Fig. 5 und!
Device for hatching. The present invention relates to a device for hatching with an angle that can slide on a rail. What is new is that for coupling the two parts to one of them, an organ projecting into at least one recess of the other part is provided.
In the accompanying drawings, some embodiments of the subject invention are shown. 1 shows a first exemplary embodiment in view, FIG. 2, a section along line II-II in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a second exemplary embodiment in view, FIG. 4 shows a section along the line IV-IV of FIG. 3,
Fig. 5 and! 6 a further exemplary embodiment in view.
According to the first embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2, a plate 2 is attached to a sign angle 1, in which a number of slots 3 are arranged. The latter are of different lengths. The bent end 4 of an arm 5, which is fastened on a rail 6, can be inserted into the slots 3. A scale can also serve as the rail 6. When hatching, the rail 6 is placed on a tear bar and alternately with one finger of the left hand, the rail 6 and the bracket 1 are moved to the right.
The distance by which files 1 and 6 can be moved is the length of the slot minus the width of the arm end 4, i.e. the length of the slot. H. that is, the distance a, which results in the distance between the individual hatching lines. Depending on whether the end 4 of the arm 5 is inserted into one or the other of the slots, the path a is longer or shorter.
The slots 3 could also be arranged at an angle 1. Between the parts 2 and 5, a tension spring could be provided to pull the arm 5 against the right slot edge.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a single slot 10 is arranged in the plate 2. in which a peg. 11 of the arm 5 protrudes. A slide 12 is longitudinally displaceable on the plate 2 and can be locked in any position by a screw 13 with nut 14. On a scale 15, the distance a between pin 11 and slide 12 can be read abge, this way a corresponds to the Ent distance of the individual lines for lines. A spring 16 is preferably tensioned between the plate 2 and the arm 5 and strives to attract the pin 11 to the slide 12.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, two slots 20, 21 are provided in the slide 121. The pin 11 protrudes through the slot 20 into the underlying slot 10 of the plate 2, while the screw 13 fixed in the plate 2 projects through the slot 21. By means of the nut 14, the slide 12 can be fixed in the desired position. The right end of the slot 20 serves as the right-hand stop for the pin 11, and the left end of the slot 10 serves as the left-hand stop.
By shifting the slide 12, that is to say also of the slot 20 with respect to the slot 10, the distance a can thus be selected to be larger or smaller.
As FIG. 6 shows, an eccentric 24 can be used instead of the slide 12: which can be rotated on the plate 2 by means of a button 25. The pin 11 protrudes into the slot 10, the left end of which on the one hand and the eccentric 24 on the other hand limit the path a of the pin. A pawl 26 secures the eccentric in its respective position.
Of course, the plate 2 could also be attached to the rail 6 and the arm 5 to the bracket 1. The hook 4 can also be designed to be resilient. Angle 1 and rail 6 can be made of wood or an artificial mass. The plate 2 and the arm 5 can be glued on. The slots 3 could also be punched out at an angle 1 itself. The plate 2 and the arm 5 are preferably made of metal or a synthetic material and can easily be used at any drawing angle. Ruler to be attached.
