Chauffe-eau.

Water heater. Until today, water heaters had their cold water inlet at the bottom of their tank, which required. the installation of a check valve to the pipe -d'ame born of water supplied by the column, in anticipation of a repair made to the latter. Often, for reasons of economy, this valve was removed. During a repair to the supply column, water heaters of this type of construction empty completely, causing the total loss of hot water normally available, as well as possible disturbances.
The object of the present invention is a water heater making it possible to eliminate the retaining valve, having a water supply penetrating at the base of its casing, to rise in the latter, in order to enter a tank through the up after having been bent twice, to emerge in the lower part of the tank, a little above its bottom, a flow starting from the top of the tank, so that by bringing cold water under pressure by the water supply, it increases the level of the contents of the tank to overflow into the flow,
leaving the tank constantly full, even separated from the water column, the siphoning being prevented by a call for air located inside the tank at the highest point of the water supply.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the water heater forming the subject of the invention. This water heater comprises a water supply 2 penetrating at the base of its casing 1 to rise therein through an insulator 10, in order to enter a tank â from above after having been bent twice. , to unblock in the lower part at 6, a little above the bottom of the tank.
The water 7 thus arriving in the reservoir is heated against the central wall 8, the latter itself being heated by known means, either electrically, with gas or the like. A flow 9 leaves the top of the tank and carries the heated water outside, the volume of which is increased by the arrival of cold water.
We can use the water heater with a flow
