Description
Stahltondiktiergerät. Diktiergeräte, welche als Tonträger Stahl draht oder Stahlband benützen und deren Tonträger von einer Magazinspule auf eine Zugspulü abgewickelt wird, besitzen meistens eine Einrichtung, welche die noch verfügbare Länge des Tonträgers auf der Magazinspule in Sprechminuten anzeigt. Magazinspule und Zugspule können in einer auswechselbaren Kassette untergebracht sein, welche am Dik tiergerät rasch ausgewechselt werden kann. In diesem Fall ist der Drahtlängenzeiger an die Kassette angebaut.
Werden Diktier geräte solcher Art ferngesteuert oder fern bedient, so kann der Drahtlängenzeiger von der Bedienungsstelle aus nicht mehr beobach tet werden.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Stahltondiktiergerät, insbesondere für Fern steuerung, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es eine Gebereinrichtung aufweist, welche das nahende Ende des Tonträgers elektrisch meldet.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes ist nachfolgend an Hand einer Zeichnung erläutert.
Die: Figur zeigt eine Magazinspule mit einer Gebereinrichtung, welche die Dicke des Tonträgerwickels abtastet und bei nahendem Ende einen Kontakt schliesst. Die Magazin spule 1 enthält den Tonträger 2 aufgewik- kelt. Die Abtastrolle 8 ist an einem Ende des Hebels 5 gelagert, welcher um die Achse 4 schwenkbar ist. Zufolge des Kleiner- werdens der Dicke des Tonträgerwickels wird der Hebel 5 verschwenkt und schliesst bei zu Ende gehendem Tonträger der Reihe nach die Kontakte 6, 7, B.
Diese schliessen bei spielsweise die Stromkreise verschieden farbiger Lampen am Bedienungsort. An Hand der jeweils brennenden Lampe kann an der Bedienungsstelle die noch zur Verfügung ste hende Länge des Tonträgers abgeschätzt werden.
Durch Anordnung weiterer Kontakte ist es möglich, die noch zur Verfügung stehende Länge des Tonträgers in verschiedenen Ab ständen zu melden.
Im erörterten Ausführungsbeispiel erfolgt die Signalisierung optisch durch Lampen. Es ist klar, dass die Signalisierung auch akustisch erfolgen kann, indem an Stelle einer Lampe ein Summ-er oder eine Glocke tritt.
Die beschriebene Gebereinrichtung kann auch zur Abstellung der Antriebsvorrichtung des Tonträgers dienen, indem z. B. beim Schliessen des letzten Kontaktes 8 ein Kon takt im Stromkreis des Antriebsmotors ge öffnet wird.

The present invention relates to a steel sound dictation device, in particular for remote control, which is characterized in that it has a transmitter device which electrically reports the approaching end of the sound carrier.
An embodiment of the subject invention is explained below with reference to a drawing.
The figure shows a magazine reel with a transmitter device which scans the thickness of the sound carrier roll and makes a contact when the end is approaching. The magazine reel 1 contains the sound carrier 2 wound up. The scanning roller 8 is mounted on one end of the lever 5, which can be pivoted about the axis 4. As the thickness of the sound carrier roll becomes smaller, the lever 5 is pivoted and closes the contacts 6, 7, B one after the other when the sound carrier is running out.
These close, for example, the circuits of different colored lamps at the operating location. The length of the sound carrier that is still available can be estimated at the control point based on the lamp that is still on.
By arranging additional contacts, it is possible to report the remaining length of the sound carrier at different distances.
In the exemplary embodiment discussed, the signaling is carried out optically by lamps. It is clear that the signaling can also take place acoustically by a buzzer or a bell instead of a lamp.
The encoder device described can also be used to turn off the drive device of the sound carrier by z. B. when closing the last contact 8 a con tact in the circuit of the drive motor opens ge.
