Contact device for contact converters with lifting contacts.
The contact devices of contact converters with lifting contacts for converting and reshaping currents usually have a contact bridge that is pressed by helical springs against two fixed contact rails and is periodically lifted off the contact rails against the pressure of the springs by an eccentric driven plunger. To prevent contact wear, it is necessary to avoid lateral movements of the bridge contact and the associated friction between the contact surfaces. It has been shown that the guidance by the contact compression spring is not sufficient for this purpose.
The attachment of lateral guide surfaces for the contact bridge means new sources of wear; such guides cannot be produced precisely because of the clearance required.
The subject matter of the invention is an on-hook device for contact converters with lifting contacts, in which the deficiencies described are eliminated by the fact that, according to the invention, the contact bridge is supported with the help of elastic members and is guided during its movement.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in Fig. 1 and 2 in two mutually perpendicular length cuts, omitting the details not necessary for the understanding of the invention.
The Eontakt bridge is designated by a, which is pressed against the fixed Eontaktschienen ci, cl under the action of the helical spring b. The ram d, which is moved by an eccentric shaft (not shown), is used for the periodic lifting of the contact bridge from the fixed contacts. The contact bridge is fastened to a leaf spring e. The two ends of the leaf spring are fastened to springs f1, f2 which are bent in the shape of a bow and are fastened to a base. The support points of the leaf spring on the bow-shaped springs and the support surface of the leaf spring on the contact bridge lie in one plane when the contact is closed.
This plane is parallel to the contact plane, i.e. H. to the plane which is determined by the contact surfaces of the fixed mating contacts. The leaf spring e is more flexible than the bow springs fl, 2. The described guidance is achieved so that the contact bridge swings in the switching direction without causing any movements in relation to movement or movement. Switching direction can execute perpendicular direction.
The elastic support and guidance of the Kontaktbriieke in the switching direction can also be done in such a way that the Eontaktbrücke is supported on at least one side on a bow-shaped bent spring, which has a graduated flexibility by having a stepped cross-section that is at the supporting end of the Eontaktbrücke is smaller than at the fixed base.
It is also easily possible to support the contact bridge on its side by an elastic member instead of on two opposite sides as in the example and to guide it in the switching direction, if care is taken to ensure that the distance of the fixed support point from the contact bridge is large compared to the contact stroke.
The springs f, 1, carrying the contact bridge, instead of the bow shape used in the example, can have any other shape that is suitable for guiding the contact bridge permanently in the direction determined by the path of movement of the ram. The attachment of the contact bridge a to the leaf spring e can be done with the aid of a hard metal plate, which serves as a contact surface for the plunger.
