Description
Roue de champ de rochet pour barillet. L'objet de la présente invention est une roue de champ de rochet pour barillet, plus particulièrement destinée aux moteurs de pièces ,à musique.
De telles roues de champ ont été fabri quées jusqu'ici de la manière représentée par la vue de profil avec demi-coupe de la fig. 1 du dessin annexé.
Etampées dans une feuille de tôle, elles présentaient une couronne dentée 1 de champ et, sous la face opposée à ladite couronne, des dents de loup 2, coopérant avec le rochet.
Chassées sur l'arbre de barillet, leur faible épaisseur ne leur donnait pas une assise suffisante -et les deux dentures étaient imparfaites, la couronne de champ ne présen tant jamais un module déterminé, sans défor- nation, et les dents de loup non plus un profil apte à assurer le meilleur engagement lu rochet.
La roue de champ selon la présente in vention supprime ces inconvénients par le "ait qu'elle est venue en une pièce de métal njecté avec un moyeu étendant la longueur xiale de fixation sur l'arbre de barillet au Lelà de l'épaisseur même de la roue.
La fig. 2 du dessin annexé représente rie vue de profil d'une forme d'exécution .'une roue de champ selon l'invention, don- ée à titre d'exemple et figurée pour moitié n coupe.
La fig. 3 montre cette même roue en plan. Elle est venue d'une pièce de métal in- @eté avec le moyeu 3, lequel lui donne une onne assise sur l'arbre de barillet, lui per- ettant en particulier de soutenir l'effort du pignon engrenant avec sa denture de champ 4, évitant tout faux-rond ou le coincement qui en résulte au bout d'un long usage.
La forme dépendant uniquement de la co quille utilisée, les dents de champ de cette roue peuvent présenter un module déterminé, sans déformation, et les dents de loup 5 avoir tel profil leur donnant le maximum d'effica cité.
Le dessin laisse au surplus voir une ner vure circulaire 6, formant jante, destinée à relier toute les dents entre elles et à les renforcer. D'autres nervures pourraient bien entendu être prévues. s II -est évident que les dimensions de cette roue peuvent être quelconques, et qu'elle peut trouver emploi dans tous les genres de mouvement à barillet moteur.

Such field wheels have heretofore been manufactured in the manner shown by the profile view with half-section of FIG. 1 of the accompanying drawing.
Stamped in a sheet of metal, they had a field toothed ring 1 and, under the face opposite said ring, wolf teeth 2, cooperating with the ratchet.
Driven on the barrel shaft, their thinness did not give them a sufficient base - and the two teeth were imperfect, the field crown never presented a determined modulus, without deformation, and neither did the wolf teeth. a profile suitable for ensuring the best engagement read ratchet.
The field wheel according to the present invention overcomes these drawbacks by the fact that it came in one piece of injected metal with a hub extending the xial length of attachment on the barrel shaft beyond the same thickness of wheel.
Fig. 2 of the accompanying drawing shows a side view of an embodiment of a field wheel according to the invention, given by way of example and shown in half in section.
Fig. 3 shows this same wheel in plan. It comes from a piece of metal inserted with the hub 3, which gives it a seat on the barrel shaft, allowing it in particular to support the force of the pinion meshing with its field teeth. 4, avoiding runout or the resulting jamming after long use.
The shape depending only on the shell used, the field teeth of this wheel can have a determined modulus, without deformation, and the wolf teeth 5 have such a profile giving them maximum efficiency.
The drawing also shows a circular rib 6, forming a rim, intended to connect all the teeth together and to strengthen them. Other ribs could of course be provided. It is obvious that the dimensions of this wheel can be any, and that it can find use in all kinds of motor barrel movement.
