Description
Dispositif de commande du déplacement d'un organe de machine. La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif .de commande du ,déplacement d'un organe de machine, par exemple d'une table de machine.
Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce que les groupes d'organes servant à produire les deux genres de mouvements présentent au moins un organe commun.
Un exemple d'exécution du .dispositif de commande selon l'invention est représenté, à titre d'exemple, dans le dessin annexé.
La table de machine 1 à déplacer cou lisse sur un support fixe 2. Cette table porte, au moyen de talons 3@ et 4, une vis sans fin 5, dont une partie forme un pignon hélicoïdal 6 en prise avec un pignon de commande 7.
Cette vis 5 passe dans un écrou 8 soli daire d'une crémaillère 9, en prise avec un pignon 10, dont l'axe est fixe et porté par le support 2.
Les déplacements rapides sont obtenus au moyen du pignon <B>110;</B> celui-ci peut être actionné soit à la main par manivelle ou vo lant, soit automatiquement par un moteur. Il entraîne la crémaillère 9, l'écrou 8 et la vis 5 et par suite la table 1 à grande vitesse.
Le déplacement lent de précision de la table 1 est obtenu en rendant la crémaillère 9 solidaire du support 2, par exemple au moyen d'un boulon de blocage non représenté, et en faisant tourner la vis 5 dans l'écrou 8 au moyen du pignon 7.
Ce pignon peut être actionné, par exemple, au moyen d'un volant à main qui en est solidaire. La vis 5 et l'écrou 8 sont des organes communs des groupes -d'or ganes servant à produire les, deux genres de mouvements.
Un vernier de grande précision peut être placé sur l'axe du pignon 7 pour contrôler rigoureusement les déplacements de la table quand la .nature des, travaux exécutés l'exige.

This screw 5 passes through a nut 8 integral with a rack 9, engaged with a pinion 10, the axis of which is fixed and carried by the support 2.
Rapid movements are obtained by means of the pinion <B> 110; </B> this can be operated either by hand by crank or flywheel, or automatically by a motor. It drives the rack 9, the nut 8 and the screw 5 and consequently the table 1 at high speed.
The slow precision movement of the table 1 is obtained by making the rack 9 integral with the support 2, for example by means of a locking bolt not shown, and by rotating the screw 5 in the nut 8 by means of the pinion 7.
This pinion can be actuated, for example, by means of a hand wheel which is integral with it. The screw 5 and the nut 8 are common members of the groups -d'or ganes used to produce the two kinds of movements.
A high precision vernier can be placed on the pinion axis 7 to strictly control the movements of the table when the nature of the work performed requires it.
