Description

  

  Procédé de préparation d'un nouveau colorant de la série     anthraquinonique.       Le présent brevet a pour objet un     pro-          cédé,de    préparation d'un nouveau colorant de  la série     anthraquinonique,    selon lequel on       -ndense    l'acide     1-amino-4-bromanthraqui-          r        e-2,7-disulfonique    avec la     3-acétylamino-          4-méthylaniline.     



  Le colorant ainsi obtenu correspond à la  formule

    et     teint    les     fibres    animales ou     animalisées    en       beaux    tons bleu     verdâtres    très solides.  



       Exemple:     On chauffe à 80  pendant 8     heures:     15 parties de     1-amino-4-bromanthraquinone-          2,7-disulfonate    de sodium, 9,9 parties de 3-         acétylamino-4-méthylaniline,    0,4     partie    de       sulfate    .de cuivre, 4,8 parties de bicarbonate  de     sodium,    75 parties d'eau et 5 parties d'al  cool.

   La masse de     réaction    passe du rouge au  bleu     verdâtre.    La condensation     terminée,    on  coule la masse dans -de l'eau acidulée et on       essore    le colorant qui s'est séparé.     Celui-ci     correspond à la formule suivante:

    et teint les fibres     animales    ou     animalisées    en  beaux tons bleu     verdâtres    très     solides.

       Example: Heated to 80 for 8 hours: 15 parts of sodium 1-amino-4-bromanthraquinone-2,7-disulfonate, 9.9 parts of 3-acetylamino-4-methylaniline, 0.4 part of sodium sulfate. copper, 4.8 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 75 parts of water and 5 parts of alcohol.

   The reaction mass changes from red to greenish blue. When the condensation is complete, the mass is poured into acidulated water and the dye which has separated is filtered off. This corresponds to the following formula:

REVENDICATION Procédé de préparation d'un colorant de la série anthraquinonique, selon lequel on condense l'acide 1-amino-4-bromanthraqui- none-'2,7-disulfonique avec la 3-acétylamino- 4-métEylaniline. Le nouveau colorant correspond à la for inule EMI0002.0004 et teint les fibres animales ou animalisées en beaux tons bleu verdâtres très solides.
