Verbindungseinrichtung an zusammenzuspannenden Teilen.
Connection device on parts to be clamped together. The invention relates to a connecting device on parts that are clamped together, which is characterized by a lifting element provided with a lifting surface and with the interposition of resilient means attached to one of the parts to be connected and by a clamping bolt which moves with its head against another which lays the parts to be connected and is provided with an opposing head,
which interacts with the said 'lifting surface when the clamping bolt rotates relative to the lifting element and thereby clamps the parts together.
In the drawing, four exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown which are used to attach cladding frames to the walls of aircraft.
Fig. 1, 2 and 3 show longitudinal section, plan and cross section of the first exemplary embodiment from; 4 and 5 show a longitudinal section and plan of a second game Ausführungsbei; 6 shows a longitudinal section through a third embodiment; Fig. 7, 8 and 9 illustrate longitudinal section, plan and cross section of a four th embodiment.
In Fig. 1, 1 denotes a Verklei training span of an aircraft and 3 a stiffening plate firmly connected to the ribs by riveting or welding, 2 is an aircraft wall. The parts to be clamped together are offset with holes corresponding to each other in their position.
The connecting device is equipped with a clamping bolt (10-14), which has a head 10 similar to the head of a wood screw with slot 11, a stronger, cylindrical shaft part 12 to which a thinner neck part 13 is attached, and a head similar to a wing nut respectively Has T-shaped counterhead 14. The lower surfaces 15 of the opposing head 14 converge towards the bottom and are arched in cross section, as can be seen from FIG.
The locking bolt engages through a downwardly funnel-shaped widening, elongated, open top and bottom lifting member 17, which consists of steel and in a central longitudinal slot of a free leg 22 of a U-shaped curved, resilient, with its other leg on the Aircraft wall 2 attached metal strip 19, 22 is used. At its upper end, the lifting member 17 has an outwardly directed flange 18, with wel chem it is on the metal strip 19, 22 on. The height of the part 17 is selected so that this part with its lower edge, in the untensioned state of the spring 19, 22, does not reach down to the parts to be connected to one another.
In the embodiments according to FIGS. 4 to 6, the resilient Metallstrei fen is riveted with its two ends to the aircraft wall 2. In the example according to FIGS. 4 and 5, these metal strip ends are bent in an S-shape and in the example according to FIG. 6 in a U-shape.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 7, 8 and 9, the part 17 rests with its flange 18 on a sleeve-shaped, elastic block 23 surrounding the lifting element, which is fixed within a casing 24 which has an outwardly directed flange 25 at the bottom has by means of wel chem it is attached to the aircraft wall 2. The part 17 is anchored in the block 23 on the one hand by the flange 18, on the other hand by its conical shape which widens downwards.
In all of the illustrated embodiments, the lifting member 17 is provided on the upper, narrower edge on each of its two long sides with a lifting surface 26, which at one end merges into the flat lifting member edge and which is followed by a recess 27 at the other end. On the lifting surface opposite side, the recess 27 is bordered by a shoulder 28 serving as a stop.
Below the head 10 of the bolt member an ejector spring 29 is provided, consisting of a spring ring with a plurality of normally separate windings, which ring is deformed when the parts are pulled together so that it hits the bolt head 10 with a downward chip exercise.
The diameter of the hole located in part 3 is slightly smaller than the length of the opposing head 14. When assembling the parts, the opposing head 14 is driven through the hole in the stiffening plate. A resulting curvature of the stiffening plate is knocked out afterwards, and around the hole the United stiffening plate is formed into a funnel-shaped seat 30. Against this lies the ejector spring 29 and the head 10 of the clamping bolt lies against this spring. The A set of the spring 29 happens from the front of the plate 1 through the opening therein be sensitive.
The spring, which in the unstressed state has the shape of a conical coil spring, is compressed when it is pressed in and its diameter is reduced, whereupon it resumes its original diameter and because it is clamped in the hole. The spring changes into a flat spiral spring.
The arrangement is such that, when the device is in its clamping position, the outside of the bolt head 10 is flush with the outside surface of the cladding frame 1.
The intersection of the large and small ages of the lifting member 17 coincides with the age of the hole in the frame.
To fasten parts 1 and 3 to part 2, the mating head 14 of the bolt link passed through parts 1 and 3 is pushed through the hole in the aircraft wall 2 and through the lifting member. The clamping bolt is now rotated, the legs of the opposing head reaching the inclined lifting surfaces 26 on the lifting element and sliding along them. This causes bending and tensioning of the spring 19 respectively. Compression of the elastic block 23 and thus a flexible to clamp the parts to be connected.
When turning further, the legs of the opposing head 14 snap into the recess 27 located in the flange of the lifting member. A further rotation of the bolt link is prevented by the fact that the legs of the opposing head butt against the shoulders 28. The device is now in its clamping position. The depressions 27 secure the counterhead of the clamping bolt against accidental rotation bezrr #. Trigger. To release the device, the bolt member is rotated backwards. The ejection spring 29 is used to push out the bolt member to some extent so that it is easier to pull out who can.
The funnel-shaped design of the lifting member 17 has the effect that the counterhead 14 of the clamping bolt is guided into the correct position if it is not arranged centrally in the opening in the casing frame 1. The space 31, which is present between the further end of the member 17 and the aircraft wall 2, allows the necessary flexing of the spring 19 or the compression of the elastic block 23 during the actuation of the device without the lifting element Aircraft wall touched,
however, it does not allow much greater movement than is necessary to tension the spring. The lifting element could also touch part 3 in the clamping state of the device.
The outer ends of the wings of the counter head 14 could be slightly rounded to facilitate the insertion and removal of the clamping bolt. The lower Be th of the counter head wing could go with a slight curvature in the shaft part 13 over.
