinal strip 16rx, are occupied for a whole year. The slide 7 is now shifted further by 5 mm for each production day. On the slide are several lines 25, which run "the entire length of the slide, labeled" slip shot ready ".
Another line 2,6 is called piece change and other lines are called delay. As the slide 7 is continuously moved by 5 mm per day of production, the lines 2.5-2'7, whose distance from one another is also 5 mm, advance along the paper strip 12a.
If a line 25 reaches the end of a strip 1'2.a, a corresponding ticket 20 should come in from the loom in question. If such a ticket has arrived in accordance with maintenance, it is noted on the corresponding paper strip 12a and then placed in the appropriate place in field 18 of the board.
However, if the ticket has not arrived through the preparatory work, there are three days (corresponding to the number of lines 25) during which it can still arrive to report that slip and shot material are ready for the new slip. If the piece alternating line 2.6 of the slide 7 comes after these three days on the stamp marking 11a, this means that the old slip of paper should be finished.
If this is actually the case, the corresponding disposition card is brought from the weaving mill to the board on the same evening, after which all tickets 20 for this disposition card are removed from the relevant location of field 18 to make room for the new tickets. The entire benefit, etc., can be derived from the individual tickets. H. the relationship between working hours and the size of the work can be calculated in order to then be entered in the disposition card. The latter is discarded while the tickets are destroyed.
If the mentioned ticket for the piece change does not arrive, the first line 27 comes to the next production day. The end mark 11a is located without. That on the relevant section 12! A is indicated by signs or comments that this section has been completed . As a result, you immediately find out what to do with. the corresponding web piece happens. If required, the paper strip 15 can also contain appropriate notes, such as. B. Missing worker, repair, etc.
The four lines 27 of the slide 7, which is made of plexiglass and provided with engraved lines and labels, indicate a delay of up to four days. If, however, such a delay has arisen which can no longer be caught up, it is necessary to convert the relevant paper strip section 12a and all of the production strip sections located in front of it in the same paper strip field 15 and thus intended for the same machine the delay will be advanced.
Since such delays can always occur in a production, it is useful. to leave a certain margin of a few days open at the end of the table in the December monthly scale, which days are then transferred to January of the following year.
The production day scale 4 is divided in such a way that it does not record the full number of days of the months or of the year, but is numbered consecutively. The unproductive days such as Sundays and public holidays in the previously known amount are left out from the start. In the present case, for. For example, a division of 1-310-0 days is assumed, which is evenly distributed over all months of the 2, 3 season scale and always indicates the corresponding production day of the year.
Since the anniversary scale 3 contains the real number of days (1-365 or 3.66), the day interval on the anniversary scale 3 is only approx. 4.1 mm if the interval on the production day scale is 5 mm. So that the two scales match, i. H. The associated production day can be read on every annual bar, so scale 3 must be shifted back by one anniversary within five production digits.
After a holiday or a. other unproductive working day, however. scale 3 must be shifted forward by approx. one year each day: monthly scale 2 also has a section per month with the note: "Unproductive working days over 6....
Under 6 ... "This means that when the annual day scale was matched to. The production table scale, an average of six unproductive days per month were assumed. If there are now not six unproductive days in a month, but only four, for example, so is in the rubric "under 6 @. . . ", the number 2 inserted.
If there are more than six unproductive days in the month in question, the comment comes under the heading "over 6 ...". This can now be set for each month and for an entire company year, whereby company holidays and public holidays etc. are to be set according to the company. If now z.
If, for example, a customer requests the exact delivery date of an article that will be woven in about six months, the slider 7 is brought over the corresponding paper: erstreifenab.s.chnitt, which is intended for this article, and at Date scale 2, 3- the day read off.
Then, in the period between the real date and the date of the slider, the unproductive working days used in the categories over 6 are added up. The same happens with --the days in the rubrics under 6. Then the smaller number of days is counted from the other and the result is added to or deducted from the slider date, depending on the case, in order to theoretically assign the very exact delivery date receive.
Since the board should be usable on both sides, i.e. the slider must show the same date front and back, it is necessary that the day scales on the back run backwards, i.e. from right to left.
5 and 6 show a slider 7 suitable for use on both sides of the board. Both sliding miles are firmly connected at the top and bottom and have a guide piece at these connection points which can slide in grooves in the board.
FIGS. 12 and 1.3 show two different possibilities of arranging the season scale 2, 3 on table 1.
