Description

  

      Kopfsenker.       Gegenstand vorliegender     Erfindung    ist  ein Kopfsenker, der sich von den bekannten  Ausführungen unterscheidet durch     einen    an  einem Schaft angeordneten konischen Füh  rungskopf, der in einem radialen Schlitz ein  auswechselbar befestigtes Schneidmesser  trägt.  



  In der     Zeichnung.    ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel des     Erfindungsgegenstandes    schema  tisch dargestellt, es zeigt:  Fig. 1 das Beispiel in Seitenansicht;  Fig. 2 zeigt den Kopf des Beispiels in  einer zweiten Ansicht;  Fig. 3 ist ein Schnitt nach der Linie  III-III der Fig. 2 in grösserem Massstab ge  zeichnet.  



  Das gezeichnete Ausführungsbeispiel  weist einen Schaft 1 und einen konischen       Führungskopf    2 auf. In letzterem ist ein dia  metral gerichteter Querschlitz 3 vorgesehen,  in dem ein blattförmiges dünnes Messer 4  eingesetzt und mittels einer     Klemmschraube     5 gesichert ist. Im Kopf sind Spannuten 6    vorgesehen, die zum Brechen und Abführen  des Spanes bestimmt sind. Das Schneidmesser  besitzt zwei winklig     zueinander    stehende  Schneidkanten, die einen Schnittwinkel besit  zen, der; je nachdem der Versenkbohrer für  Metall oder Holz bestimmt ist, verschieden ist.

    - Der Schaft 1 mit dem Kopf 2, der als  Leitkörper     beim    Versenken eines Bohrloches  dient, kann aus billigem Material bestehen,  während für das     verhältnismässig    kleine Mes  ser hochwertiger Stahl Verwendung findet.  Die Messer lassen sich rasch auswechseln.  



  Die Mittel zum Sichern des Schneid  messers am Kopf und zum Einstellen des  selben in der Arbeitslage können auch anders  als gezeichnet sein.

  The illustrated embodiment has a shaft 1 and a conical guide head 2. In the latter, a dia metrically directed transverse slot 3 is provided, in which a blade-shaped thin knife 4 is inserted and secured by means of a clamping screw 5. In the head chip flutes 6 are provided, which are intended for breaking and removing the chip. The cutting knife has two mutually angled cutting edges that have a cutting angle possessed by the; depending on whether the countersink is intended for metal or wood, is different.

    - The shaft 1 with the head 2, which serves as a guide body when sinking a borehole, can be made of cheap material, while high-quality steel is used for the relatively small Mes ser. The knives can be changed quickly.



  The means for securing the cutting knife on the head and for setting the same in the working position can also be drawn differently.

PATENT CLAIM: Countersink; characterized by a conical guide head which is arranged on a shaft and carries an exchangeably attached cutting knife in a radial slot. SUBClaims: 1. Countersink according to claim, characterized in that the cutting knife is provided with the cutting knife protruding from the conical head and bent at an angle to the knife plane. 2, countersink according to claim, characterized by ge clamping means for interchangeable clamping of the cutting knife.
