Receiving device for remote control systems. The invention relates to a receiving device for remote control systems, with periodic scanning of an actuator, in particular special for central remote control systems with synchronous dialers and tuned to audio frequency receiving resonance circuits.
In a known receiving device, after receiving a start pulse by a receiving relay, the circuit of a synchronous motor is closed, which can slide a contact rotating arm over a circularly arranged contact track and turning arm itself off at the end of a full revolution of the contact.
During the rotation of the contact rotating arm, command pulses are sent out, which are staggered in time such that they come into effect in the receiver when the contact rotating arm is above the corresponding track contacts. Toggle relays are connected to the latter and can be switched on or off by the command pulses received.
This edgy device has the disadvantage that a special toggle relay is necessary for each double command, which means that a relatively large amount of space is required for a large number of double commands. In another known receiving device, the above-mentioned contact rotating arm is replaced by a switching arm, which contact can operate switch cross pairs, in such a way that the contacts z.
B. be switched off when the switching arm rotates in an upper level, and switched on when it rotates in a lower level. If no command pulses are received after the start pulse, the switching arm completes its rotation, for example, only in the upper level and switches off all contacts if they are not already switched off.
If, on the other hand, a command pulse is received, the switch arm is temporarily lowered to the lower level and switches on the relevant contact. This latter device has the disadvantage that a special relay has to be provided for the axial displacement of the shaft carrying the switching arm.
Furthermore, receiving devices have become known in which a switching arm carrying a synchronous motor driven shaft is periodically subjected to axial displacements during an order rotation while scanning the position of a locking member controlled by a receiving resonance relay.
The latter is temporarily moved out of the area of the shaft when the receiving relay is excited by a command pulse, so that the latter can cover a distance in the axial direction and the switch arm attached to the shaft can operate the corresponding switch. For the switch operation is now only a relatively small part of the full order rotation of the shaft available, since such a rotation in the whole z.
B. around 50 commands should be transmitted. Receiving devices of the last-mentioned type therefore have the disadvantage that, given the usual size of the synchronous motor, only relatively small switches can be operated.
The receiving device according to the invention makes it possible to circumvent these disadvantages in that at least one storage spring serving to actuate a switch is present, which is charged during part of the full rotation of a control shaft driven by a synchronous motor.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing. Here, a and b mean two conductors of a low-voltage network, on which audio-frequency control voltages are superimposed.
A series resonance circuit consisting of a capacitor 1 and a coil 2 is connected between the conductors a and b. The latter is formed as a resonance relay and, together with the capacitor 1, is tuned to the transmission frequency. The Re sonance relay has, apart from the other parts not shown in the drawing for the sake of simplicity, such as iron core, bearings, etc., a rotating armature 3, which is rotated when the resonance relay is energized in the arrow direction is drawn.
On an axis 4 of the pivot armature 3 serving as an actuator locking lever 5 is angeord net, which is under the action of a spring 6 and against the over a. rotatably gelager th switching piece 7 on the rear end of the locking lever acting force of a con tact spring 8 in the position shown ge will hold.
The switching piece 7 rotatable about the axis 7a has two extensions 9 and 10, of which the first rests on the rear end of the locking lever 5, while the second through a slot 11 in a cooperate with the contact spring 8 protrudes the contact spring 12 and against the Contact spring 8 presses,
so that it is bent slightly to the right in the position shown. The lower end of the con tact spring 12 is tapered and bent to the right to form an extension 13, the same being passed through a cutout 14 in the contact spring 8. The lower end of the contact spring 8 is on the other hand also to an extension 15 curved.
A frame support 16, which is firmly connected to a shaft 17 and can pivot about its axis, carries a second shaft 18. The latter can pass through a pinion 19, a gear 20 loosely mounted on the shaft 17 and a gear 21 fixed on the shaft 18 a synchronous motor 22 are set in order to rotate. The latter is in series with the contacts 8, 12 on the mains voltage.
On the shaft 18 are fixedly arranged a cam wheel 23, which cooperates with a roller 24, which is rotatably arranged on an axis 25 fixedly mounted in the apparatus housing, and a switching sector 26 cooperating with the contact springs 8 and 12, whose with the extensions 13, 15 of the contact springs 8, 12 cooperating tend end face is bent increasing against the direction of rotation.
Furthermore, two command disks 27 and 28 are mounted on the shaft 18 in such a way that they can be easily rotated and easily locked in any position by means not shown further. Each command disk is provided with a control pin 29 or 30.
The latter can interact with a respective switching lever 31 or 32, to be precise through the pressure action of the control pins on the elevations 33. The switching levers are open. an axis 34 rotatably mounted and are pressed by springs 35 against a fixed stop 36 ge.
The downwardly bent lever end of the switch lever 31 is formed into a hook 37 on which an extension 38, a storage spring 39 can be mounted, while the lower lever end of the switch lever 3 has a shoulder 40 against which an extension 41 of a contact spring 42 can press. The mating contact 43 to the contact 44 of the contact spring 42 is arranged on a rigid and stationary part 45. Between the storage spring 39 and the contact spring 42, a spacer rod 46 made of insulating material is provided at the right end of the latter and is test-connected to it.
With the storage spring 39 firmly connected to a tension rod 47 is seen before, the upper end of which is bent to the left and over an isolated extension 48 of a pivoted 49 th clamping lever 50 engages. In the rest position, the tensioning lever 50 rests on an attachment 51.
With the end of the tensioning lever 50 directed to the right, a thumb 52 fixed on the shaft 18 can interact in such a way that the tensioning lever 50 rotates by a certain angle counterclockwise with each rotation of the thumb 52 becomes.
The frame 16 has a mark 53, 54 each at the points opposite the command disks 27, 28 and has an upwardly directed extension 55 on the front side. With reference to the arrows 53, 54 and on the command disks attached scales, the command discs can be adjusted as desired. The upwardly gxiriclii-ete end of the extension 55 of the frame 16 is arranged opposite a stop 56, the front end of the locking lever can move freely between these two parts.
The mode of operation of the described anoi-dnuils is as follows: The resonance relay 2 is excited by a St, ii-timpulse with a control frequency that is pressed onto the network a, b and rotates its armature 3. in the direction of the arrow.
As a result, the locking lever 5 is also pivoted in the direction of the arrow, that is, its front end is removed upwards at its position between the frame part 55 and the stop 56, while its rear end is lowered, with the contact piece 7 joins this downward movement, followed by the conical spring B.
As a result, the contact of the Kontahlfeder 8 comes into contact with the con tact of the contact spring 12 and the synchronous inotor \ ?? receives mains voltage and starts turning. The gear wheel 21 is accordingly rotated in the direction of the arrow drawn via the pinion 19 and the gear wheel 20. This rotational movement is transmitted through the shaft 18 firmly connected to the gear wheel 21 to all parts arranged on the latter.
The rotation of the switching sector 26 causes the extension 13 of the contact spring 12 to fall off immediately, whereupon it relaxes to the right, where the contact pressure between the two contact springs is increased. It is also achieved that when the switching piece 7 returns to its starting position at the end of the start pulse, there is no interruption between the two contact springs.
One: such can only take place at the end of a full revolution of the shaft 1.8; first the continuation 15 of the contact spring 8 runs slowly on the rising face of the switching sector 26, which has the consequence that both contact springs are pivoted down a little to the left. Then the extension 13 of the contact spring 12 also runs onto the switching sector 26.
If the extension 15 falls off as the latter continues to rotate, the contact spring 8 relaxes, that is, its lower end moves to the right, while the extension 13 of the contact spring 12 still rests on the switching sector 26 and therefore remains tensioned. As a result, the two contact springs 8 and 12 are separated from one another and the synchronous motor is switched off from mains a., b, . At the end of a full rotation of the shaft 18 so both the contact springs 8, 12 and the switching piece 7 again assumed the position shown in the drawing Darge.
In contrast to this, the locking lever 5 returns to the position shown immediately after each pulse. For this it is necessary that the effect of the spring 6 somewhat outweighs the effect of the contact spring 8.
In the rest position shown, an elevation of the cam disk 23 rests on the roller 24. If the cam disk 23, which is firmly connected to the shaft 18, rotates, this elevation moves away from the roller 24 and the frame support 16 with the shaft 18 and all parts mounted on it can pivot clockwise around the shaft 17.
However, this is only possible when the locking lever 5 is pivoted out of the rest position shown, that is, when the receiving resonance relay 2, 3 is excited; otherwise the upward extension 55 of the frame 16 would push against the front end of the locking lever 5 and press the same against the stop 56. Since the games between extension 55 and locking lever 5 and between the latter and stop 56 are only very small,
can. in this case there is practically no pivoting. The possibility of swiveling occurs during one revolution of the shaft 18 as many times as the cam disk 23 has elevations or depressions.
The position of the locking lever 5 is scanned each time through the extension 55 of the frame support 16. If this deficiency shows that the latter is located in front of the stop 56, the frame support 16 does not pivot.
On the other hand, as a result of a command pulse, the locking lever 5 has been pivoted upwards; so the pivoting of the frame carrier 16 occurs at the next scanning. The synchronous operation of the transmitter and receiver ensures that the locking lever 5 can only be swiveled out when the cam plate 23 presses against the roller 24 with a lift.
The receiving relay 2, 3 can therefore be dimensioned to be small in terms of power, since it only has to overcome the differential effect of the spring 6 with respect to the contact spring 8.
The pivotability of the frame girder 16 is now used for the arbitrary actuation of the contact device arranged under the command disks 27, 28 by moving the control pins 29 and 30 attached to the command disks 27, 28 against the elevation 33 of the switching levers 31 and 32 during the lowering movement to press. As a result, they are pivoted about their common axis 34 against the action of the spring 35 and release the storage spring 39 or the contact spring 42.
The command disk 27 and the shift lever 31 are used to turn off the contacts 48, 44, while the command disk 28 and the shift lever 32 are used to turn on the same contacts. Since the contacts 43, 44 are shown in the switched-off position in the drawing, when the control shaft is subsequently handled, it is only possible to switch it on.
This is done by actuating the shift lever 32, in that the extension 41 of the contact spring 42 slides from the stop 40, whereupon the ge tensioned contact spring 42 bends back upwards until the two contacts touch. In this position, the spacer rod 46 attached to the contact spring 42 does not yet touch the contact spring 39.
If the contact device is then to be opened, the switching lever 31 must be actuated, which results in the release of the storage spring 39 in that its extension 38 slides off the hook 37.
Thus, the storage spring 39 moves down and takes, since it is larger than the contact spring 42, the latter by pressure on the spacer 46, whereupon the contacts 43, 44 are separated from each other, since the contact 43 is rigid, that is is not arranged resiliently. In this position, the extension 41 of the con tact spring 42 can slide under the shoulder 40 of the shift lever 32 again.
Towards the end of each full revolution of the shaft 18, the accumulator spring 39 is tensioned again, that is, its extension 38 is placed on the hook 37 of the shift lever 31 again. This ge happens because the thumb 52 pivots the tensioning lever 50 upwards, the lateral extension 48 of which takes the tensioning rod 47 with it. The extension 41 of the contact spring 42 now presses again against the shoulder 40 of the switching lever 32. When the same is actuated again, the contacts 43, 44 can thus be closed again.
This device ensures that the required contact pressure is not applied or overcome by the weight of the rotatable frame with the parts arranged on it, which would result in a correspondingly high output of the synchronous motor 22. The weight of the frame is much more used only to actuate the easily actuatable switch levers 31, 32, while the force required to actuate the contact device is stored beforehand in the springs 39 and 42, respectively.
Since the storage process extends over a relatively large angle of rotation towards the end of the full uni rotation, the additional power in question from the synchronous motor is only small. On the other hand, the sector required for storage can no longer be used for command transmission.
This circumstance can be taken into account in that the arc of the cam disk 23 corresponding to the roller 24 has no indentations, as shown in dotted lines in the drawing, or because means are provided in the transmitter which prevent the sending of beef lils while passing through this sector.
Although in the drawing for the sake of simplicity, only a single, single-pole contact device with the associated switching lever pair and command disk pair has been shown, it goes without saying that the receiving device described can also contain several such units. The contacting device can also have multi-pole, in particular three-pole, contact spring sets. The ends of the switching levers 31, 32 extended to the right can also serve to make the switching state of the contact device visible.
