Schnellaufende Textilspindel.
High-speed textile spindle. The subject of the main patent is a high-speed textile spindle with a pendularly suspended bearing sleeve, which is connected to the Spindelge housing at its upper end by means of at least one resilient membrane located in a transverse plane to the spindle axis, in such a way that the bearing sleeve is secured concentrically against radial displacement in the area of the membrane is recorded, but can perform an axial displacement as well as a pendulum movement by bending the membrane out of its plane.
As a result, the spindle scbaff received by the bearing sleeve is given a corresponding possibility of movement in a simple and reliable manner.
In one embodiment described in the main patent, several membranes are arranged on top of each other in order to be able to use the thinnest possible, correspondingly strong resilient membranes in order to favor the pendulum movement of the spinning or twisting spindle during operation while simultaneously securing the respective return of the spindle shaft into the centric, i.e. coaxial position to the spindle housing.
According to the present invention, a further development of this embodiment of the oscillating suspension of the bearing sleeve is given by the fact that membranes arranged one above the other and pressed onto the tubular shaft of the bearing sleeve between a stop surface provided on the bearing sleeve and a compression sleeve which is on the bearing sleeve Press fit is given, are clamped.
In this way, a particularly good, permanent fixation of all provided membranes on the bearing sleeve can be reached, which is important to ensure their proper functioning.
In the drawing, several Ausfüh approximately examples of the subject invention are illustrated in partial axial sections.
Fig. 1, 2 and 3 each show a Ausfüh approximately example, while Fig. 4, 5 and 6 show different types of openings provided in the individual membrane, but only about half the circumference of the membrane is represents.
In the drawing, which is limited to the parts necessary to explain the invention, in the example of FIG. 1 with 3 a bearing sleeve of a known type is designated, which is true for receiving the shaft of a spinning or twisting spindle and some damping device at the lower end part known type. The bearing sleeve 0 'has an enlarged head 3b at the upper end, which serves to accommodate a roller bearing, not shown, through which the spindle shaft is guided laterally.
There are four tightly stacked membranes 20, 21, 222 and 23 are provided which, for. B. made of hardened spring steel. The uppermost membrane 23 serves as a stop surface provided on the upper end part of the tubular shaft of the bearing sleeve 3 shoulder 24. The lower membrane 20 serves as a stop surface of the upper edge of the press-fit on the tubular shaft of the bearing sleeve 3 angeord designated compression sleeve 25 between the shoulder 24 and the compression sleeve 25, the annular membranes 20-23 pressed onto the tubular shaft of the bearing sleeve 3 with a certain pressure are clamped under tension at their inner circumferential edge.
In order to achieve this, the compression sleeve 25 is caulked at its lower edge on the circumference of the bearing sleeve 3. For this purpose, a flanged or press lip 27 is worked out from the material of the bearing sleeve 3 by means of a stamp 26 on the circumference of the bearing sleeve 3 and is driven against the lower edge of the press sleeve 25. At 28, an abutment is indicated on which the compression sleeve 25 is supported during caulking so that it is kept under constant tension by, on the other hand, the enlarged head 3b of the bearing sleeve and thus the shoulder 24 is given a stop on an abutment 29. The first-mentioned abutment 28 also serves as a guide for the punch 26.
The membranes 20-23 are also clamped on their outer peripheral edge between two stop surfaces.
In the example according to FIG. 2, the extended head 3b of the bearing sleeve 3 forms a piece of its own, the lower edge of which forms the shoulder 24 which serves as a stop surface for the membranes 20-23 pressed onto the tubular shaft 3; the mating surface is formed by the compression sleeve 25, wel cher in this example in a deposition on the circumference of the tubular shaft, the bearing sleeve 3 is given a press fit. Said tubular shaft has at the upper end an outwardly directed flange or press lip 30. This press lip 30 is pressed by means of a stamp 31 against an inclined inner surface provided in the extended head 3b. The enlarged head 3b is in turn given a stop by an abutment 29.
The membranes 20-23 are thus again clamped Festge under tension at their inner peripheral edge between the shoulder 24 and the compression sleeve 25.
In the example according to FIG. 3, three membranes 20, 21 and 22 are pressed onto the tubular shaft 3, which are held at a certain distance from one another on their inside and on their outer peripheral edge by intermediate rings 32 and 33 or 34 and 35. The lower membrane 20 and the upper membrane 22 have an angled inner and outer edge. From the angles of the edges of the lower and upper membrane 20 and 22 are directed towards opposite sides with respect to each other; the middle membrane 21 is flat.
The lower membrane 20 and the upper Mem brane 22 are pressed with their angled edges by corresponding inclined surfaces of the intermediate rings against similarly inclined opposing surfaces.
On the bearing sleeve 3, the inclined mating surface for the upper membrane 22 is formed by the shoulder 24, and for the lower membrane 20 by the compression sleeve 25, over the lower edge of which is made of the material of the bearing sleeve 3. 27 takes effect. For the outer edge of the lower diaphragm 20 and the upper diaphragm 22, corresponding inclined mating surfaces are provided on the spindle housing 4,
for the lower membrane 20 on the housing body itself and for the upper membrane 22 on an attachment 36 provided on the housing body mentioned, which is given a press fit on the body of the spindle housing 4. The three membranes 20, 21 and 22 are thus clamped under tension on their inner and outer peripheral edges.
If necessary, the middle flat membrane., Ne 21 could be omitted, or more than just one flat membrane could be arranged between the two membranes provided with angled edges. 4, a number of openings 37 and 38 are seen in the membrane 20, which have the shape of triangles of different sizes; these differently sized triangular openings 37 and 38 are arranged in alternating order in the circumferential sense of the membrane.
According to FIG. 5, openings 39 are provided on the membrane 20, which represent triangles which are all of the same size.
6 openings 40 are provided on the membrane 20, which are gebil det by slots arranged in the chordal direction. Instead of these straight slots, arc-shaped slots could also be made.
The openings mentioned encourage the diaphragm to deflect.
